“Harley followed our instructions and provided prompt updates. The photos she provided proved that her care was no less than what I would provide for my own dogs. I know my pups look forward to the next visit.”

About: I’ve loved dogs my whole life and have been caring for my own for over 11 years now! Over the years I’ve gained lots of experience with walking, feeding, and playing with dogs. I’m patient, responsible, and genuinely love spending time with animals. I am out of state for college but will be home from December 12th to January 20th. During that time I would love to care for as many pets as I can! While I’m not able to host dogs in my home, I’m happy to care for them in yours to make sure they feel comfortable. I will follow any specific routines or instructions you provide!
“Melissa is awesome! It usually takes a while for our dogs to warm up to people they don’t know, but they liked her right away! I’m looking forward to booking her more!”

“Annika is so wonderful! I could not have asked for better care for my girl. I’m so thankful for her help and I know Wink was happy to see her everyday!”

“Rachel was amazing. She stayed with our 2 cats while we were on vacation. She gave them lots of attention and care and also sent us lots of updates and pictures - which is greatly appreciated! She is quick to respond to questions and chats. We will absolutely rebook in the future. Thank you Rachel!”

“Ashley did a wonderful job! I will continue to book with her. She is professional, communicates well, and leaves me confident that my pet will be well taken care of. You cannot go wrong choosing Ashley!!”

“I could not be happier with the services Jordan provided. She was extremely kind, loving, and thorough with her visits. It was my first time leaving my dog with someone through Rover while going out of town and Jordan made it so that I truly didn’t have to worry about a thing. Her pictures and report outs of each visit were very thoughtful and informative, and let me know my dog was in great hands :) Will definitely be using Jordan again!”

About: I’ve had dogs in my life since I was 6 years old, and I’ve cared for 6 dogs over the years. My first dog was a Golden Retriever named Rambo ❤️ I currently have 2 dogs Buddy and Duke that stay with my mom. I’ve also had experience with senior dogs, including helping dogs with hip problems and adjusting their care as they got older. I truly enjoy spending time with dogs and understanding their personalities, whether they want to play, go for walks, or just relax and have some company. My main job is part-time, which gives me flexible availability throughout the week. I’m generally available on weekdays, especially during mornings and afternoons, and can often accommodate a variety of scheduling needs. I always follow the owner’s instructions and respect each pet’s routine to help them feel comfortable and safe. I make sure pets have plenty of attention, fresh water, exercise, and a clean environment. Their safety and well-being are my top priorities, and I’ll treat them with the same care and respect I would give my own pets.
“Paula is amazing! She knew exactly how to approach our picky German shepherd and adjusted to his needs. She was very calm and comfortable with him. She became his best friend when she walked in with a pup cup in hand. So happy to have found someone reliable we can count on to take care of our fur baby when we go out of town. Thank you!!”

“Barbara always makes me feel safe and secure when she watches my babies. She keeps them on their normal schedule, understands their weirdo personalities, and is a great communicator with thoughtful updates on her visits. I would highly recommend her to any pet parents!”

About: I’m a reliable and easygoing pet sitter with about 3 years of experience in Glen Ellyn and the surrounding suburbs. I grew up walking dogs daily, and more recently started offering in-home care for owners who travel. I keep pets on their normal routine, make sure they get plenty of attention and exercise, and stay on top of any specific instructions. I’m dependable, responsive, and easy to work with. I work Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM, so I’m available for visits before or after work on weekdays. I typically work from home one day a week, which is helpful if you’re heading out of town for a long weekend. I also have full availability on weekends and can be flexible for more involved care. I primarily care for pets in their own homes so they can stay comfortable in a familiar environment. I follow all routines and instructions closely, keep things clean and consistent, and make sure your home and pet are well looked after while you’re away.
“We absolutely love Molly! She's professional and goes above and beyond to ensure the fur babies she's caring for are truly taken care of. She did an excellent job taking care of Mavis, our cat, while we were out of town. We plan on rebooking Molly, when we travel again at the end of August.”

“Emily did a great job watching our dog while we were away for a few days. Our pup needed to be given medicine and to be walked and Emily did that as well as give her a lot of extra TLC! She communicated with us after each visit and sent us picture updates as well. We appreciate how much love Emily showed our dog and we highly recommend her!”

About: Not only have I had pets of my own my whole life, but I have done pet- and house-sitting for friends and family for years. I love caring for others' pets like they are my own, with diligent walks, feeding, and lots of play! I have experience with many types of animals too, including dogs, cats, and rodents. I have a full-time job, so I'm available during my lunch break to walk your pet, and my weekends and evenings are free to care for them! It's a joy for me to care for pets well, and I am happy to follow any guidelines you have to make sure you feel as comfortable as possible with me in your home.

Leila was a big help. I booked her for last minute for multiple hours, and she didn’t bat an eye. She just asked where, when and what do you need from me? (In a good way). She completely exceeded expectations and I hope she is available to watch him again in the future!

Thantita did an amazing job with Toby. I feel like because he’s dark and big he can scare people but he’s really just all looks. She was on the floor playing with him during the meet & greet and you could see he was relaxed around her. She also tended to my one cat that has tummy issues by feeding her canned food. She even added a little water to it to keep her hydrated. She sent really great pics every day too. We got stuck in a snow storm & had to come home a day later and she was there for us kindly continuing to watch our pets. 10/10 she’s fantastic!

Rosa was so wonderful with our dog. She walked him, played with him and made sure he was well fed, happy and safe. She communicated with us during or after each visit and even sent pictures of him having fun which gave us great peace of mind knowing he was being well cared for while we were away. I highly recommend her!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
