About: I have been a lifelong pet owner and understand that pets are truly part of the family. I share my home with my partner, and together we have years of experience caring for pets with different personalities, routines, and needs. What sets us apart is the personal attention and understanding we bring to each pet. I work full-time during the day from 10:30 AM–6:30 PM, and Erika works 9 AM-5PM. While we are away, pets have a consistent routine, and once we are home, they receive plenty of attention and care. Whoever arrives home first is ready to greet the pets, provide potty breaks, meals, playtime, and any attention they need. My job is only about 10 minutes from home, so I have the flexibility to accommodate additional check-ins or special needs when needed, including extended lunch breaks for pets who require extra attention. On weekends, we are home and able to provide extra companionship, backyard time, play, and relaxation. We understand the importance of maintaining a pet’s normal routine and creating a calm environment where they feel safe and cared for while away from their family. We prioritize safety, comfort, and trust for every pet that stays in our home. We live in a 3-story townhome with a fully fenced backyard, providing a secure space for outdoor time. Our finished basement offers a dedicated pet area where pets can have their own quiet space to relax, or have separation when needed. We understand that every pet has different comfort levels and needs. If you would like your pet to have companionship during their stay, we can arrange a slow and supervised introduction with our pets to make sure everyone is comfortable. If your pet prefers their own space, we can keep pets completely separated for the entirety of their stay. Our own pets will have access to the upstairs third level of our home, allowing us to create a safe and comfortable environment for everyone. Our home already includes two small dogs and a cat, so we have experience managing pets with different personalities, routines, and boundaries.

Jennifer is such a kind soul! She goes above and beyond for your pup and will do everything she can to make sure they are comfortable. My pup is pretty scared of storms and Jennifer carried him down to the basement to make him feel comfortable in his safe space. She’d also let me know of any behavioral concerns like increased anxiety or if my pup was having an off day. Macey was amazing! She took very good care of my new puppy goose and followed all instructions! She send great overviews and photos of their time together that made me feel comfortable leaving him with her. Before the drop ins even took place, Macey made sure to make time to meet goose and us which I greatly appreciated!
Klaudia is wonderful! She went above and beyond on her drop-in visit with our pup, bringing in packages from the front door and bringing in our trash bins without even being asked!
