About: I've had a dog pretty much at all times since I was 6. My home is affectionately called The Pound, to some, it's called Club Bow Wow. As an adult I had a Jack Russell that crossed the rainbow when she was 17 years old. We had so much fun together, even in her senior years when her lifestyle changed. My current dog Bailey Rose was a rescue that truly found me at a time I thought I was not going to get a dog again. The moment I saw her, I knew she was going to be mine! Since adopting Bailey I have fostered 6 pups and she has been the best foster sister. My home has had up to 6 family dogs at the same time, hence the name The Pound. Whether it be for a visit or for sitting dogs love to be here because the feel the love and energy from me! I've boarded dogs for weeks at a time, although I prefer to board for shorter time. We take daily walks and play in my large yard multiple times a day. Your dog will be in safe loving hands with me and they will definitely have a fun time with Team Maggie and Bailey at The Pound. I work from home Monday thru Friday. My work time is pretty flexible so I can take breaks as needed for walks/check-in/playtime. I am also available on weekends as needed. I have a large fenced in yard. My home has space for your dog to freely roam and I have the space to crate if that is your preference. I have dog beds in my office while I work if your pup likes to be near their human friends.

About: Why do I do what I do? Because there's no feeling like receiving that first tail wag, head bump, or slobbery kiss. My calling is to advocate for the ones who can't do it themselves and to care for them. Having 6 cats and some reptiles of my own and being a Veterinary Technician is what my life consists of and I love it. Being a Veterinary Technician aids me in many ways while pet sitting. Being able to read animals body language and understand their ways of communicating allow me to bond and build trust with my pet friends. I'm comfortable with all breeds, temperaments, special needs, and feline friends(spicy ones too). Building that bond with all my furry friends is what brings joy to my soul. Making sure every pet is happy, healthy, and feels safe are my main priority, always! I have the luxury of creating my own schedule so fortunately I am very flexible. Lately I have been sitting, walking, and doing drop-ins on a more regular basis. I do have a part-time job, but that schedule is made according to my business schedule. Pet care comes first! It's all about your pets safety and comfort thats my main priority. All of my services will be done in your home to make things as stress free as possible for your pets. I am more than happy to do your daily routines as you would and care for every pet as if they are my own.

About: I currently own two doggies, and have been a caretaker for 16 years. They are the most precious animals and I couldn't imagine my life without them. Someone told me once that I can't pet all the dogs I see, and I said watch me😎 I'm currently staying at home so my schedule is pretty open. I already take care of two dogs at home so adding a third or fourth wouldn't be a big deal. I have a fenced in yard and both of my doggies are well socialized and like to hangout with other dogs. At a client's home I follow whatever instructions are needed.

About: I have taken care of various breeds and 6+ dogs at one time from a young age. I currently have a 13 year old husky-bulldog mix and a 5 year old redbone coonhound! I have experience with chihuahuas to pit bulls to German shepherds to Boston terriers to boxers to labs to golden retrievers! I’m currently working full time, x4 days weekly. However, I am available for early morning care, evening care, and my days off. I’m new to this app. I am more than happy to work with y’all, if y’all will work with me! Unfortunately, I will not be offering in-my home care at this time. However, I do have 2 fur babies and a fenced in yard if this idea ever changes. I would be more than happy to care for your fur baby in your home in whatever capacity and setting you provide.

About: I recently graduated from Northern Michigan University this past spring with a bachelors degree in Education. Before pursuing my career, I am taking time off to work and spend time with family. I am a lover of all animals, though I have the most experience with cats and dogs of all ages and sizes. Over the past 8 years, I have worked with several families for drop by visits and extended stays while they travel. I have a fur baby of my own, my cat Ringo, who I love very much. I have several references available for back ground check and to hear from prior families I have worked with for feedback if desired! I would love to work with you and your pets! I have a pretty open schedule! I work 1-2 shifts a week of retail for roughly 4 hours per shift. I can do overnights, extended stays, multiple visits per day, and so on. I’m flexible to your needs! About: I love animals so much! I have one cat Patchy that I love dearly and an older cat spotty who passed away two theses ago. I love all other animals so why not help out and get paid for spending time with more babies!:) I have bathed, feed other animals for neighbors and such! I have boarded a dog for 1 weekend as well. I am a current dental assistant part time dance instructor. Just looking for anything to save to go back to school! About: Having lived with, and cared for dogs for much of my life, you can expect that your pet will receive my full attention and devotion during the time that we work together—not just their basic health, safety and food/outdoor needs, but also the affection that keeps them feeling loved. I currently work from home-where we have a large backyard with endless fascinating smells—and I rarely leave client dogs unattended. My own Boston Terrier, Hutson, currently 8 years old, is a well socialized, solid companion who is very good with canine communication, and will give space to dogs who need and request it, or play with those who share his play style (I monitor very closely). He’s especially good with puppies. I am also very comfortable maintaining obedience protocols when needed, but also flexible and realistic about dogs' behavior. I have some experience with dogs' health needs. I have helped care for my mother's cocker spaniel, whose serious autoimmune condition has required the administration of daily oral medication, including immune system blockers and steroids. I've also cared for a four month-old Boston Terrier puppy who when we first met needed medication administered twice daily. Outside my interest in animals, I've run a summer program for high school students, and have significant and transferable experience handling emergency situations and working under pressure. I currently work from home, and I rarely leave client dogs unattended. We have a large backyard full of interesting smells and occasional visits from other animal friends, from squirrels to rabbits and opossums. I also love longer walks through nearby forest preserved if dogs are well suited to this. About: I have had dogs all my life and it doesn't feel normal to be without. I consider myself quite experienced as I am very patient and soft spoken but also very enthusiastic and think it's important to use a "happy voice "! I have alot of time on hand and like to get out and walk a lot. My home is very suitable for dogs as they can be wherever they want! If they are "cuddlers" they are more than welcome to sleep with me! I treat all dogs as if they're my own and try to go above and beyond to make them happy! About: I have always had dogs growing up and I currently have my own dog who is 2 years old. I love caring for my pets, spending time with them, and seeing them happy! I recently just graduated college and am not working because I am studying to take my exam to be licensed as a nurse! I have plenty of free time and want to fill some of that time spending it with your cute dog(s)! I have a fenced-in yard that my dogs love running around in. I also make sure to take my own dog out for walks early in the morning or later at night so she does not overheat in this heat.

About: Hi! I’m 22 and a college athlete who plays basketball and softball in Boston. We’re currently on break until late January, and I’m looking to pet sit or help out in any way I can. I grew up with dogs and recently lost my own, so spending time with other pups really means a lot to me. I love walks, playtime, and giving dogs lots of attention and cuddles. I’ve also walked dogs for a neighbor and would treat your dog like they’re my own! Pet care fits really naturally into my routine. In the meantime I figured this is a great opportunity to still be around animals and be able to care for them as if they were my own before I look into adopting a new fur baby! I don’t have a fenced yard but I have a huge back yard so there’s plenty of space for them to run around on a leash! I also love going on walks so they’ll get plenty of exercise.
