About: I have loved animals since childhood, and when I was a child I had a cat. I also lived with my boyfriend's family for a year, they had a dog and I took care of Him. Now periodically my friends leave their dogs with me when they go on a trip or on a business trip. I love this expression: "Dogs talk, but only to those who can listen." I work online so I have a lot of time to play and take care of your dogs. The second part of the day is more freely , but I have a flexible schedule and can combine work and pet care. I have a large one-room apartment with plenty of space for a dog. Near the house there is a large area outside for walking, a few minutes away there is a large park with a lake. I walk the dog several times a day, feed it on schedule, and play with the cats' and dogs' favorite toys.

Our family currently includes two small dogs and a cat, and pet care is an important part of our everyday life. What sets us apart is the personal attention and understanding we bring to each pet. Our goal is to provide dependable, loving care and give pet parents peace of mind knowing their pets are welcomed into a caring home and treated with the same attention and affection we provide our own. I work full-time during the day from 10:30 AM–6:30 PM, and Erika works 9 AM-5PM. While we are away, pets have a consistent routine, and once we are home, they receive plenty of attention and care. Whoever arrives home first is ready to greet the pets, provide potty breaks, meals, playtime, and any attention they need. My job is only about 10 minutes from home, so I have the flexibility to accommodate additional check-ins or special needs when needed, including extended lunch breaks for pets who require extra attention. On weekends, we are home and able to provide extra companionship, backyard time, play, and relaxation. We understand the importance of maintaining a pet’s normal routine and creating a calm environment where they feel safe and cared for while away from their family. We prioritize safety, comfort, and trust for every pet that stays in our home. We live in a 3-story townhome with a fully fenced backyard, providing a secure space for outdoor time. Our finished basement offers a dedicated pet area where pets can have their own quiet space to relax, or have separation when needed. We understand that every pet has different comfort levels and needs. If you would like your pet to have companionship during their stay, we can arrange a slow and supervised introduction with our pets to make sure everyone is comfortable. If your pet prefers their own space, we can keep pets completely separated for the entirety of their stay. Our own pets will have access to the upstairs third level of our home, allowing us to create a safe and comfortable environment for everyone. Our home already includes two small dogs and a cat, so we have experience managing pets with different personalities, routines, and boundaries.

About: I've been a Dog Groomer now for 18 years (in-home business owner/Grooming School Graduate 2008) with extensive experience in all breeds, sizes, and temperaments, including anxious and energetic pups. Additionally I have high experience in Petcare, Nutrition, CPR Certified, behavioral and working with dogs from all walks of life. I've taking care of pets with medical needs from administrating injections, oral meds, routine therapy on special needs dogs/cats (per owner/therapist instructions), providing companionship, cooking nutritional food and taking pets for walks. I have repeating clients and some from local foster rescues I work within Elmhurst and Chicago (references upon request). I live with my husband and twin daughters (6 yr old) trained to be around dogs and currently no pets (pup passed 4 years ago). I'm open to help and watch your pup/cat for your needs. I am currently working from home remotely in the medical field with a very flexible schedule and love walks in the mornings, afternoons and nights as we do this everyday with our twin girls. During dog sits I walk pups on an average of 3-5 times a day. I take the utmost care for your fur baby! Huge fenced in yard for pups to roam, run and Play! Doggy Park kiddie corner from my home in Elmhurst (see pics). Pups are taken outside several times a day for lots of outside time depending on weather. They are never left alone in the fenced in yard and twin daughters age 6 highly trained to be around animals and know their distance however if allowed love to play as well. Please make sure to have your pets up to date on shots and flea and tick prevention. Especially since the bigger dogs are free to roam the fenced in yard. You can feel confident that the safety and environment while here in my home will be taken. Remember to always include a paper bio as well as all important information for your pet. Pets are allowed on all furniture and can freely enjoy my open concept within my home with a nice bay window for sun and outdoor view. I only take in one pet per day unless you have multiples from the same household for safety reason I like to only take one family at a time. Pets allowed to roam the home at all times 24/7, however please note any damage to blinds, furniture will be at your cost. We try to watch them super closely to avoid home furniture damages, but we do understand some pups have anxiety or are still in training. Please make sure to advise if your pup/puppies are in a stage of chewing/biting furniture or any habits that may need extra attention. Ty

About: I've taken care of dogs and cats of various sizes and age groups since 2012. Teachers, neighbors, friends, and family have relied on me to walk, feed, and comfort their pets. My new schedule means I have plenty of time for active dog walks and quiet, cozy cat cuddles throughout the day. I work as a part-time intern and have flexible weekdays open, so I can offer consistent, reliable availability for walks and drop-in visits. About: I have had dogs all my life! I currently have a mini golden doodle and my childhood dog was a Dalmatian! I have taught my dog, Sunny, countless tricks and love to take her on walks! I am currently a part-time nanny and would love the opportunity to take some dogs on walks! I have availability most days of the week, especially in the afternoon. I have a fenced in backyard and a friendly golden doodle who would love an occasional play date. I will always ensure the safety of my clients pets whether it is in my home or theirs.

About: I love dogs and came across this site and thought how it would be nice to have guests in my home. I have a decent sized back yard and there is a walking trail I could walk a pup or two along. I would do my best to keep your dog comfortable in my home. I have four kids in my home that have so much love for animals. Hope to hear from you soon! There are pets in the home but I do not keep in the same spaces at any time regardless if friendly or not. It’s more for the comfort of a new space for your pet and for yours as an owner. I do work a lot. However Thursday thru Sunday’s I am home full time during the day. Monday thru weds I work regular business hours and also have a crew at home willing to live up and care for our guest. We would regulate one room to your pet but it’s with us. Our family room where your pet will never be alone. Always someone watching tv, relaxing, or even sleeping in.

About: Let me meet your pup! I’m a huge human and pet lover. I help people by day working as a CT Tech at Loyola University Medical Center. Now I am looking to help animals by night (and get my dog fix in of course). My boyfriend and I recently moved to Elmhurst and do not have any kids or pets of our own, so I am very flexible and open to walks, drop ins, or extended dog sitting. I’m a very responsible and educated dog owner. My family dog, Baylor, is actually diabetic and requires lots of special care so I have learned a lot! :) I am currently a full time Lead CT Technologist working Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm. However, I am home by 4pm every day. I am free in the evenings and all day on Saturday and Sunday. I recently moved to Elmhurst and do not have any pets or children of my own, but someday I hope to have many. For now, I would love to meet and care for someone else’s pets and make some extra money to save up for house of my own. :) I live in a condo, but we have plenty of grass and trees our front. I plan to never have someone else’s dog outside without a leash on. I am a big worrier myself and anything can happen in a blink of an eye. In my home, pets can roam wherever and can go on furniture as they please. I treat others pets as I would want mine treated. As for clients home, I tend to follow any rules they might have and leave the place the same I found it.
