We had such a wonderful experience with Erica! Our pug can be very nervous and anxious, so leaving her with someone new was something we were a little worried about. Erica was incredibly patient, caring, and understanding from the very beginning. She took the time to make our pug feel comfortable, gave her lots of love and attention, and treated her like she was her own. Knowing that our little fur baby was safe, happy, and well cared for gave us such peace of mind while we were away. Natalie has watched my pets multiple times and I will continue to use her services. She always goes above and beyond by letting me visit the home ahead of time and she answered all my questions I had. She always sends me updates to let me know how my dog and cat were doing. My pets are very scared of most people, but took really easily to Natalie and her techniques to help combat their anxiety. I had to stay later for work and she was more than happy to help me out in a pinch. My pets are always so happy to go over to Natalies house now and will continue to bring them back! Her house was also very clean and she had things like a litter box, automatic feeders to help make the process easier for me. The house also has a great sized yard for dogs and is kept clean! Highly highly reommend Natalie! Ive offered her services to many of my friends and family beause that is how much I have been happy with her services. Thanks again!
Michelle and Erika did a wonderful job taking care of my black lab, BB! She was very comfortable there and I know she had loads of fun with their other dogs, as they sent me pictures and videos throughout the entire stay! BB seemed very happy when I came to pick her up, almost too happy like she didn’t want to leave her new friends behind! We just had our dog Frida stay with Iris for 6 days and could not be happier with the absolute best care Frida received. We are first timers with Rover and were a bit hesitant doing a service. Frida is an 8lb little dog and wanted someone who does one dog/family at a time and this is what Iris does. We were so happy to find this with Iris.
