“Natalie has watched my pets multiple times and I will continue to use her services. She always goes above and beyond by letting me visit the home ahead of time and she answered all my questions I had. She always sends me updates to let me know how my dog and cat were doing. My pets are very scared of most people, but took really easily to Natalie and her techniques to help combat their anxiety. I had to stay later for work and she was more than happy to help me out in a pinch. My pets are always so happy to go over to Natalies house now and will continue to bring them back! Her house was also very clean and she had things like a litter box, automatic feeders to help make the process easier for me. The house also has a great sized yard for dogs and is kept clean! They even took her on little adventures to get doggie ice cream and nice walks around the neighborhood, aside from plenty of outside time in their own fenced-in backyard! Gabriela was super great about texting updates and super cute pics of my girl! And they even got her to eat a good bit while I was away even though she usually tries to go on a hunger strike in my absence. Gabriela met us for like 15 mins at the local park before boarding and got to know my dog and garner some info from me, which I really appreciated and not a lot of boarders do that! Cheryl was a perfect and dog sitter for my 2 year old hyper mixed yorkie. Cindy was amazing! She was very patient with me and my doggies! 4 dogs isn’t easy to handle but she was very understanding. I provided as much information as possible as well as videos of their routine to make it easy on Cindy and she helped me figure out the logistics in terms of how I would be able to send her the information since files were too large for average text. She also provided frequent updates and pictures which made me feel at ease! My very anxious dog wasn’t anxious when picking her up. I’m definitely planning on booking with her again soon for a much longer stay.

When walking up to Eniya's house this past and second time, Rah ran up and was happy to be back. That did everything for me. Colleen and her family did a fantastic job sitting for our pup (8mo doodle). We met her in advance so our dogs could test it out. This was a new experience for both of us so it was great that they were willing to meet in advance. The home and backyard provide a very dog friendly space. Family is very friendly and great with dogs. I received daily photos and little updates on how things were going.
Robert and his family took excellent care of Spruce while we were away on an extended trip for nearly two weeks. Our pup is a one year old with a lot of energy for playing and had such a blast playing endless fetch in their fenced yard and with the dogs who would come by for in-home daycare. We got absolutely regular updates (with absolutely incredible action shots!) while we were traveling and it was clear to see Spruce was having a wonderful time and was being well cared for, and that knowledge and peace of mind is such a gift especially when we were thousands of miles away.
