Gabriela was super great about texting updates and super cute pics of my girl! And they even got her to eat a good bit while I was away even though she usually tries to go on a hunger strike in my absence. Gabriela met us for like 15 mins at the local park before boarding and got to know my dog and garner some info from me, which I really appreciated and not a lot of boarders do that! The reviews I have seen are very upsetting because when my flight was late, he said Nova was sleeping and just come her the next day without an extra charge. We had a wonderful experience with Janeth! She sent me daily photos and updates, which gave our family so much peace of mind while we were away. From the pictures, it was obvious how much love and attention our dog was getting—there were hugs, kisses, playtime outside, and a very happy pup in every photo. What really stood out was her flexibility and kindness when our return flight was cancelled and rebooked for the next day due to weather. She graciously cared for our dog an extra day without hesitation. She even provided her door code so we could pick him up at a time that worked with our delayed travel schedule. It’s clear she truly cares about the dogs she watches, and we never had to worry while we were gone. We highly recommend her and will absolutely use her again!

She has such a warm, caring spirit and treated my two dogs as if she had known and loved them forever.
