They even took her on little adventures to get doggie ice cream and nice walks around the neighborhood, aside from plenty of outside time in their own fenced-in backyard! Gabriela was super great about texting updates and super cute pics of my girl! And they even got her to eat a good bit while I was away even though she usually tries to go on a hunger strike in my absence. Gabriela met us for like 15 mins at the local park before boarding and got to know my dog and garner some info from me, which I really appreciated and not a lot of boarders do that! Robert and his family took excellent care of Spruce while we were away on an extended trip for nearly two weeks. Our pup is a one year old with a lot of energy for playing and had such a blast playing endless fetch in their fenced yard and with the dogs who would come by for in-home daycare. We got absolutely regular updates (with absolutely incredible action shots!) while we were traveling and it was clear to see Spruce was having a wonderful time and was being well cared for, and that knowledge and peace of mind is such a gift especially when we were thousands of miles away.
