“Sarah was great. She took very good care of my dog and cat and kept me updated with photos and recaps of their activities. She obviously loves animals and I felt my boys were very safe in her care--I recommend her highly.”

“Michelle was wonderful! She was very responsive and my dog absolutely loved her. She sent picture updates and was very prompt with drop off and pick up. Highly recommend”

“Shirley was a kind, welcoming, and communicative sitter for our elderly dog, Reggie. She sent us many photos and updates throughout his stay, which my family thoroughly appreciated. Highly recommend!”

“Kuma had a great time with Connie and her sweet dog, JoJo! Connie was flexible with drop off/pick up, communicative, and sent photo and video updates- I’d definitely recommend Connie for all pet sitting needs!”

“Cheryl was absolutely wonderful with our sweet girl while we were out of town. She was so well cared for and felt completely at home with Cheryl. She enjoyed nice walks, got lots of love, and we received thoughtful updates and photos that gave us such peace of mind while we were away. It’s clear Cheryl truly cares, and we’re so grateful to have found her. We’ll definitely be booking with her again in the future!”

“Gabriela and Richard were so kind and sweet with my toy poodle! They even took her on little adventures to get doggie ice cream and nice walks around the neighborhood, aside from plenty of outside time in their own fenced-in backyard! Gabriela was super great about texting updates and super cute pics of my girl! And they even got her to eat a good bit while I was away even though she usually tries to go on a hunger strike in my absence. Gabriela met us for like 15 mins at the local park before boarding and got to know my dog and garner some info from me, which I really appreciated and not a lot of boarders do that! My girl was very happy when I picked her up and I would absolutely rebook Gabriela and Richard! Highly recommend!”

“This was my first time leaving my dog with a sitter. Things could not have gone smoother. I met with her in advance of the booking. She clearly loves dogs and taking care of them. My dog is very active and she has a nice backyard for the dogs to run and play. She then had to coordinate with my son on the pickup as I was still out of town. She was very accommodating and helpful with both of us. Will 100% use again!”

“Rob was so great with our dog Rory! He was very attentive and sent along tons of great pictures and updates. She definitely had a great time at his house, playing in the yard, and snuggling on the couch. Thanks Rob!!”

“Baily did an outstanding job taking care of our little Greta (6 years old pug/boston terrier mix rescue). She kept us updated on Greta's stay with her and it was obvious from the updates and accompanying photos that Greta was feeling right at home and being showered with affection by Baily.”

“So wonderful and patient with us! We are big worry worts because it's our first dog and first time letting her stay with someone new. Andria is great with our dog and very professional!”

“Jan is so loving and attentive. I’m going to book her a third time. She does more than most and goes above and beyond with your little fur baby. She loves animals and it shows. You never have to worry about your fur baby when they are in her care.”

“Erica was a great host for our dogs! She and her pup Rocky did a great job making Oreo and Lotus feel welcome. Erica was great at communicating and I appreciated her flexibility when our travels got delayed!”

“Maria, is like your mother that takes care of the kids when you are away. She is super kind and respectful. I love how she took care of Rémy and I didn't hear any complaints. I will be back to use her service in another month.”

“Mary was an amazing host for our furry friend! She came over for a meet and greet beforehand, was very open and communicative during the visit, and overall was the best to work with.”

“My Bogey always acted like we were abandoning him at the shelter when we dropped him off in boarding environments, but after meeting Katherine and her crew, he was excited to explore with his new friends, and the photos that Katherine sent proved he was having a great time. They have a very lovely and dog friendly home and yard and you can tell they get to know the pets they care for. We will absolutely use them again.”

“Our first time leaving our pup for more than a weekend and Lorraine was incredible as always. We left our dog for over two weeks for our wedding/honeymoon. She kept us updated with photos and messages every day which helped us feel more relaxed and able to better enjoy our vacation. We love Lorraine!”

SUPERB! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 5 STARS 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 This was our first time boarding our two dachshunds and we could not be happier with the results. Michelle and family were SO LOVING and wonderful with them; they even had a little party for their 2 year old birthdays! 🎂 We were updated daily with pics of love and cuddles, and our dogs seemed very relaxed and happy! The transition from Michelle’s home back to ours was seamless, which means they were well cared for and loved for throughout their stay. Michelle and family have become part of our family and we have already booked another stay with them. Highly recommended!!!!!
Jessica was the absolute best after booking with her my flight was delayed and than cancelled add and ex 24 hours of care for my puppy, not only was she totally accommodating but she kept me updates with picture and videos of him. YOU CAN TRUST HER... SHE WILL ALWAY BE MY PUPPY SITTER.
Robert and his family took excellent care of Spruce while we were away on an extended trip for nearly two weeks. Our pup is a one year old with a lot of energy for playing and had such a blast playing endless fetch in their fenced yard and with the dogs who would come by for in-home daycare. We got absolutely regular updates (with absolutely incredible action shots!) while we were traveling and it was clear to see Spruce was having a wonderful time and was being well cared for, and that knowledge and peace of mind is such a gift especially when we were thousands of miles away. Highly recommend!

5 stars is simply not enough for this special, God-sent woman. Oh my goodness—where do I even begin? Ms. Cheryl came into my life at the exact perfect time. She has such a warm, caring spirit and treated my two dogs as if she had known and loved them forever. The constant love and attention she gave—both in person and through pictures and videos—was truly priceless and gave me so much peace of mind. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone in need of genuine, loving care for their pets. And I will most definitely continue to use her services for as long as I possibly can. You truly can’t go wrong with her. Highly, highly recommend!

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
