After having some bad experiences with past sitters and boarding, I was starting to settle for having the Vet Kennel them while I was away. I love my dogs and sometimes I want people to love them the way I do, and she DEFINATLEY does! Lorraine is a natural care giver and has a great calm demeanor. They took to her right away, even my rescue who is very shy and is afraid of the washing machine. Lorraine is very attentive to both of them and their separate needs, sent pictures to me the whole time I was away and I never had to ask. They always look happy and comfortable, able to hang out on her back deck which they LOVE. Outside time is their favorite!! She did walks with them, too! 5 stars is simply not enough for this special, God-sent woman. Oh my goodness—where do I even begin? Ms. Cheryl came into my life at the exact perfect time. She has such a warm, caring spirit and treated my two dogs as if she had known and loved them forever. The constant love and attention she gave—both in person and through pictures and videos—was truly priceless and gave me so much peace of mind. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone in need of genuine, loving care for their pets. And I will most definitely continue to use her services for as long as I possibly can.
