She cared for our kitten with multiple congenital issues (cleft palate & twisted back legs) and accommodated her litterbox & play area to fit her mobility needs, along with tube feeding her by hand. She went above & beyond in consulting her veterinary knowledge from working in a specialty clinic to make it easier for us as owners to care for our Callie & plan for all her needs in the future. “Lorraine is the best! She went above and beyond what I could have ever expected a sitter to do for my dog, Eazy. Eazy doesn't get along well with other dogs and Lorraine offered to drive out to the South Loop to pickup / drop off so that there were no encounters with other dogs. And it was even better that Eazy loved her home / yard so much so that I had a hard time getting her to come home! This was our second stay with Lorraine and I'm sure it won't be the last.”

He was comfortable and happy, which I knew because he doesn’t usually go up to sitters to say bye when I pick him up. But he did this with her. He made new doggy friends on his walks (which he’s also not always up to) and he and Sir, a sweet little guy, got along wonderfully. This was my first time leaving my dog with a sitter. Things could not have gone smoother. I met with her in advance of the booking. She clearly loves dogs and taking care of them. My dog is very active and she has a nice backyard for the dogs to run and play. She then had to coordinate with my son on the pickup as I was still out of town. She was very accommodating and helpful with both of us. Will 100% use again!
5 stars is simply not enough for this special, God-sent woman. Oh my goodness—where do I even begin? Ms. Cheryl came into my life at the exact perfect time. She has such a warm, caring spirit and treated my two dogs as if she had known and loved them forever. The constant love and attention she gave—both in person and through pictures and videos—was truly priceless and gave me so much peace of mind. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone in need of genuine, loving care for their pets. And I will most definitely continue to use her services for as long as I possibly can.
