“I can’t say enough good things about Angelica! My shih tzu is a nervous boy with special needs and Angelica was so wonderful to him. She took expert care of his eye (he needs one cleaned a certain way) and was so good to him when an unexpected thunderstorm rolled through on one of the nights he was staying with her (he absolutely hates thunder). Her home is set up perfectly for dogs, too. I can’t possibly recommend her enough!”

“Penny had an excellent time with Rob and I will definitely book him again!! He sent me updates and pictures the whole time I was gone, which I appreciated. I wasn’t worried at all because she was left in amazing hands and I had the chance to meet with Rob before sending her over. 10/10 experience.”

“Sarah was excellent! She sent us photos and updates of our dog Gus while we were out of the country for two weeks. She was understanding and able to care for our senior dog with special needs. Would highly recommend!”

“Grace was a great dog sitter for us & Huey. We needed a dog sitter last minute and Grace agreed to take Huey for a long weekend. We received daily updates and photos. I definitely recommend Grace!”

“Jasmine did a great job, taking care of our dog James she sent pictures and updates, and our dog came back very happy. We will be rebooking with her in the future!”

“Roman was Charise’s first ever Rover dog and we were really happy to have connected with her for our 5-day trip. Charise was a great sitter—she sent detailed updates about how Roman was doing with Navi and hope he was settling in while we were away. Her home is very clean and Charise is a very warm and welcoming host. Navi is just the cutest little nugget ever, and I could tell immediately Roman would feel right at home with Charise. Our big GSD is a big baby and throws a bit of a fit every time we leave, but Charise and Navi were patient with him while he warmed up to the idea of us being away—by the time we returned, he was fully integrated into their little family. Roman is allowed on the couch and bed for cuddles, and Charise has a full basement for the dogs to run around and play, a small yard, and she takes them together on long walks. Roman came home fully pooped from a week of playing with Navi and we’ll definitely be using Charise in the future!”

“Obi seemed to really enjoy his stay with Brian! Obi is sensitive, so he will get sick from separation anxiety after I pick him up from a stay or he will be very clingy. He’s been completely normal since I’ve picked him up and he is doing perfectly fine! Brian provided me updates daily that eased my own separation anxiety. Thank you, Brian!”

“Bear was so well taken care of with Maria! She sends pictures and videos everyday and accommodates all his special needs. I even last minute had to extend my boarding and she was able to do so with no issue. I know Bear is in good hands whenever he’s with Maria!”

“Thank you again Kayla for having my Lady girl for the weekend! Kayla does a great job caring for my pup and keeping me in the loop on how she is doing. I never have to worry about Lady being in good hands.”

“Jan is so loving and attentive. I’m going to book her a third time. She does more than most and goes above and beyond with your little fur baby. She loves animals and it shows. You never have to worry about your fur baby when they are in her care.”

“Our dog had such a great time during our vacation she wanted to go back the next day! Georg and Lake were extremely good communicators both before and during her stay too!”

“Gabriela & Richard took awesome care of my Tyson, I feel lucky to have found people who took such great care of my pup! Every picture or video they shared showed him as being completely comfortable and happy. I would highly recommend them!”
“Lauren and her family took such good care of our dog Sawyer! This was our first time being away from our puppy so we were worried she was going to be scared, but she had so much fun playing with their dog Zoe while we were away. Lauren sent us pictures everyday to let us know how she was doing. By the time we got back, Sawyer was already attached to Lauren, Zoe, and the rest of the family.”

About: 23 years of dedication & genuine love for what I do. I've pretty much done it all except for training. Primarily grooming but also have extensive experience with walking, boarding, day care, home/vacation visits & house sits. I've been a home groomer for the past 8 years but due to allergies, need to switch modes. Over those years I regularly attended workshops & seminars to continue to educate myself & hone my craft. Including certification courses in puppy handling, senior care, proper sanitization, business compliance, skin assessment, & CPR. This only means I have been educated on these subjects, I am not an expert. As mentioned, I was a home groomer so I'll be turning my grooming room into an area for daycare/boarding. I am home based and plan to stay that way. Pets in my home will have a designated area for eating & sleeping but will have freedom to walk about for the most part. I have a large, fenced back yard with plenty of space to run & play. The yard will be the primary potty area. Walks are available for an added charge. Caring for pets in the clients home will be based on the instructions given by owner.
About: I started pet sitting as a teenager for neighbors and family friends. Since then, I have watched all types of dogs, including senior dogs. I became a dog owner for the first time in my mid-twenties. He was an elderly beagle mix with health issues. After he passed, I grieved until I was ready to own a dog again. Then I had ten wonderful years with Shadow, a husky mix who was a stray that made his way to a rescue. He bravely fought lymphoma for 1.5 years before succumbing to the disease. Through that time, I provided medication, took him for chemotherapy, and spoiled him until he decided it was time to cross the rainbow bridge. Shadow's absence still leaves a void in my heart that is filled by caring for other people's dogs. I love all types of dogs, and have experience with small to large, young and old, as well as dogs living with various health issues. Giving dog owners the security and piece of mind knowing their furry family members are safe and sound while they are away is a responsibility that I take very seriously. My husband and I live in a dog-friendly neighborhood and our backyard is fully fenced. As a dog lover himself, anyone who books with me gets their pup double the love. My full time job is permanently remote, so I am able to be at home with your dog at all times. No matter their schedule, I can meet it because I can be here to fulfill their needs. I have a fenced in yard for safety, and a dog-friendly neighborhood where your dog will feel right at home. I know every dog has different needs, so I can follow the habits you have created with them to maintain consistency. Whether that is crate training or sleeping on the couch, I will follow your instructions. I know that dogs are family, and treat them as such.
“Stacy and her family were amazing hosts for my pooch Vinny. Super thoughtful, pictures every day, and their house is set up perfectly to watch my Aussie. We will use them again when we are out of town!”

About: I’m newer to professional pet care, but I grew up with pets and have always felt comfortable around animals. I frequently help friends with their dogs, especially with walks and basic care. It is important to give each pup calm, focused attention. With my background as a detail oriented and caring social worker, I bring reliability, patience, and genuine compassion to every dog I look after. Unfortunately, I am unable to have dogs bigger than 60lbs in my building. I work in education so I am usually home by 4pm! But it also means I am available full time during the breaks and Holidays to spend time with your doggo! During the week I work school hours but stay home for the weekend! I am a pet free household on a quiet side street. I am ready to give your pup all the love and attention. I have a fenced in entrance/small yard. I am childfree and it’s just me and my boyfriend! We both work in education and have so much time and love to give.
“Byron had an awesome stay at Darla and Greg's. This was his second time staying with them and he enjoyed it very much. Darla and Greg were very accommodating and attentive to Byron's needs. They were sending me photos of Byron having fun in the backyard with his friends every day while I was away. Thank you for taking a very good care of Byron and I will definitely be back next time I travel.”

Franklin Park dog parents share their Rover experiences
Joe and Jessica were able to help us with tricky last minute situation and made a stressful situation so much better. The minute we met Joe we knew our dogs were going to be well taken care of. We received regular updates and hilarious pictures throughout their stay. We would definitely strongly recommend Joe and Jessica and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

Robert watched our dog Izzy and we had a great experience! It’s never easy leaving a senior pup with someone new, but he sent many updates and pictures, and she came home happy and exhausted! Highly recommend, we would love to leave Izzy with him again knowing she is in great, capable hands!
I cannot rave enough about how wonderful Jonelle and her family are! They took such great care of my dog Topo! Topo is an anxious dog but shortly after being dropped off at Jonelle’s house, she was comfortable, playing fetch, and enjoying the company of her family and two pups! She was always sending me updates and photos which help me feel relieved all weekend. I truly would recommend Jonelle’s care if you want your pup to feel at home and be loved like family. Thank you so much Jonelle and family I know Topo had a blast!
