“We had such a wonderful experience, this was our second time leaving Korra with Kim, and once again she was amazing. She took excellent care of Korra, and her communication was great, which gave us complete peace of mind. Kim truly went above and beyond; she even got Korra a Christmas gift, which meant so much to us. We’re incredibly grateful and would absolutely book with her again. Highly recommend!”

“Deb and Doug did a wonderful job taking care of our pup (and us)! We have never left her with a non-family member before, and they put everyone at ease with an initial meet and greet. During our trip, they were communicative and sent daily updates and photos letting us know how everything was going.”

“I can't express how happy I was with the care Piper received from Angelica during her stay. Thank you, and we will definitely use her service again. Piper was treated like one of her fur babies. Thanks again.”

“We are so lucky to have found Joe..!. I felt confident from the minute I left our meet and greet..We were able to enjoy our Christmas away knowing he was in good hands..!.Rocco had some speed bumps with his digestive system as he’s had for awhile, and Joe was able to alter the diet to get him back on schedule.. he sent pics and videos along with updates daily..I would recommend Joe to anyone..!!”

“Rob, is a great sitter. I just got a new position and would have to rehome my Nova. He said no she is not going to a shelter she can stay as long as you need her too. The reviews I have seen are very upsetting because when my flight was late, he said Nova was sleeping and just come her the next day without an extra charge. My Nova had her buddy Delta that he send pictures of once or twice a week. Rob does a good job of care, love and support.”

“Tucker has the best time when he stays with Jeanette and Charles. Long walks and lots of fun playing in their large fenced-in yard. They send plenty of fun pictures and videos!”

“Shirley is super sitter. Sent me cool slo mo vid of my pooch playing tricks. I was traveling thru and wanted to go to show in Chicago. She came to motel and picked up Bella. Highly recommend Shirley !!”

“Suzanne is very very sweet person , my 90lbs 3 yrs old Labrador pup Stella was with her for 8 days and Suzanne gave me all the updates , text, videos of stella . Suzanne kept stella free in her house which was really good for my pup because stella don't like to be caged or alone in room. I would definitely keep stella with Suzanne in future and I can't thank you enough Suzanne for care you gave to stella. I would recommend Suzanne to everyone who is looking for daycare for there pets.”

“Maria was the best and took care of baby boy. I felt at peace and enjoyed my vacation knowing he was in good hands. She provided photos and videos. I will definitely book again.”

“Lauriann and Sven were wonderful sitters! They sent pictures and updates every day. They made sure my Shar-Pei mix felt comfortable through the rain and fireworks, which she can get anxiety about. I felt so safe leaving her in their care and I would definitely book them again.”

“Cristina was wonderful! Great communicator, flexible, and sent us updates as requested. Lincoln loved playing with Bear and came home happy! Highly recommend Cristina.”

“Robert did great! Even though Logan was there for a shorter stay, I got plenty of pics and Logan looked happy/comfortable in all of them! I picked him up this morning and he's exhausted so I'm sure he had a good time”

“Jonelle is an absolute professional and very passionate about her work. She checked in regularly with a brief description of daily activities, and provided pics & videos of my pups during their extended stay. Response time was exceptional and was available every time I reached out. My dogs mean the world to me and I was able to enjoy my time away without worry of their care or well being. If you are looking for someone that’s dependable and efficient, Jonelle is definitely someone to consider without any hesitation. HIGHLY recommend. A simple thank you would not come close to expressing my gratitude.”

“Vladimir and Laura were absolutely wonderful with our pup! They were great communicators, consistently keeping us updated with messages, photos, and videos throughout the stay. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing our baby was in such caring hands. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again—highly recommend!”

“Sarah was great. She took very good care of my dog and cat and kept me updated with photos and recaps of their activities. She obviously loves animals and I felt my boys were very safe in her care--I recommend her highly.”

“We couldn’t be happier with our experience! Both of our dogs absolutely adored their time with Jackie and her family, our pups miss them already. Every day we received plenty of photos and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind. It was obvious they were being loved, spoiled with attention, and enjoying lots of playtime. They came home happy, healthy, and tired from all the fun. We’re so grateful for the incredible care and will definitely be booking again!”

“This was the first time used Rover in many years, and first time with my current pup Gibby. I was a bit nervous leaving him with people we'd just met but my worry was wasted. Rizwan, Noor and their family took great care of my pup. He was walked multiple times a day, was showered with pets and was able to monitor their neighborhood from a perfect viewing spot. They kindly welcomed him (us) into their home for a very comfortable stay. Thank you Noor and Rizwan for taking such good care of Gibby.”

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
