About: I am a sound healer, wife, mother to my toddler and animals. My husband is a city of chicago worker and we love the chicago area :) We are very active and love to go on long walks and love being outside with our dogs! I absolutely adore cats and love to spend time feeding the feral cats in my neighborhood. In my spare time I also love to go to the local park with my daughter to watch the squirrels and birds. I love nature. I am good with all types of animals and they love me! We have 2 dogs and 3 cats, and some chickens in our backyard. I had experience taking care dogs and cats from all ages, my previous dog Nuka lived until she was 12 years old. I have the best support system available, which is my mom. When I am not available to come for some reason, I know I can always count on her to help me take care of your dog or cat. About: 23 years of dedication & genuine love for what I do. I've pretty much done it all except for training. Primarily grooming but also have extensive experience with walking, boarding, day care, home/vacation visits & house sits. I've been a home groomer for the past 8 years but due to allergies, need to switch modes. Over those years I regularly attended workshops & seminars to continue to educate myself & hone my craft. Including certification courses in puppy handling, senior care, proper sanitization, business compliance, skin assessment, & CPR. This only means I have been educated on these subjects, I am not an expert. As mentioned, I was a home groomer so I'll be turning my grooming room into an area for daycare/boarding. I am home based and plan to stay that way. Pets in my home will have a designated area for eating & sleeping but will have freedom to walk about for the most part. I have a large, fenced back yard with plenty of space to run & play. The yard will be the primary potty area. Walks are available for an added charge. About: Since I was younger, I was always surrounded by all sorts of animals, not just dogs and cats. I have always had a love for all animals, any animals. I have a very flexible schedule and a lot of open availability throughout the day to prioritize what your pet needs at anytime of the day. I love catching pets at their cutest moments to share with their owners, especially some silly ones that just make them so much cuter. I know routine is just as, if not more, important to humans as it is to pets. I know personally my dog loves the days of the week where she goes to daycare regularly. I love to see that same reaction in other pets I have taken care of. It also helps to brighten up my own week with the routine. There are a few things I always find important when I’m pet sitting. For everyone, their pet is part of their family and trust is essential when taking care of someone else’s family members. I think trust is built on so much like constant communication, honesty, clear and set expectations along with close attention to details.

A safety gate blocking the stairs to the basement so no little doggies that might have trouble slipping on stairs can get to them or the basement. A dogs safety is always my utmost priority.

About: I am a recent college grad looking to gain more experience taking care of pets! I have experience living with 2-3 cats at a time and feeding them and cleaning their litter box everyday. I have 1 dog of my own. Bubbles is a 6 year old toy fox terrier, shih tzu mix. Aside from being a runner myself, Bubbles is very high energy. So, I would enjoy exercising and could use another furry little partner outdoors. I would be willing to educate myself further for any dogs that require special treatment. I am a fan of cats and dogs that enjoy cuddling and receiving lots of attention. I would almost always be available in the mornings 8-12:30 and evenings 6-9.
