And they even got her to eat a good bit while I was away even though she usually tries to go on a hunger strike in my absence. Gabriela met us for like 15 mins at the local park before boarding and got to know my dog and garner some info from me, which I really appreciated and not a lot of boarders do that! Teddy & Bear can be a handful, but Mariana handled them with so much patience and love — they came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well looked after. Trustworthy, communicative, and genuinely great with the boys. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to book again — highly, highly recommend.
Courtney was terrific with my dog. My dog has anxiety and doesn't eat good when I'm away. Courtney went above and beyond to help her eat. She's very laid back which is what my dog needs. Really knows her dog stuff as her career has always been working with dogs plus her vet tech degree. I would recommend her to anyone.

Cindy was amazing! She was very patient with me and my doggies! 4 dogs isn’t easy to handle but she was very understanding. I provided as much information as possible as well as videos of their routine to make it easy on Cindy and she helped me figure out the logistics in terms of how I would be able to send her the information since files were too large for average text. She also provided frequent updates and pictures which made me feel at ease! My very anxious dog wasn’t anxious when picking her up. I’m definitely planning on booking with her again soon for a much longer stay.

We left our tiny (3.5 lbs) Chihuahua with Michelle and Otavio while we went to Japan for over a month. As soon as we left, he developed an ear infection. Michelle reached out to me right away to let us know. She made an appointment with our regular vet, took him to her (even though she is an hour away), and then gave him his medication for seven days. This is our third time having Michelle and Otavio watch Emerson. They’ve always taken such good care of him, I was not worried at all. The way they addressed this health issue was so impressive, I definitely hope to keep working with them in the future!
Colleen and her family did a fantastic job sitting for our pup (8mo doodle). We met her in advance so our dogs could test it out. This was a new experience for both of us so it was great that they were willing to meet in advance. The home and backyard provide a very dog friendly space. Family is very friendly and great with dogs. I received daily photos and little updates on how things were going.
