“From the meet and greet to pick up, Brian was amazing. Our pup needs a one dog house and trying to find that over a holiday was challenging. We lucked out last minute and happened to find Brian; what a find! Brian has a lot of experience with animals and we felt very comfortable at our meet and greet. His fenced in backyard was a major plus. Since we were overseas at the time, we were apprehensive to leave her with someone new but Brian was awesome. He asked important questions before we dropped her off and was attentive to her needs and personality. We got updates through Rover with pics and videos. Our pup had to take some meds as well while we were gone and he administered them - she was feeling her usual, happy self when we got back. My dog Bulleit is a high-maintenance Border Collie who needs a lot of attention from his humans, so finding the right sitter has always been challenging and honestly gives me a lot of anxiety. And Bulleit said Jasmine is his favorite sitter, since he usually roasts me and barks at me for at least 1mins upon his pickup from daycare/boarding, but this time there’s no complaint🤣 Jasmine made everything so easy for me😭She’s incredibly caring and loving, and she kept me updated on how my dog was doing with lots of cute pictures. About: I work from home and my job requires very little actual attention (fortunately). I have a lot of time to dedicate to a pet and the space for it too! I work from home full time, but my job requires very little actual attention so most of my time clocked in allows me to do other things. I am always home unless I have errands, the gym, or appointments to get to. Other than that, I frequently visit my local parks for walks during my break and after or before work! I have big backyard where pets can play and run around! My neighborhood is very walkable and I like to visit my local parks a lot too!

This was our first time using Rover, and we could not have been happier with Jan. She genuinely cared for Niko for 8 nights. I know she made him feel loved and well cared. Our Niko doesn't warm up to everyone easily he’s a 14 year old Shiba Inu he doesn’t like to be alone, but he warmed up to Jan as days went by. Jan was absolutely amazing she took such great care of Niko. I had peace of mind receiving regular updates and photos while we were away. Our Niko came home happy, clearly I am sure he was well cared. We truly appreciate the kindness, professionalism, PATIENCE and attention Jan gave my Niko he’s my first furry child in my family. I know she had a hard time with him because he was anxious and howling a lot, but I greatly appreciate her patience!!! We'll definitely return to Jan for her services. THANK YOU Jan! 🙏☺️

Once in a while you find a really great dog sitter. Yuliya is truly a gem. She is the kind of dog sitter that welcomes your pet into her home and cares for your dog like it was her own.I did a meet and greet with her to introduce my dog to a new space and I knew right away that I would be leaving my furry friend in the right good hands. She kept daily communications and photos with me, just to let me know things were going well. I’m grateful I found such a gem of a sitter with Yuliya.
We left our tiny (3.5 lbs) Chihuahua with Michelle and Otavio while we went to Japan for over a month. As soon as we left, he developed an ear infection. Michelle reached out to me right away to let us know. She made an appointment with our regular vet, took him to her (even though she is an hour away), and then gave him his medication for seven days. This is our third time having Michelle and Otavio watch Emerson. They’ve always taken such good care of him, I was not worried at all. The way they addressed this health issue was so impressive, I definitely hope to keep working with them in the future!
Colleen and her family did a fantastic job sitting for our pup (8mo doodle). We met her in advance so our dogs could test it out. This was a new experience for both of us so it was great that they were willing to meet in advance. The home and backyard provide a very dog friendly space. Family is very friendly and great with dogs. I received daily photos and little updates on how things were going.
Robert and his family took excellent care of Spruce while we were away on an extended trip for nearly two weeks. Our pup is a one year old with a lot of energy for playing and had such a blast playing endless fetch in their fenced yard and with the dogs who would come by for in-home daycare. We got absolutely regular updates (with absolutely incredible action shots!) while we were traveling and it was clear to see Spruce was having a wonderful time and was being well cared for, and that knowledge and peace of mind is such a gift especially when we were thousands of miles away. Highly recommend!
Yolanda was incredibly communicative, reliable, and took wonderful care of Atlas. He had such a great stay! She even surprised us with a thoughtful goodie bag and an adorable photo of Atlas when we picked him up. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. This was my first time leaving my dog with a sitter. Things could not have gone smoother. I met with her in advance of the booking. She clearly loves dogs and taking care of them. My dog is very active and she has a nice backyard for the dogs to run and play. She then had to coordinate with my son on the pickup as I was still out of town. She was very accommodating and helpful with both of us. Will 100% use again!
