“Gabriela and Richard were so kind and sweet with my toy poodle! They even took her on little adventures to get doggie ice cream and nice walks around the neighborhood, aside from plenty of outside time in their own fenced-in backyard! Gabriela was super great about texting updates and super cute pics of my girl! And they even got her to eat a good bit while I was away even though she usually tries to go on a hunger strike in my absence. Gabriela met us for like 15 mins at the local park before boarding and got to know my dog and garner some info from me, which I really appreciated and not a lot of boarders do that! My girl was very happy when I picked her up and I would absolutely rebook Gabriela and Richard! Highly recommend!”

Cindy was amazing! She was very patient with me and my doggies! 4 dogs isn’t easy to handle but she was very understanding. I provided as much information as possible as well as videos of their routine to make it easy on Cindy and she helped me figure out the logistics in terms of how I would be able to send her the information since files were too large for average text. She also provided frequent updates and pictures which made me feel at ease! My very anxious dog wasn’t anxious when picking her up. I’m definitely planning on booking with her again soon for a much longer stay.
I’ve used Rob several times over the past couple of years to watch my two pups, and I couldn’t be happier with his care. We left our tiny (3.5 lbs) Chihuahua with Michelle and Otavio while we went to Japan for over a month. As soon as we left, he developed an ear infection. Michelle reached out to me right away to let us know. She made an appointment with our regular vet, took him to her (even though she is an hour away), and then gave him his medication for seven days. This is our third time having Michelle and Otavio watch Emerson. They’ve always taken such good care of him, I was not worried at all. The way they addressed this health issue was so impressive, I definitely hope to keep working with them in the future!
Colleen and her family did a fantastic job sitting for our pup (8mo doodle). We met her in advance so our dogs could test it out. This was a new experience for both of us so it was great that they were willing to meet in advance. The home and backyard provide a very dog friendly space. Family is very friendly and great with dogs. I received daily photos and little updates on how things were going.
Robert and his family took excellent care of Spruce while we were away on an extended trip for nearly two weeks. Our pup is a one year old with a lot of energy for playing and had such a blast playing endless fetch in their fenced yard and with the dogs who would come by for in-home daycare. We got absolutely regular updates (with absolutely incredible action shots!) while we were traveling and it was clear to see Spruce was having a wonderful time and was being well cared for, and that knowledge and peace of mind is such a gift especially when we were thousands of miles away. Highly recommend!
