Hi! I’m Michael, an animal lover based in Oak Park. I’ve had dogs in my life for years and genuinely love spending time with them, whether that means going for a long walk, playing, giving them plenty of attention, or just keeping them company while their person is away. I know how important it is to have someone you can trust with your pet, so I’m attentive, dependable, and happy to follow your dog’s normal routine as closely as possible. I’m comfortable with different personalities and energy levels, from dogs who want to be out exploring to dogs who would rather curl up and relax. I don’t currently have any dogs living with me, so if your pet is staying with me, they won’t have to adjust to resident dogs and can get plenty of one-on-one attention. Peanut-free home due to a severe allergy—please do not bring peanut-containing treats or food.

Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I always walk pups on secure, well-fitted harnesses or leashes and avoid high-traffic or overly crowded areas when possible. I’m attentive to each dog’s pace, behavior, and boundaries—especially with seniors or those with special needs. You can trust that I’ll treat your dog like one of my own, with consistent routines, clear communication, and plenty of care. I’m happy to provide updates and photos, so you always know your pet is in good hands.
A typical day
I love giving dogs the chance to explore! Whether it’s a brisk walk around the neighborhood, a slow stroll for senior pups, or a little playtime with their favorite toy, I tailor the walk to fit your dog’s energy and personality.
