Ian really is thoughtful about how the dogs interact together and makes sure they have safe, supervised play and will give them space, if needed. On our first meet and great prior to boarding, our girls took to Suzanne immediately, this was GREAT to see since we booked a sixteen night stay! Elizabeth needed to have oral medication twice daily and Suzanne was happy to make sure Elizabeth's needs were met. We were pleased with how well our girls got along with Suzanne's new puppy, Harley ?, and her fenced-in yard provided a safe outdoor space for our girls to hang out. Suzanne was great at sending photos and videos, to keep us updated on how our girls were doing throughout our trip. When we picked our dogs up, we found two very happy girls, that had a great time in Suzanne's care. She is the kind of dog sitter that welcomes your pet into her home and cares for your dog like it was her own.I did a meet and greet with her to introduce my dog to a new space and I knew right away that I would be leaving my furry friend in the right good hands. She kept daily communications and photos with me, just to let me know things were going well. I’m grateful I found such a gem of a sitter with Yuliya.
We left our tiny (3.5 lbs) Chihuahua with Michelle and Otavio while we went to Japan for over a month. As soon as we left, he developed an ear infection. Michelle reached out to me right away to let us know. She made an appointment with our regular vet, took him to her (even though she is an hour away), and then gave him his medication for seven days. This is our third time having Michelle and Otavio watch Emerson. They’ve always taken such good care of him, I was not worried at all. The way they addressed this health issue was so impressive, I definitely hope to keep working with them in the future!
Colleen and her family did a fantastic job sitting for our pup (8mo doodle). We met her in advance so our dogs could test it out. This was a new experience for both of us so it was great that they were willing to meet in advance. The home and backyard provide a very dog friendly space. Family is very friendly and great with dogs. I received daily photos and little updates on how things were going.

Robert and his family took excellent care of Spruce while we were away on an extended trip for nearly two weeks. Our pup is a one year old with a lot of energy for playing and had such a blast playing endless fetch in their fenced yard and with the dogs who would come by for in-home daycare. We got absolutely regular updates (with absolutely incredible action shots!) while we were traveling and it was clear to see Spruce was having a wonderful time and was being well cared for, and that knowledge and peace of mind is such a gift especially when we were thousands of miles away. Highly recommend!
Yolanda was incredibly communicative, reliable, and took wonderful care of Atlas. He had such a great stay! She even surprised us with a thoughtful goodie bag and an adorable photo of Atlas when we picked him up. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. This was my first time leaving my dog with a sitter. Things could not have gone smoother. I met with her in advance of the booking. She clearly loves dogs and taking care of them. My dog is very active and she has a nice backyard for the dogs to run and play. She then had to coordinate with my son on the pickup as I was still out of town. She was very accommodating and helpful with both of us. Will 100% use again!
