🏡 Our Home & Philosophy We have a fully fenced yard and a dog-friendly home designed with safety in mind. Playtime is always supervised, and dogs only interact if we’re 100% confident they get along. It’s completely okay if your dog prefers people over other dogs — we respect every dog’s personality. Each dog enjoys free roaming, walks, and one-on-one interaction with us — they’re treated like part of the home, not just part of a group. 📋 Requirements Dogs must be crate trained and comfortable resting in a crate when needed. They must also be up to date on all required vaccinations to ensure the health and safety of every dog in our care. These standards help us maintain a calm, structured, and safe environment for everyone. 📸 Updates You’ll receive daily updates with photos so you can relax knowing your best friend is in great hands. 🐾 Our biggest priorities are ❤️ Love, 🛡 Safety, 🤝 Trust, and 🏡 Comfort. Our number one rule: no dog is ever put in a position where they feel they have to defend themselves.

Information Joe G. would like to know about your pet
My dogs rest in their own crates and my cats free roam. As a Dog Trainer, I am a huge advocate for “Crate Training” especially for overnight care. Please let me know if your dog has any issues being in a crate, being around other dogs, small animals, people, or any other behavioral issues like resource guarding or separation anxiety. When requesting a booking please mention the following: Is your dog crate trained? Is your dog up-to-date on their vaccines? Does your dog have any allergies? What does a typical day look like for them? What's their favorite game to play?
A typical day
The most fun we have is when it’s time to interact. There’s a park two blocks from the house that we go to. However, when we go outside, its never just to walk around purposeless and endlessly until it’s time to come back home. We go out to learn, enjoy each other’s company and have a good time.

My wife and I both work from home, which means your dog receives consistent supervision, structure, and plenty of attention throughout the day. 📍 Located 10 minutes from O’Hare — perfect for travelers.
Reviews

Joe has sat our 4 yr old energetic pup at least 10 times now! Otis loves staying with him, he’s well cared for and we get a bunch of pictures and updates throughout the day. Thanks Joe!

Joe is wonderful, our pup Max always looks so happy and really loves stayng with him.He takes time to play and give our pup mental stimulation as well as physical activity.

I really can not say enough wonderful things about Joe! He cared for our dog like he was his own and honestly our dog came back better trained then when we dropped him off! We had no worries about leaving our dog in his very capable and kind hands!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Joe! We thought our first time boarding was tough on our anxious pup but Joe was beyond patient and so gentle. They became great friends and it gives us peace of mind!
