I share my home with my partner, and together we have years of experience caring for pets with different personalities, routines, and needs. What sets us apart is the personal attention and understanding we bring to each pet. We take the time to learn each pet’s unique personality, daily habits, comfort level, and what helps them feel safe and happy in a new environment. We have experience with feeding routines, walks, playtime, enrichment, and recognizing when a pet needs extra patience, comfort, or quiet time. We understand that every pet is different.

Michelle and Erika did a wonderful job taking care of my black lab, BB! She was very comfortable there and I know she had loads of fun with their other dogs, as they sent me pictures and videos throughout the entire stay! BB seemed very happy when I came to pick her up, almost too happy like she didn’t want to leave her new friends behind! Thank you so so much again for taking BB in so last minute and taking such great care of her the week that I was gone! I highly recommend these two to take care of your fur babies! 💖
Michelle and Erika were great! They provided plenty of updates, photos and even videos during my dogs stay. They were friendly and reassuring and I will definitely use them again for future stays.
Michelle and Erika were seriously the best with my dog, Odie, and my lizard, Capone. I’m pretty particular when it comes to my animals and their routines, and they followed every instruction I gave them while still making everything feel natural and comfortable. What meant the most to me was seeing how much they genuinely cared about them. They didn’t just come over, feed them, and leave they actually spent time with them and treated them like they were their own. You could tell Odie got comfortable with them pretty quickly because he was completely happy just soaking up all the attention and love and hanging out with them which was really nice to see. They were dependable, communicative, caring, and gave me peace of mind knowing both Odie and Capone were in good hands. It’s hard to find people you fully trust with your animals, but I never had to worry with Michelle and Erika. I’d absolutely have them watch my pets again and would recommend them to anyone looking for people who are professional but also genuinely love and care about the animals they’re watching.
Michelle is a wonderful pet owner and an incredibly caring, responsible person. She has two dogs and a cat, and she gives each of them so much love, attention, and playtime every day. She’s patient, dependable, and understands that every pet has a different personality and needs. Whether a pet is energetic, shy, or somewhere in between, Michelle knows how to make them feel comfortable and cared for. I would trust her completely with any pet and highly recommend her as a loving caregiver.

Schedule
I work full-time during the day from 10:30 AM–6:30 PM, and Erika works 9 AM-5PM. While we are away, pets have a consistent routine, and once we are home, they receive plenty of attention and care. Whoever arrives home first is ready to greet the pets, provide potty breaks, meals, playtime, and any attention they need. My job is only about 10 minutes from home, so I have the flexibility to accommodate additional check-ins or special needs when needed, including extended lunch breaks for pets who require extra attention. On weekends, we are home and able to provide extra companionship, backyard time, play, and relaxation. We understand the importance of maintaining a pet’s normal routine and creating a calm environment where they feel safe and cared for while away from their family.

Safety, trust & environment
We prioritize safety, comfort, and trust for every pet that stays in our home. We live in a 3-story townhome with a fully fenced backyard, providing a secure space for outdoor time. Our finished basement offers a dedicated pet area where pets can have their own quiet space to relax, or have separation when needed. We understand that every pet has different comfort levels and needs. If you would like your pet to have companionship during their stay, we can arrange a slow and supervised introduction with our pets to make sure everyone is comfortable. If your pet prefers their own space, we can keep pets completely separated for the entirety of their stay. Our own pets will have access to the upstairs third level of our home, allowing us to create a safe and comfortable environment for everyone. Our home already includes two small dogs and a cat, so we have experience managing pets with different personalities, routines, and boundaries.

A typical day
Mornings include 2 opportunities to go outside between 8–10 AM, in our fenced backyard. In the evenings we may enjoy walks in our calm neighborhood, backyard playtime, and plenty of companionship with our playful dogs (when everyone is a good match)! 🐾💕
