About: I treat my dog like he is my child and do the same for yours. I have lived with dogs my whole life and I am not afraid to get my hands dirty, if your dog has any special needs I will take care of them. I love long walks with my dog and if your dog does too he will be well taken care of. I have a fenced in yard so playing fetch will be great for them. I live in a ranch style home so stairs won't be a problem for older dogs. The bigger the dog the better. I had a great dane for many years so big dogs are not a problem either. Your dog will never be lonely here. I am currently a stay at home mom. I will have all day to care an play with your pets. I am also available on weekends for boarding. I have a fenced in yard and my dog Sabbath gets along great with all the dogs he meets. Your dog will never be alone.

About: I understand how difficult leaving your pet with someone else can be! They are, after all part of our family! I’ve had pets all my life, from goldfish to parakeets, guinea pigs to bunnies, cats and of dogs from big to small, and special needs rescues. I have experience in dog walking, overnight stays, administering medications, seniors, and special needs pets. I can assure you that I will not only complete any and all tasks you request of me, I will also do them with love, patience, and above all, safety. My goal is to make sure your pet feels as comfortable, safe, and loved as my own! I will pay close attention to your instructions and keep your pet on its routine to ensure as little stress as possible while you are away. I am big on communicating, sending pictures and videos, and making sure YOU are as stress free as I intend your pets to be! 😌 I am also highly aware of how worrisome leaving the care of your home to someone is and can assure you I am respectful in each and every home I stay in, keeping it tidy and cared for as per your instructions. Besides adoring animals, I am passionate about my family, the outdoors, music and working on growing my other businesses. I was the owner of a small mani/pedi business and boutique in downtown Hinsdale, IL for 25 yrs.during which time I also studied and offered foot reflexology. It was also during this time that I first started caring for clients pets and homes while they traveled. Unfortunately due to health issues and the onset of Co-Vid, I was forced to close my shop. I do however continue foot reflexology massage for die hard clients in their homes today! My love for creativity also lives on in a hobby turned hopeful business of painting small pieces of furniture. A particular niche of end tables turned into pet beds is becoming my new favorite 🤩. I would love to schedule a meet and greet with you and your pet! It is an essential part of the process for first time clients, as forming a bond with your pet and establishing a good fit for everyone is a top priority! I currently work part-time both from home and out of clients homes as described above, and have flexible hours. Traveling more than 8 miles from my home base of Villa Park for dog walks and drop ins are a bit more tricky, but overnights are not a problem for a distance up to 15 miles. While I currently am not able to board animals at my home, a good portion of my business is caring for them in yours. They are treated with patience and compassion, and receive all the love and attention that I give my own with safety being my number one concern. I will look after your home and be happy to help out with any extra needs you may have (water plants, check mail, take out garbage, etc.)

About: I have had a love for animals since I was a young child. At the age of 8, against my parents wishes I snuck in an abandoned cat and it ended up being where my love for animals began. We have had many types of pets since then. Currently we have a 3 year-old German Shepherd whom we rescued from a shelter at 4 months of age. We also have a 1 year old Australian Cattle dog who is super energetic. I love spending time with animals, dogs in particular, because they are so playful, happy and full of unconditional love. I am responsible, caring and will take great care of you pet because I know that they are not only “pets” but are also members of your family. I will care for your pet like I would care for my own pets. I work full-time as a nurse practitioner but just started working some days from home. I figured, why not do something I love while also getting exercise at the same time. Note: the only breed of dog that I will not board in my home are pitbulls. My daughter had a traumatic experience with a pitbull so she is very triggered by that breed. I will gladly watch pitbulls in your home and care for them outside of my home. I think they do get a bad reputation for being an aggressive breed but due to our experience, we unfortunately don’t feel comfortable having them around our children. I am able to mainly available for pet care on the weekends. I am able to accomplish most evening/late evening or very early morning walks. Every other Tuesday I work from home so am able to break up my schedule this day. I care for my dogs in my backyard, which is fenced in. She is able to run around freely because we do have a large yard which allows her to burn off her energy. We also play fetch and she is able to spend a lot of her time running around there. We also go for walks around the neighborhood.

About: Hi! My name is Alison. I have fostered for various rescues in the Chicagoland area and now have a pup of my own (lab mix). I have experience with all sizes and types of dogs from pit bulls to boston terriers. I work from home with a flexible work schedule. You can usually find me enjoying my lunch break with my pup Luna. I love all dog breeds and can't wait to meet your pup! I grew up with dogs and fostered dogs as soon as I could until I was ready to have my own. Having a dog is second nature to me and I couldn't imagine life without them! I work from home with a very flexible schedule. I love taking breaks with my dog and getting outside as much as I can during the day. I am not currently watching dogs in my home but I will always make sure, wherever I am, your dogs safety and environment comes first.

About: I’ve taken care of two of my own dogs for around 10 years, and I grew up with 3 cats. You can rely on me to watch your pets if you are going out of town or require a drop in visit. Both of my dogs are rescues, so I’m aware that every dog has a story. I am understanding and suitable to help! My work schedule is very flexible. Therefore, I can fit almost any time to watch your pets or walk your dogs into my routine within reason. *I prefer meeting your pet first* I will follow all instructions provided to me from the pet's owners. I’ve learned that when it comes to entering a pet's space, whether for babysitting or simply a walk pick-up, it is important to form a relationship with the pet. You must allow the pet to become familiar with you, and make sure they trust you. Once you have a positive relationship, your pet will be calmer and happier. One of my rescue dogs has anxiety around strangers. Likewise, my cats used to hide when strangers entered their house. Therefore, I am a very understanding pet-sitter/walker.

About: Hello! My family has bred havanese my entire life. I’ve raised and whelped multiple litters of puppies and it feels like they are actually my own kids. I assist professional dog handlers on the weekend and have been showing my own dogs since I was 5.( yes !! I’ve actually attended the Westminster dog show and was blessed to have won a scholarship) All these years being involved with dogs means I have a lot of experience and knowledge of how dogs react, behave and feel. Dogs have been my whole life! Im currently a college student at Mizzou, but I grew up near Chicago land. Please text me for my schedule.
