About: I have been a lifelong pet owner and understand that pets are truly part of the family. I share my home with my partner, and together we have years of experience caring for pets with different personalities, routines, and needs. What sets us apart is the personal attention and understanding we bring to each pet. We take the time to learn each pet’s unique personality, daily habits, comfort level, and what helps them feel safe and happy in a new environment. We have experience with feeding routines, walks, playtime, enrichment, and recognizing when a pet needs extra patience, comfort, or quiet time. We understand that every pet is different. I work full-time during the day from 10:30 AM–6:30 PM, and Erika works 9 AM-5PM. While we are away, pets have a consistent routine, and once we are home, they receive plenty of attention and care. Whoever arrives home first is ready to greet the pets, provide potty breaks, meals, playtime, and any attention they need. My job is only about 10 minutes from home, so I have the flexibility to accommodate additional check-ins or special needs when needed, including extended lunch breaks for pets who require extra attention. On weekends, we are home and able to provide extra companionship, backyard time, play, and relaxation. We understand the importance of maintaining a pet’s normal routine and creating a calm environment where they feel safe and cared for while away from their family. We prioritize safety, comfort, and trust for every pet that stays in our home. We live in a 3-story townhome with a fully fenced backyard, providing a secure space for outdoor time. Our finished basement offers a dedicated pet area where pets can have their own quiet space to relax, or have separation when needed. We understand that every pet has different comfort levels and needs. If you would like your pet to have companionship during their stay, we can arrange a slow and supervised introduction with our pets to make sure everyone is comfortable. If your pet prefers their own space, we can keep pets completely separated for the entirety of their stay. Our own pets will have access to the upstairs third level of our home, allowing us to create a safe and comfortable environment for everyone. Our home already includes two small dogs and a cat, so we have experience managing pets with different personalities, routines, and boundaries.

About: I love dogs and have been working with them for 11 years. I have been dog sitting for about 15 years and love caring for other animals while their family is away. I am a stay at home mom so I prefer to dog sit in my own home I work at an animal hospital in Wheaton, IL and I used to work at a doggie daycare so I know all about dog behavior and how to handle/control them. I also have a certificate in Dog CPR and a certificate for Veterinary Assistant work. I am comfortable with all breeds and dogs of all sizes. I dog sit frequently for a family with 3 dogs and 2 cats! I grew up with three Golden Retrievers and have always been the go-to person for friends and coworkers who need someone to care for their dogs or cats while they’re away. I absolutely love animals and will treat your pet with the same care and attention I’d give my own! I went from working in an office to now being remote, so I feel like I have ample time everyday and am always looking for a reason to get outside. My apartment building has a space outside for dogs to mingle and play. Otherwise, there is a park close by me that we can walk to.

Sara was absolutely fantastic from meet & greet to walking our two Dobermans while we were on a day trip. Our older Doberman is a rescue and does not always warm up to new people. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
