About: We love dogs, and have small loving family. I work from home and we are around on weekends, so are perfect for when you need a weekend or week of dog sitting. Our lives have always included dogs, and love spending time with them! We both have experience with puppies and older dogs, and we love going for walks. We have two boys (Archie 6 and Eddie 3) and a lab/vizsla coco (9) and we are all dog lovers! I take coco for two walks a day, which are about 1 mile. I would love to have another dog to take on our walks! We cannot wait to meet your dog and spend quality time with them. I work from home so I will have a lot of time to spend with your dog! I can take the dogs out as much as needed. I work from home and will spend most of the day with the dogs. We have an unfenced yard, but I don't mind taking dogs out on a leash! I work from home and spend most days at home working. I love having a "desk buddy" and a dog walk is a great way to break up the day, Your pup will have constant supervision! About: I feel strongly about the human animal-bond and I believe your pets deserve the best care possible! My experience goes back to childhood since I've had cats and dogs my whole life. I've watched neighbors' and friends' pets while they were out of town and even watched a friend's horses while she was on vacation. I walked dogs at Anderson Animal Shelter (now Anderson Humane) as a kid. I worked for a pet sitting company for a little over a year in 2020. That year I also began school to become a certified veterinary technician. After two years taking classes full time and completing two externships I became a CVT. My schooling did include kennels- aka walking, cleaning up after and caring for the rescued dogs and cats we learned on (they were adopted out at the end of each semester). I also have helped with pets who were boarding at veterinary offices. I can do medical treatments on your fur baby if necessary. I am open to watching exotic pets. I have a huge admiration for spicy cats. I am your person for house sitting and drop in visits. I will be using Rover for part time work but I do have flexible availability! I have stepped away from full time work all together for the foreseeable future. I am a morning person and I would love to spend some time outside with your pup whatever the weather may be. I enjoy walking outside even in zero degree weather! I am happy to accommodate any routine you need for your fur babies. Greeting your pet is important, especially if I am new to them. I will give them food and water and clean dishes as advised by you. I will take them for a walk or outside to play and go potty depending on what they are up for. If you need pills or treatments or any kind to be administered I can absolutely do that. I will treat your pet, your home and belongings with the utmost respect and responsibility.

About: Ive been around animals of all sorts my entire life. I actually grew up on a farm and participated in 4-H until I aged out. I also used to work at an Animal Hospital. My job there included taking care of strays that came in, socializing them so that they could be adopted, cleaning up after the cats and dogs (both the strays and those who were there for appointments and procedures) cleaning around the office, walking the dogs, administering basic medical needs, etc Pet care fits into my daily and weekly routine even while working part time. I make time each day for feeding, walks, playtime, and giving pets attention throughout the day. Even with a busy schedule, caring for both my pets and someone else’s is something I prioritize because having a consistent routine helps keep pets happy, active, and comfortable. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on keeping their routine as normal and comfortable as possible. I make sure pets are fed on schedule, have fresh water, get plenty of attention, exercise, playtime, and feel safe in their environment. Since I work part time, I have flexibility in my schedule and can give pets the time and care they need while their owners are away.

I trained and raised my own English Bulldog for 9 years, who grew into a special needs senior: blind in his later years and on multiple daily medications. Loving him through every stage taught me what bulldog parents already know: these dogs are one of a kind, and they need a sitter who understands them. Bulldogs aren't just low-maintenance couch potatoes, and I know the details that make the difference. I understand their stubbornness, heat sensitivities, and breathing issues. I stay on top of daily wrinkle cleaning and regular ear checks to prevent irritation and infections, and I'm happy to apply nose butter and follow your dog's grooming routine if needed. I also have the patience to work with a stubborn bulldog mood. Managing multiple daily medications and caring for a blind senior dog taught me to be organized, gentle, and attentive to any changes in routine, appetite, or behavior. My experience goes well beyond loving animals. I've worked at both a pet store and a local animal hospital, where I cared for a variety of animals, cleaned enclosures and kennels, maintained a sanitary environment, tracked food intake and behavior, and administered medications. Working alongside veterinary teams taught me to notice small changes and flag concerns early, so every animal in my care is safe, comfortable, and closely monitored. Don't have a bulldog? About: I've been around dogs my whole life and currently care for two of my own with ongoing health needs: one with hip dysplasia, who needs walks with breaks, physical therapy, and swimming sessions, and one with IBD, who needs a strict diet and daily medication. I'm comfortable giving medication, managing special diets, and following care instructions exactly as given. I also spent a year pet-sitting a neighbor's puppy and cat, including daily visits and boarding. I'm a parent to a toddler and available every weekday morning, roughly 8:30am to 12pm, for visits and walks. Caring for pets is part of my daily rhythm already, so your pet gets my full attention during our time together, not a rushed in-between. I follow each pet's routine and instructions closely, whether that's medication, a specific diet, or a particular walking pace. I'm attentive to small changes in behavior or appetite, since I manage similar things with my own dogs at home. I send photo updates during visits so you always know how things went.
