She gave my senior dog medicine daily, sent photos to reassure me, and communicated about everything very well. My house was also in very good hands. We are SO thankful for Loraine. She has watched our dogs a couple of times now and this particular time, our one dog had an accident the night before our trip. I called Loraine and explained how she would have to now administer medication and keep a cone on my dog while we were gone. It felt like a big ask and we almost considered canceling our trip. But Loraine came through and took care of our pup just as good as we would have! She is so kind, calm, and thoughtful with them. She sends us updates and pictures and I am so thankful for her.
