About: Although I have no professional experience working with dogs, growing up I have owned several. As a result, I have turned into a huge dog lover, and I am very comfortable around all breeds and sizes. In addition, I have handled dogs with varying types of demeanor from some that are more nervous and submissive, as well as those who are more dominant. I treat and love every dog I meet as if they were my own. :) I actually did Rover for several years, but took a break as I moved to the UK for a bit. I'm back in the Chicagoland area now though as I figure out next steps, which means lots of time for walks, playtime, and snuggles as I navigate the minefield that is LinkedIn. I'm always happy to check in throughout the day with pictures and videos as I want to make sure you feel confident that your dog is properly taken care of while you're away. Please reach out if you have any further questions! Other languages: fluent in American Sign Language, conversational in Spanish. As mentioned, I'm currently readjusting to being back in the States after living overseas for a few years. As of right now, I've got very open availability. I'm currently unable to have pets in my home. But I'm happy to meet your fur baby where they are and follow whatever routine they've got set. Just let me know!
“Lauren was great! Her text updates and pictures of my fur babies put my mind at ease. I knew my pups were safe and happy in her care while I was away. Would recommend her to anyone in need of a pet sitter!”

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my combination of experience, reliability, and genuine care for every pet. I’m comfortable with dogs and cats of all ages, and I’ve had hands-on experience with puppies, including basic training, socialization, and housebreaking. I also have experience caring for senior pets, providing extra attention, gentle handling, and medication reminders as needed. Beyond that, I’m attentive to each animal’s personality and routines, making sure they feel safe, loved, and happy while their owners are away. Pet care fits right into my week around my part-time job. I currently teach swim lessons Tuesday and Thursday from 4-8 and occasionally work Sundays from 9-2. This schedule allows me to still carry out walks, meal times, and getting outside. It also makes sure your dog gets all the cuddles before bed and all day! I care for pets by following their routines and giving them plenty of love and attention, whether I’m at my place or theirs. That means meals, walks, playtime, brain games, and snuggles—whatever makes their tails wag! I can give medications if needed and keep an eye on their health and behavior. At my home, it’s a pet-friendly playground, and at a client’s home, I respect their space while keeping pets happy, comfy, and right on schedule.
“We hired Sarah for a long weekend to stay with our Golden Retriever, Ollie, and she was absolutely fantastic! From the start, she was quick to respond to our initial questions and happily came by for a meet & greet, where she and Ollie instantly hit it off. During our trip, Sarah sent daily updates with thoughtful notes, adorable photos, and even maps of their walks, which we loved seeing. It gave us complete peace of mind knowing Ollie was so well cared for. When we got home, everything was just as we left it—and Ollie was clearly happy and relaxed. We would absolutely hire Sarah again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring sitter!”

“I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter. Jana kept me updated with messages and photos, so I never had to worry or wonder how things were going. It was such a relief knowing my dog was not just being “watched,” but truly cared for, played with, and treated like family. My puppy was happy, relaxed, and clearly well taken care of. It’s obvious Jana pays attention to details, follow instructions, and genuinely care about each pet’s personality and needs. I trust her completely and will 100% be booking again. If you’re looking for someone reliable, loving, and responsible to care for your dog, this is the person you want. Absolute gem!”

“Highly recommended. Isabelle stayed with Buddy, our 80 pound, very high energy,German Shepard mixed breed over a long weekend. She again did a great job with Buddy and exceeded our expectations.”

“Dana is great! She was responsible and took great care of Josie and our home. We got lots of photos throughout our time away. We look forward to having Dana care for Josie on our future travels.”

“Ann took wonderful care of our older dog and all his specific needs while we were away — which gave us great peace of mind! We all look forward to having Ann come and stay again!♥️🐾”

“Loraine took great care of my senior dog. She sent daily updates and was on top of her medications and other extra care needs as a senior. Leaving our dog with Loraine gave us peace of mind while we traveled that our dog was in great hands. I would highly recommend her!”
“I felt very comfortable leaving my dogs with Verónica. She kept me up to date on how my dogs were doing and was flexible with some unexpected changes. My dogs were very well taken care of!!”

“Amanda was great with my dog! She checked in several times a day, sent pics, and was very respectful of where I lived. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a quality sitter.”

“Peggy (Margaret) was absolutely fantastic! We had to leave our 5 month old bernedoodle puppy (Ralph) for a week and it was our first time leaving him. Ralph is in his crazy puppy stages which includes him being a land shark but Peggy was amazing. We appreciated her consistent updates with pictures. We felt so at ease being away from Ralph. We will absolutely hire Peggy again. Ralph was very well taken care of and Peggy also went above and beyond with taking care of things around the house such as cleaning up. Thank you so much Peggy for all that you did for us! Us and Ralph really appreciate it and we hope to see you soon!”

About: Hi, I’m Nancy! I’ve been an animal lover my whole life and I know how much peace of mind it brings to have someone you can truly trust with your furry family member. Whether it’s a playful pup or a mellow senior dog, I give each pet the same love, patience, and attention I’d give my own. I’m currently working full time and I’m looking forward to providing pet services and care on weekends, holidays and evenings. I can be available as needed or a recurring basis. I have a dog of my own and plenty of experience caring for pets. Pets have their own personalities and rhythms, so I take the time to understand what makes each one feel safe and comfortable by learning their schedules and routines from you. You can rest assured I’ll treat them like my own and will be respectful of your home.
“Our dogs had a great time with Jane! She was wonderful with each of their personality quirks! We felt very comfortable while we were gone knowing that the dogs were in good hands!”

Sabrina has been the best Dog Sitter I have ever had and I have had a lot of Dog Sitter. She did two courtesy meet and greets and while I was on my trip, she kept me up-to-date multiple times a day with photos. She stayed in my home and took care of my two puppies and when I returned home, the house was immaculate. Everything was clean and almost better than what I left it before leaving on my trip. Both my puppies were very well taken care of. They almost seem sad that we are back and she is gone, lol. She even left me flowers and a handwritten note which was a very touching surprise. Also, I had a lot of instructions and she followed each and every one of them and I must say she was probably the most honest pet sitter I have ever had. I highly recommend Sabrina to take care of your babies, and will be using her multiple times myself.
Maria was an absolute gem. She was on time and extremely communicative, taking great pictures throughout. Our pup had some tummy issues early on and she took him to urgent care along with cleaning up multiple messes. He was feeling better in no time as she administered the medication the vet prescribed as well as fed him special food they recommended. If we have another trip I'll definitely be looking for Maria first.
