About: I’ve always loved animals and have experience caring for pets for neighbors, friends, and family members. I’m reliable, attentive, and patient, and I truly enjoy spending time with animals of all personalities and energy levels. Whether it’s feeding, walking, playing, or simply keeping pets company, I make sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owners are away. I understand how important pets are to families, and I treat every animal like my own I’m currently a graduate school student, which gives me plenty of flexibility to care for your pets! I’m available all day Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, as well as Tuesdays and Thursdays after 2 PM. I love spending time with animals and making sure they get lots of attention, playtime, and care. I have a fenced yard where pets can safely play and get exercise. I’m very attentive, responsible, and experienced caring for pets for neighbors, friends, and family members. I always make sure pets feel comfortable, safe, and loved while sticking to their normal routines as closely as possible.

“Ann was fantastic with our pups. At just a year old, they're still learning so much and she has a natural way with dogs. They (and we) really enjoyed meeting her and we're looking forward to future visits!”

About: I worked at pet supplies plus and they require lots of training for all different pets to provide information on all different types of animals. I work full time remote! Lots of grass area and close to walking paths and trails! Whatever the issue we can figure something out!

About: I have a dog that is 6 and have helped raise a litter of 9 Australian shepherds! I also use to work as a delivery driver so im use to driving around. I am in school and work part time so I tend to be free during the week. I like staying in so I am also available in the weekends! I wake up around 8 to feed a special diet to my dog, she is currently in a diet. Then I walk her before I get ready for the day. I tend to walk her at least 2 times a day but I have a pretty lazy dog. If it’s sunny outside she likes to sunbathe in the back or front yard and doesn’t like walking. I do like getting 10k steps in a day so I tend to just steal my friends dogs and walk around with them.

About: I've loved dogs since I can first remember. my dad got a yellow lab Scottie who i was responsible for training and taking care of. In college after a close friend passed, enter Porter my very own yellow lab. For Porters 3rd birthday me and diana decided to get him a dog friend , enter Oliver our Daschund :) growing up I have cared for my family and neighbors dogs. Diana, my partner of 6 years, has had several dogs growing up and has also raised several litters of puppies. Porter has gone through advanced training and both Oliver and Porter are on the halo system. We see our dogs as family, not just pets. Dogs sleep on the bed and are allowed on the couch. We change the sheets and vacuum daily, meticulously clean. We both work from home (WFH). From the minute we wake up we take the dogs out to play and/or walk for at least 20 minutes along with some training before eating breakfast. We have a fully fenced yard and fairly flexible, constantly take breaks and meetings outside and walks around the neighborhood and park. We care for our pets in our home with the highest form of respect, love and understanding. We really see them as more than family or friends and take them with us everywhere. We bake Porter and Oliver a yearly birthday and holiday dog cake, and have traveled across the US from CA to as far as my hometown of Chicago by both plane and car, and have had dozens of hotel stays - our pack is polite, well mannered and good vibes

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Woodridge
Stephanie was the best! She treated our dogs like her own and played with them so much each time she came. We had never used Rover before and we are so glad that we picked Stephanie to watch them. We are so thankful to her for giving us peace of mind while we were gone and for keeping our dogs happy everyday! Highly recommend her to watch yours!

Audrey is the best. If you’re reading this in hopes of finding your new dog sitter - look no further. She is communicative, detail oriented, thoughtful, and caring. She has been our weekly dog walker for months and we have always felt very comfortable with our spoiled little girls being in her care! We had never opened our home to a stranger before to help care for our girls, and we are so thankful that Audrey was able to introduce us to Rover with such an amazing first experience. I cannot go on enough about how great she is!

All was in order when I returned home around 4:30. The dogs were let out around 9:30 a.m. and early afternoon. Jess texted just after 5 that she was preparing for the final check in of the day, but I replied that I’d returned home on schedule and the visit wouldn’t be necessary.
Gabriella is fantastic with our young dog! We've had Gabriella over a few times for our energetic German Shepherd who can be quite a handful, and she is so kind and patient with him. Allowing someone into your home and allowing someone to take care of your pet is a big step, and we'd never used Rover before. Gabriella made me feel much more comfortable with the process and it has worked out so well. Thank you Gabriella!

Jeff have been a fantastic part of our lives for the past year and a half. Jeff took such great care of Nuri, and he was a true professional. He was incredibly flexible and understanding whenever we had a last-minute change to our work schedules, which we appreciated so much. We’re so grateful for everything he's done and will miss him! Any dog would be lucky to have him.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
