“Allison did a great job with our Murph! She was very communicative, shared photos, and played with our pup while we were away. She also FaceTimed in advance, which we appreciated since this was our first time using Rover. Would book again :)”

About: I have taken care of many pets belonging to friends and family alike and have enjoyed it every time! I’ve taken care of many senior pets as well as pets with ongoing medical attention. I’d be more than willing to aid in medications or specific scheduling needs for a loving animal! I am currently available on weekends/most evenings and would love for a chance to spend a great amount of time to get to know an amazing animal as well as their owners. If you ever have a question regarding availability, feel free to reach out! I will be able to take care of a pet thoroughly in an owner’s home with instructions needed for their pets. I am not able to have any animals in my own home due to owning a cat of my own

“Charlotte was a wonderful sitter and made me feel so comfortable throughout my trip away from my babies (w cats)! Will be booking again the next time I’m away.”

“Erin does an amazing job; our greyhound Happy just loves her! She is professional and communicates very well. She's thoughtful and respectful of our home, making sure feet are clean and things are tidy. Erin is quick to respond to requests for help and flexible when my schedule changes. I can confidently recommend Erin.”

“Margaret is the best the sitter I've come across on this app. So attentive and keeps me updated. Such a peace of mind to have someone like her watching my babies. 100% recommend.”

About: I’ve grown up caring for all sorts of animals. I also foster cats/kittens and a dog. I also volunteer and work with both cats and dogs at my designated shelters so I have experience working with different sizes and temperaments. I have a strong love for all species of animals. I have experience training dogs with basic commands and socializing them. I currently am a part time nanny. So until 10am I am busy with that and then I have travel softball as well. I love animals so much and want to help people out by being a trusting individual to take care of their animals! I have experience with crating dogs as well as leashing dogs who may be so excited to walk that they are difficult to leash. I enjoy caring for animals in the safety of their own home so they are more comfortable.
About: Hi, I’m Brittany! I’ve been a passionate pet owner and caretaker for as long as I can remember. Animals aren't just a hobby for me—they're family. I have extensive experience caring for both dogs and cats of all ages, sizes, and personalities, from energetic pups who need a solid game of fetch to independent felines who just want a calm, comforting presence. Over the years, I've done everything from daily feeding schedules and routine walks to managing medications and providing plenty of one-on-one playtime. I work a flexible schedule, which means I can offer your pets consistent attention, regular potty breaks, and a structured routine so they feel completely safe and secure while you're away. I know how tough it is to leave your pets, so my top priority is giving you total peace of mind. You can expect plenty of photo updates, quick communication, and a home-away-from-home experience for your best friend! I currently work full time, but have plenty of time after work to do visits or walks. I do most of the time work on time so it is no issue being on time for your furry companion! Your pet safety and trust is my highest priority. They will never be left unattended and will be treated like my own pet- spoiled! Your rules and instructions will be followed to the T.
“Christopher is the best! If you’re looking for a pet sitter, choose him! I know my girls are in such great hands with him and I can relax when I’m away. He leaves great Rover cards with wonderful pictures and lets me know if something seems out of the norm.”

“Sam was great! I have two very timid chihuahuas and she spent so much time trying to make sure they were comfortable. She got my little old lady, Lucy to go out—my shy boy Myles was another story. lol. He’s a tough one to get close to. Sam was amazing though, I’m confident Myles will warm up to her. We will try again soon!! ❤️”

About: Anyone who knows me knows I’m the person who immediately notices the animals wherever I go. I’ve always had a special connection with animals and love getting to find out their individual personalities. I started pet sitting for family and neighbors as a teenager and have continued caring for pets on and off ever since. I have a rescue cat that I raised from just a few days old, but he acts more like a dog most of the time. I’m obsessed with him! Whether your pet is energetic, shy, playful, or anxious, I’ll meet them where they are and make sure they feel safe and cared for. Your dogs or cats are literally family members and I’ll treat them like they’re my own! I’m currently in the off-season with work, which means I have a very flexible schedule during the day, evenings, and nights. Spending time with animals is genuinely one of my favorite things, so I’m excited to give your pet the attention, playtime, exercise, or quiet companionship they need. My goal is to keep their routine consistent and make them feel as comfortable as possible while you’re away. I know how hard it can be to leave your pet with someone else because I’d want the same peace of mind if it were my own. My goal is to make your pet feel safe, comfortable, and loved while giving you confidence that they’re getting the care they deserve. I’ll respect your home, follow your care instructions carefully, pay attention to the little things, and send regular updates and photos so you never have to wonder how they’re doing.
About: I love dogs. A few years ago our family’s dog, Lacy passed away at 13 years old. She was a beautiful black and white English springer spaniel. She was so fun, energetic, and sweet. She’s missed everyday. We’re not ready to get another dog yet but since I love being around dogs I thought that caring for dogs would be a fun thing to do. I’ve had experience taking care of my family’s dog for 10 years. Growing up with her, I took Lacy for walks, fed, played with, and cared for her. I’ve house sat my cousins 3 dogs a couple times, whenever they go on vacation for one to two weeks at a time. I’ve also done day visits for one of their neighbors dogs whenever they go on work trips for a few days. I’m looking forward to walking and spending time with your dog(s)! I currently am in between jobs and I’m looking for part time work. I thought dog walking/sitting would be a nice temporary job since I love dogs. I would follow my clients instructions for the care of their dog and the dogs needs. This would include their nutritional needs as well as exercise and play time.
“Stephanie was simply incredible. I was so hesitant to leave my dog Suki but we had to travel for a wedding and needed to be gone for a few days. I found Stephanie and she was super responsive from the beginning. When I met her I felt that Suki would be in good hands and she absolutely was. Stephanie went above and beyond by sending me a daily report and so many pictures, every time. She made me feel so at ease - I could not have had a better experience. Stephanie was worried about my pup being on her own during 4th of July with the loud fireworks and she offered to bring Suki in for that night so she wouldn't be on her own. Only someone who truly understands and cares for animals would do that. She is seriously a superstar and I cannot recommend her enough!”
“Morgan was fantastic! This was my first time using Rover and I am so glad I chose her. From the moment that I messaged her, she was very responsive. That’s when I knew she was the one that I should book with. She followed all of my detailed directions for both of my dogs and even provided one of them with medication. I booked her 4 times in one day and she always communicated, provided me with a thorough recap and even sent some pictures. I felt at ease throughout the day because I knew both of my dogs were being taken care of by Morgan. Thank you, Morgan!!”

“Amanda did a great job stopping by to let our two pups out while we were out of town. We had almost no cell service where we were, but Amanda provides the peace of mind that our dogs will be well cared for while we are gone!”
“Jenna was great with my cat. Exchanging keys was easy and there was great communication from Jenna during my trip. She gave me a lot of peace of mind about my kitty and apartment while I was away and would definitely work with her again!”

About: I am a former manager at a local Pet Store and have extensive knowledge about dogs, cats and small animals. I am able to handle emergency situations and understand that each owner has a different way of caring for their babies. I am a student as well, but would love to spend my spare time taking care and loving on animals as much as I can. I have my own transportation and treats! I am also trained to give shots or any type of medication that may be needed. I can adapt to any type of dog personality as I am more than willing to just snuggle or to go on fun adventures outside, whatever your dog loves best! Your baby will be in great hands!

Stephanie was the best! She treated our dogs like her own and played with them so much each time she came. We had never used Rover before and we are so glad that we picked Stephanie to watch them. We are so thankful to her for giving us peace of mind while we were gone and for keeping our dogs happy everyday! Highly recommend her to watch yours!

Audrey is the best. If you’re reading this in hopes of finding your new dog sitter - look no further. She is communicative, detail oriented, thoughtful, and caring. She has been our weekly dog walker for months and we have always felt very comfortable with our spoiled little girls being in her care! We had never opened our home to a stranger before to help care for our girls, and we are so thankful that Audrey was able to introduce us to Rover with such an amazing first experience. I cannot go on enough about how great she is!

All was in order when I returned home around 4:30. The dogs were let out around 9:30 a.m. and early afternoon. Jess texted just after 5 that she was preparing for the final check in of the day, but I replied that I’d returned home on schedule and the visit wouldn’t be necessary.
Gabriella is fantastic with our young dog! We've had Gabriella over a few times for our energetic German Shepherd who can be quite a handful, and she is so kind and patient with him. Allowing someone into your home and allowing someone to take care of your pet is a big step, and we'd never used Rover before. Gabriella made me feel much more comfortable with the process and it has worked out so well. Thank you Gabriella!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
