About: What is DOG spelled backwards? I believe dogs to be special beings who bring joy, companionship, and help us to feel more alive. I've helped raise and care for animals for 20 years. I've helped train all of our family dogs starting with Sunny, our Golden. Since then I have worked for two dog care providers, including my own business. I've trained dogs for both Emotional Support and Service. My dog Daisy was a Rainbows Therapy Certified, a Canine Good Citizen, and is my personal ESA. It is my belief that animals, especially dogs, have the unique ability to help us heal emotionally and physically. I recently closed my business, which is why I am back on Rover. If you need more recent reviews or references, I can send them upon request. As caregivers it is our responsibility to ensure not only physical health of our animal (s) and to foster their psychological well-being, as well. In addition to this business, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and provide therapy for children and adults, as well as emotional support to animals using somatic experience and music therapy. I also volunteer for CACC, playing music for shelter dogs and cats. My schedule is wide open at the moment as I work from home doing virtual therapy. I will be able to provide constant care to your doggos and cats. I do not have a fenced-in yard There are three parks within 2 mi of my house that have fenced-in areas where it is safe for dogs.

“Julie did a fabulous job taking care of our two cats with drop in visits! Julie responds very quickly. She sent lots of photos and gave great rover cards with information about each drop in visit. Our cats were well taken care of! We will definitely book again!! Thank you, Julie!”

About: I started taking care and training dogs when I was 13. My parents rescued my dog Luna when I was 14 and I took care of her every day and trained her, she even understands Spanish! She is the sweetest dog ever but I currently don’t live with her anymore. I also enjoy taking care of kids and I am very patient and confident in my ability to handle anything. I love to teach and I am very passionate about what I do. Once I start something I work hard to become better everyday. I am currently on summer break so I have plenty of free time. I am fully committed to working Monday-Saturday mostly from 8am-9pm. My current schedule is simple. I go to the gym from 9-11:30am and pretty much free the rest of the day. I have a part time job and I work every other week Sat-Sun from 4-10. I have a really flexible schedule so feel free to ask any questions! I would usually take my dog out for her first walk at 8 in the morning. I would take her out for at least 15min and repeat this every 3/4 hours. After her first walk I fed her breakfast, sometimes I’d crack an egg on top or drizzle honey which is great for dogs, and I fed her twice a day. If it was muddy outside I would clean her paws and fur after. I would play with her and teach her new tricks every now and then. If her breath was bad I would brush her teeth at night. I loved cuddling and sleeping with her and I would do everything to make sure she was happy.
About: I grew up with animals and currently don’t have any of my own. I’m hoping to fill this gap by pet-sitting for others and taking care of your four-legged family members as my own! I am a full-time therapist at a private practice so my schedule is not typical. I primarily work late afternoons to evenings for short shifts so I am home during the day. I even have Mondays completely off. I will ensure that your pet is able to get their energy out early in the day, so by the evening they are ready to rest, relax, and be loved on. I have a large fenced in yard and already go on daily 1 mile walks, having a pet to join me would be great for myself and your pet’s energy!
“Estefanía took awesome care of my kitty Moji! She was always on time to the drop-in, sent plenty of photos, and very quickly converted my shy scaredy cat to her usual sweet self. Thanks Estefanía!”

I always try to clean up after myself and leave things looking as they were

About: Hello, I have been pet sitting and dog walking since childhood. In my current home, I am not allowed to have pets, and I am really missing spending time with and caring for animals. I am so excited to play, walk, and care for your pet! :) I work full‑time, but I’m remote three days a week, which gives me plenty of flexibility for walks, drop‑ins, and consistent check‑ins throughout the day. I’m also available many weekends for pet care. Daily walks are already part of my routine, often more than once, so incorporating a furry companion into that rhythm feels natural. Whether it’s morning potty breaks, midday enrichment, or evening exercise, I make sure pets get reliable attention and a steady routine that keeps them comfortable and cared for. I pay close attention to detail and am naturally hypervigilant, which means your pet’s safety is always top of mind. Whether I’m caring for them in your home or mine, I maintain a calm, structured environment, follow your routines closely, and keep a close eye on their behavior and comfort. I’m intentional about creating a safe, clean, and low‑stress space so your pet feels secure, understood, and well cared for every step of the way.
About: I've owned and cared for all kinds of animals my whole life. Professionally, I have experience working as a dog handler, kennel attendant, dog bather, and groomer. I also have extensive experience working and caring for cats, horses, and various small animals. My +3 years working at a dog daycare facility had me safely handling a pack of up to 25 dogs; providing exercise & engagement, soft corrections, and positive reinforcement. To do so, it was necessary to be observant and in tune with the dog's behavior and always on the lookout for any signs of stress or aggression. As a bather and groomer, I was focused on hygiene but a large aspect of the job relied on my knowledge of dog behavior and training techniques. I've owned cats my entire life and have worked with a TNR rescue the past few years getting pregnant females and unneutered male cats fixed and adopted. I also have pet care insurance with animal baliee coverage in case of emergencies. I always care for every animal as if they are my own and I understand how important it is for them to feel comfortable and loved. I work part-time on the night shift, so I'm usually out of the house between 9:30pm and 2am Monday through Friday. Outside of that- my schedule is flexible. I am available on most weekends and holidays. I only book one client at a time for pet sits and boarding, so your pet(s) will have my full attention. I live in a quiet suburban neighborhood with a huge, unfenced yard. I own a variety of animal care supplies and equipment.
About: I've owned and taken care of all kinds of animals since I was a little girl. From birds, to cats and dogs, to horses, and even snakes, big or small I love em all! I'm a travel bartender that works different music festivals all across the country. Now that season has come to a close, I couldn't think of a better way to fill my newly empty schedule than caring for your furry loved ones! I have one cat and one dog who is kennel trained. I walk my dog a minimum of twice a day in my quaint suburban neighborhood and my cat is very good with other animals.

“Amanda made friends quickly with our shy dog! She played with her and took her to the park. She was very helpful taking care of our plants inside and out as well. She definitely went the extra mile!”

About: Hello! I’ve grown up around, and loved animals my whole life. I grew up with German shepherds and black labs. I am also a cat lover and have a cat named Mack. When I was in college I dog walked for neighbors and friends because I love animals and it’s great to get outdoors. If you would like, I can also run with your dog(s). I am looking to dog walk, pet sit, and help out in any way possible. I have a very flexible schedule, and I am able and willing to work with whatever is convenient for your schedule. So look no further, all the services and care you need for your animal are right here! I look forward to hearing from you (: -Morgan Due to my flexible schedule I am able to fit pet care into my schedule pretty easily. It also allows me to best accommodate yours! I always want the pets I’m caring for to feel relaxed and as comfortable as possible. Safety and security are one of my top priority’s when it comes to caring for your animal(s).
About: I’ve cared for animals since I was young, starting with my own family’s dogs and eventually helping care for pets around my neighborhood. My passion for animal care led me to earn a B.S. in Animal Science with a focus on Companion Animals from the University of Minnesota. During my time there, I held animal care positions at three different zoological institutions, including Brookfield Zoo. I’m excited for the opportunity to care for your pets and provide a safe, happy, and enriching experience, whether it’s during a walk or a home visit! I am currently working part-time so I look forward to playing with your pets! Right now I have more availability than usual and can handle several walks or check-ins during the day! I have a car and am able to drive to and from your home. I will follow all instructions when it comes to caring for your pets. You know what is best for your own furry friends. Every animal is special and some need more attentions than others. I look forward to getting to learn about your fur-baby’s quarks!
“Angelina was wonderful! She took great care of our elderly cat and had helpful suggestions for some of his ailments. We will definitely have her back again the next time we are traveling.”
“We were so fortunate to have Lauren and her mom take care of our cats during our vacation! She was very quick in communication and sent detailed updates with plenty of pictures. They even went above and beyond in troubleshooting electrical issues with our feeders and even took care of the fish tanks. We will absolutely have them take care of our cats again! Highly recommend their services as we entrust both of them due to their skills and experiences with cats. We really felt that our cats were given amazing care and attention, especially for a young, rambunctious kitten. Our cats welcomed them right away and you could tell they were so caring and compassionate with our littles ones.”

“Lexi is amazing! I was fortunate to find her in a last-minute situation, and she enthusiastically took on three drop-in visits with less than 24 hours’ notice. My timid rescue beagle warmed up to her immediately, she followed very specific instructions perfectly, and I will definitely be using her services again!”

About: I have hands-on experience caring for my own three dogs, including two Mastiffs and one Maltese. Caring for dogs with such different sizes, personalities, and needs has taught me how to adapt to each pet’s unique routine and temperament. From daily walks, feeding, grooming, playtime, and basic training to providing lots of love and attention, I understand the responsibility that comes with caring for pets. Friends and family have also trusted me to watch their pets, and I always treat every animal as if they were my own. As a nursing student with a strict schedule, I plan my time carefully to ensure pets receive the attention and care they deserve. I am available for walks, drop-in visits, and pet sitting throughout the week and on weekends. Whether your pet needs playtime, exercise, feeding, or companionship, I will make sure they feel loved and cared for while you’re away. As the owner of two Mastiffs and a Maltese, I am comfortable handling both large and small breeds. I understand the importance of maintaining routines, monitoring behavior, and creating a safe environment for every pet. Whether caring for pets in my home or a client’s home, I follow all instructions carefully regarding feeding, medications, exercise, and special needs. My goal is to ensure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved while their owner is away.
“Phyllis and Greg were great. They responded right away to my request for a cat-sitter and arrived like clockwork at the appointed time every day. They took great care of our elderly cat and kept in touch throughout our time away. Highly recommend!”

Evan – A Truly Exceptional Pet Sitter Evan is the best pet sitter I’ve ever worked with. I’ve had many pet sitters and boarding places. She’s been the best & feel the safest leaving my fur babies in her care! Her type of attentiveness and care is rare. She’s taken care of my elderly dog who had medical issues and cat twice now while I was away on vacation, and every time they see her, they get excited. They don’t trust just anyone and neither do I but Evan has earned that trust completely. My dog has a history of abuse and he trusts her completely because she is so gentle with him. Every visit is thoughtful and thorough. She sends multiple pictures and detailed updates about everything: meals, water breaks, potty time, and cuddles. I always looked forward reading the drop-ins. She’s always early, stays the full time, and brings a warm, friendly energy that both pets and me. Before initially hiring her, I virtually interviewed three other Pet Sitter’s and I felt like she was the best out of all of them in the area. I’m thankful I found her. Evan is kind, and reliable! She’s helped with clean up with my cat, when my dog had missed his puppy pad, and did trash removal. I feel completely at ease leaving my pets in her care, and I’ll absolutely continue to use her services. Highly recommend Evan to anyone who wants peace of mind and happy pets! I do admit I have high standards and she naturally meets them.

Arianna was awesome! We were in need of a dog sitter for our two dogs after a last minute cancelation. We were so luck to have found her. She was punctual, professional and very kind. She met us and our dogs beforehand which put us at ease. When stopping by for the drop in she provided us with pictures and updates letting us know how everything was going. If we are in need of a sitter again, we hope to use Arianna. We definitely recommend her!
