“John was wonderful with both our dogs! He was on time, got to know them first, and won them over very quickly. Even our older dog who is very skittish took to John immediately for a walk this week. Would highly recommend!”

About: I’ve cared for dogs my entire life and truly treat every dog as if they were my own. I’ve raised and trained my Akita Inu from puppyhood and lovingly cared for my Jack Russell through their senior years. I’m comfortable with puppies, energetic dogs, and seniors, and I focus on calm, patient care that helps dogs feel safe, relaxed, and happy while you’re away. Pet care fits naturally into my daily life because I’m free all day, every day. This allows me to give pets my full attention without rushing or juggling other commitments. I’m able to follow your dog’s normal routine closely, whether that means regular walks, playtime, feeding schedules, training reinforcement, or quiet companionship. Because my schedule is flexible, I can easily adjust to puppies who need more frequent care, senior dogs who move at a slower pace, or pets who simply enjoy company throughout the day. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on keeping everything familiar and stress-free. I follow your instructions closely, maintain your pet’s routine, and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away. This includes feeding, fresh water, walks, playtime, medication if needed, and lots of attention and reassurance. For dog walks in my neighborhood or yours, I use calm, confident handling and always prioritize safety. Walks are structured but enjoyable, tailored to your dog’s energy level, age, and comfort. I reinforce good leash manners, stay aware of surroundings, and make sure each walk is both stimulating and relaxing for your dog.
“Sam always does a spectacular job, our dogs absolutely adore her and she treats them with such love and respect that I honestly don't even worry when we're away because I know they're in good hands. She goes above and beyond to send pictures and updates and will sit with the pups after their walk to give them pets and talk to them. She always works with us to meet our time schedule needs for walks and treats our home with respect as well. I can't say enough about how much we appreciate that we found such a trustworthy and reliable walker for our two little dogs! They have the best time with her on their walks and when we come home from our trips they're less stressed and more just happy to see us because they've gotten proper exercise and lovins in our absence. Thanks again for the walks, Tater and Abby will be excited to see us leave next time so they can get more! Haha”

“Jennifer is great! Super flexible, which works great for our ever changing schedule. Our dogs love her, and they are much more content and relaxed now that they are getting regular walks.”

“Dolla was excited to see Angela the moment she saw her and I knew it would be a good fit for us. Angela is nice and has a pleasant demeanor and I will work with her again”

About: I've owned and taken care of all kinds of animals since I was a little girl. From birds, to cats and dogs, to horses, and even snakes, big or small I love em all! I'm a travel bartender that works different music festivals all across the country. Now that season has come to a close, I couldn't think of a better way to fill my newly empty schedule than caring for your furry loved ones! I have one cat and one dog who is kennel trained. I walk my dog a minimum of twice a day in my quaint suburban neighborhood and my cat is very good with other animals.

About: I have been living with two cats for 7 years. I occasionally babysit my friends' dogs when they go on vacation. I am a very responsible person and be sure that I will take good care of your pet. I am currently available anytime during the week, from Friday to Sunday. Depending on your pet's routine, I can visit them early in the morning from 7am, or until late in the evening until 11pm Since I live with two cats, we spend most of our time in the living room, and during the night they sleep in their room. When I take care of other people's pets, in most cases I spend about an hour playing and feeding them. When it comes to dogs, we walk and run. I always check that they have clean water and enough food until the next visit. And of course, I always take pictures of pets so that their owners can be sure that everything is fine and they can enjoy their trip.
About: My family has always had pets in our home. From a young age I've been interested in the emotions and health of our furry friends. I am currently working part time so I have plenty of time to play with your pups all evening! Tuesdays and Thursdays I am available all day but Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays I am available after 4:00 PM. Aside from daily walks, I will ensure they're eating a balanced meal based on a specific schedule as well as plenty of playtime to prevent boredom.
About: My goals is always to give the pet the best care possible. I have taken care of pets that have special needs such as assisting with walking with a harness, medication administration, as much TLC as they need. I am an absolute animal lover and my goal is to achieve trust, with the pet parent and the pet. Also, to provide the best care as though they were my own. I currently work as an oral surgeons assistant, and my hours change each week. I’m open for walks or sits throughout the week with boarding on the weekends. I am very flexible with the pet parents needs! I always establish trust with the pet first, they need to feel comfortable first and for most. And I make sure that the pet is on the leash prior to leaving and or starting a walk. If I am boarding I have a fenced in back yard along with a very loving French Chow to keep your pet company. If need be she can always spend time elsewhere in the home if you are not comfortable with you’re pet being around another pet.
“Thank you Rocio for allowing our nervous dog to show you his playful side. You gained his trust right away. We loved all the updates and communication throughout your services. You gave us complete reassurance that our pet babies were in great hands. You showed great dedication and went above and beyond by doing other tasks around the house to care for our kiddos. We would be so pleased to continue to work with you soon.”

Ana has always done an amazing job caring for my fur baby, Dakota. I’ve worked with her locally many times and was so excited to see her join Rover to continue growing her dog‑sitting career. Ana truly cares about the animals she works with and always takes the time to listen and understand what each pet needs. Dakota is not an easy dog to care for, between her cancer‑related medical needs and her reactive fear of other dogs and children, she can be complicated to leave in someone else’s care. Ana has always risen to these challenges and made us feel completely at ease trusting Dakota with her. This year, we went on a two‑week vacation to Italy, and Ana stayed in our home to care for Dakota the entire time. Not a single walk or medication was missed, and Dakota was loved and cared for as if she were Ana's own pet. I will always trust Ana with Dakota’s care and would confidently trust her with any pets we have in the future. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
