As a part-time registered nurse, I not only have a passion for taking care of people, but also have a deep love for caring for animals. I consider it an honor and privilege to be responsible for caring for others’ most beloved friend and family members, both furry and non-furry loved ones alike. What sets me apart from other sitters is my prioritization for safety. Making sure your furry loved one is first and foremost safe is my highest priority.

Katie is wonderful! Excellent communication and I love how she took a chance on a silly 2 yr old lab who loves Sniffing and eating sticks. We hope to see her again!
We are so happy to have met Katie and will definitely ask her to watch our precious Mia again. Katie is very sweet and caring with our dog, gives her a ton of activities and exercise, and sends lots of updates and pictures. Katie is also a pleasure to work with, as she is very communicative and accommodating. Also, Katie’s canine partner is a very sweet and playful and our dog loved playing with Katie’s dog. We used Katie for the first time. She made two visits in a day to.our home and walked two dogs and fed them. Dogs had a great time with her and everything was fine when we returned home. She sent lots of fun photos of her visits. We were very impressed with Katie's flexibility and interaction with our dogs

Katie took amazing care of our anxious, high energy mini poodle for 5 days! She texted us updates and pictures every day that put us completely at ease! We will definitely call her again to care for our fur baby! We HIGHLY recommend her!!

Schedule
I enjoy going on outdoor walks and would love to take your furry loved one along with me. I also have a sizable backyard naturally fenced in by trees that serves as a great outdoor space for your dog to run around and enjoy some fresh air (while supervised).

If your dog enjoys playing with other dogs, my Bernese Mountain Dog, Leo, is a wonderful play partner who gets along with dogs of all shapes and sizes. He is incredibly easy going and is currently in training to be a Pet Therapy Dog at the Hinsdale Humane Society :) My husband also works in the medical field and will be assisting me in caring for your furry loved one as well.

A typical day
Your dog and I will have fun going on walks, snuggling on the couch, and playing in the living room with their favorite toys. Please let me know what other activities your dog enjoys, so I can incorporate them during our time together :)
