“Kathryn did drop-in visits for my cat for a week, and she was wonderful! She’s very responsive to messages/questions before and during the visit. My cat is not always interested in new people, but at our meet-and-greet, he clearly liked her and she was really great with him. She definitely loves animals and definitely “gets” and enjoys cats. For every visit, she sent a nice message about how he was doing/behaving, and his food intake and activities while she visited. She even figured out his food likes and dislikes very quickly! I had left a window open and she let me know she closed it because it was raining, which I appreciated. And for each visit she took great photos of him, which I really enjoyed—l miss him a lot when I’m gone and it was good to see him interacting with her, playing, etc. When I came back, he was happy, healthy, and his usual self. I’m so happy I found her and highly recommend her—she will take great care of any pet!”

About: I’ve never been without pets. Growing up I had four cats. Then I begged my parents for two dogs and took care of them. Then I had one more cat, and now I have four! I have pet sit for neighbors and family on and off for years. I’m currently self-employed and have been selling things online as well as gardening for people. So, I have plenty of time to take care of your pets! I will do whatever is asked of me, whether it be crating, playing with their toys, feeding them, changing cat litter, picking up dog aftermath. I worked at Naperville animal hospital in the kennels so my day consisted of walking dogs in any condition, giving meds, cleaning up and feeding the cuties. About: I've been surrounded by furry friends since day one of my life. There has never been a day where I don't have a cat by my side! In 5th grade, my parents decided to bring a Shiba Inu into the mix, so I am used to working with spunky, stubborn, and independent personalities! I also took care of our Shiba, Tobek, as a senior. Whenever my parents were out of town/the country, I was the go-to caregiver for all his needs. I also administered medication to both our dog and cats as they grew old, so I am comfortable doing that for other pets as well! As someone who has a very particular fluffy boy at home, I completely understand the need for specific feeding rituals, medicine, etc. Anything you need me to do, I got it! Need some cleanup after your pets? You got it! I do not stray far from my Polish roots when it comes to cleaning. I've dealt with pets of all ages, from kittens and puppies to ancient cats and dogs that have lived their best lives. I love all animals, furry and non-furry! Since I love them all so much, I'm actually going back to school so I can pursue veterinary school one day. Anything I can do to help is a gift to me! I'm available in the mornings before 10 AM and evening after 6 PM. However, since I work remotely, I can pet-sit at any time! Of course, weekends are available as well. I can be flexible if need be! I can't pet-sit at my own home, but I have no issues with pet-sitting at others' homes. As someone with a cat that has a particular meal routine, I don't mind following strict instructions!
