We are SO thankful for Loraine. She has watched our dogs a couple of times now and this particular time, our one dog had an accident the night before our trip. I called Loraine and explained how she would have to now administer medication and keep a cone on my dog while we were gone. It felt like a big ask and we almost considered canceling our trip. But Loraine came through and took care of our pup just as good as we would have! She is so kind, calm, and thoughtful with them. She sends us updates and pictures and I am so thankful for her. Our pups were in good hands. Would book again!
Hannah was absolutely incredible! She watched my dog for me for 3 days/nights after my planned dog sitter fell through. She saved the day! Hannah is responsive, responsible, and reliable! She was great about working with my reactive dog and made us all feel super comfortable about it. Hannah even dealt with some maintenance folks who came into the apartment! She gave my dog so much love and attention and sent lots of pictures and messages through the weekend, which put me at ease. My dog absolutely adores her and we will certainly book Hannah again.
