About: I have been around dogs my entire life, starting when my mom and I rescued a Corgi when I was ten years old. In College, I adopted a German/ Sheppard Pit Bull Mix named ACE and he taught me a lot about taking care of animals on my own and growing as a human being. I was worried to leave them with a stranger; however, it worked out and felt at ease and not had to worry because Mia took care of what our dogs important needs were -feeding them 2x a day on a timely manner, walked them and kept them company too. Both were well taken care of because they were super happy when I came home. During our meet and greet she was super comfortable with my dog, Cleo, who is a heavy bully breed and very energetic. Her love for dogs is apparent, and she kept me updated throughout her entire stay. She sent text messages updating me on how she was doing, how her walks went, and even sent me photos throughout the weekend. It was my first time using any services for my newly adopted shelter dog. Sydney came through in a pinch when I really needed a house/dogsitter. She didn't flinch when meeting my high energy, excited reactive Malinois mix. He loved her right away. She followed all of our strange instructions and updated me throughout her stay. I didn't know what to expect, but was very happy with the care she gave Rebel. For newbies, I suggest discussing exactly what you expect in the way of communication. Josh recently house sat our dog Lio. It's safe to say that Lio would likely abandon us to go live with Josh! Josh provided us with daily photo/video updates, demonstrating how well they were getting on. It is obvious that he loves animals! Furthermore, he was extremely neat, and left our home cleaner than we did. Leaving a note was a nice touch. We hope that Josh will help us out again!
Liz is great with Dottie. She communicates well through the day, brought in my amazon package, kept the house how she left it, and most importantly cared for Dottie. I got pictures of them lounging on the couch while Dottie got belly rubs, and she also took her for a walk. I would recommend Liz!
