While I'm new to Rover, I’ve grown up with pets my entire life, from dogs and cats to all kinds of pocket pets, so caring for animals has always been a big part of who I am. I genuinely love being around animals and making sure they feel safe, happy, comfortable, and cared for. I've committed my career to caring for pets, and for the past five years I’ve also worked in client services at an animal hospital, which has given me even more experience understanding pets and their individual needs. I’ve learned how important patience, kindness, attention to detail, and communication are when caring for someone’s beloved pet. I’ve cared for dogs and cats for family and friends over the years, and I currently pet-sit for an adorable senior dog multiple times a week. I’m comfortable with everything from walks, feeding, playtime, and cuddles to giving medications and providing overnight, in-home care. I know that every pet has their own personality and routine, and I love getting to know those little quirks that make them who they are. Whether your pet is playful and energetic, shy and needs some time to warm up, or a senior who needs a little extra patience, I’m committed to making sure they get the care and attention they need and building trust with the client. Most importantly, I understand that when you hire someone to care for your pet, you’re trusting them with a member of your family. I take that trust seriously and want both you and your pet to feel completely comfortable with me. I’ll treat your pets with the same love, patience, and care I would want for my own, while keeping you updated so you can have peace of mind while you’re away.
