About: Hi! I'm a lifelong animal lover with experience caring for both cats and large dogs. I've been a pet owner myself for a little over a year now, but I've helped raise and entertain my siblings' dogs since they were puppies. Some of my proudest pet-parent moments include teaching my cat to sit and teaching my sister's German Shepherd puppy to roll over! I love spending time with animals and was even voted "Most Likely to Have 10 Dogs and Cats" in my sorority. I'm active, love being outdoors, and enjoy walks, playtime, and giving pets plenty of attention. I'm also experienced with feeding, baths, and cleaning up after pets. Having lived with German Shepherds and Huskies, I definitely understand the shedding struggle! I know how important it is to trust someone with your pet, and I will care for them as if they were my own. I can't wait to meet you and your furry family members! I am freshly post grad and taking the summer off to apply to medical schools, so I am able to do work remotely and my schedule is quite flexible. About: Hello! I'm Grace, but you can also call me Mairin! For as long as I can remember, I have had animals in my life to care for and love. Cats, dogs, the occasional fish and reptile…I have worked hard to take care of the animals in my life, and sometimes the animals in other people’s lives. I ensure the happiness, well-being, and most importantly, safety and health of all the animals I’ve cared for. I have my own cats and a dog at home, and am their primary caretaker. I clean up after them, make sure their bowls are clean, make sure they’re fed on time and have fresh water, and take the dog out for walks whenever possible. I am also experienced in raising and training puppies, as I was responsible for caring for the puppies from the day they were born until they could be adopted. I trained them by helping them get used to harnesses and leashes, weening them onto wet and dry food, and socializing them with the cats! I have plenty of time to spend with your pets and ensure their happiness and wellbeing! I have a very flexible schedule and can work with yours to find the perfect time to care for your pets! I treat my client’s pets as I do my own. I make sure they’re fed and have a clean dish full of fresh water, and make sure to meet any of their needs properly and efficiently. I take care to follow the pet’s schedule, if any, and make sure they receive proper enrichment and time outside, whether it be playing in the yard or going on walks. I also take care to be diligent and check for any illness and odd behavior. Communication is incredibly important to me, and I will frequently send updates as well as photos to any pet parents!
