About: I’m a reliable and easygoing pet sitter with about 3 years of experience in Glen Ellyn and the surrounding suburbs. I grew up walking dogs daily, and more recently started offering in-home care for owners who travel. I keep pets on their normal routine, make sure they get plenty of attention and exercise, and stay on top of any specific instructions. I’m dependable, responsive, and easy to work with. I work Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM, so I’m available for visits before or after work on weekdays. Penelope was new to Chicago and having a tough time settling in - we wanted Penelope to have someone with her while we were out to ensure she was comfortable. Diane was absolutely phenomenal from the start - an excellent communicator and made us feel comfortable right away. You can tell she is extremely expert when it comes to the care of animals. Penelope can be very shy/anxious and tends to run away/hide when she is stressed. Diane got down on the floor with Penelope and patiently waited for her to come out when she was ready. Diane sent us photos throughout the day along with updates/messages which made me feel so much better and allowed me to relax while we were out. I was amazed at how quickly Penelope warmed to Diane and felt totally confident in Diane taking care of my baby. We can’t say enough to indicate our appreciation of Claudia’s care of our 90 pound fur baby. She’s flexible (when I had to schedule not one but two meet and greets 🤦🏻♀️), punctual, fantastic at reading pup comfort levels and respecting their warm up time, communicative (daily pics and videos to help me feel at ease), caring (ordered canned foods when Luna wasn’t eating), and just generally friendly. I highly recommend her for any of your pet sitting needs. She provided Luna with drop ins and house sitting.
Casey is fantastic. She took great care of our three dogs and one cat. She checked in every morning and evening to let me know, they had had their breakfast and dinner, and she sent photos every day. When I got home everyone seemed very comfortable and happy - not at all concerned that I had been gone.
Highly recommend Britt to take care of your pets! She was very responsive and provided updates with every visit. She walked the dogs in cold weather, gave them food, water, medicine and spent time with them. I really appreciate how much she cared about the dogs and cannot say enough great things about her!
