Pawsitively puurfect sitter!
PLEASE NOTE: I have a job, normal 8.5 hour days as does my partner. Please take this into consideration BEFORE submitting a request for care as every declined request counts against us! Boarding and house sitting will require at minimum one meet and greet. We live in north Lombard, work in Wheaton. I am currently studying to for the RD exam. I have pet sit/house sit for my family and friends for 20+ years. I enjoy both cat sitting and dog sitting. I’ve been on rover almost 3 years and have had the chance to watch all sorts of dogs from senior to picky to special needs as well as many cats. I’ll do my best to make your pet feel comfortable and happy! I’m proud to have a 5-star rating and star sitter status. House sitting is my main area of focus, my significant other typically handles boarders. Since we both work, all pets must be able to go a full workday without a potty break, as well as for boarders get along with our 2 dogs.

Melissa was wonderful! She stayed with my two cats while I was on a trip. She communicated the whole time I was gone, sending updates and pictures everyday! One of my cats is super shy and will hide the whole time new people come over and he warmed up to her right away. It made me so happy to know he was cared for and comfortable. This was my first experience using Rover and Melissa made it a great one!

Schedule
Due to my work responsibilities, pets that need care multiple times within an 8 hour window would not be a good fit. Also if boarding please know my partner and I both work. My focus is overnight care so the animals I am watching are given priority, but am happy to provide walks or drop ins outside of overnight care when available.

A typical day
I love to get outside with the dogs for walks! I enjoy playing with lasers for cats and chase or tug of war with dogs. Anything to get them to play! Also love to give pets and cuddles!
