“I bring my Doberman puppy to Karissa and couldn't be happier. Because of Karissa, her household, and her "pack", my puppy is so very happy, calm and socialized around cats, dogs, children, and people out in public. I get adorable updates from her which cheer me up while I'm away at work. Each morning as I pull up to her house my puppy starts barking excitedly and literally runs to her front door. At the end of the day he doesn't want to leave. Not only does she take care of his daily needs, but she goes the extra mile taking him out to stores that allow puppies such as Home Depot for extra socialization. Some people think that having my puppy go to day care is an extravagance, but these months are critical in the emotional development of all dogs. He is going to be my companion for the next 12 or 13 years. Thanks to Karissa, he is going to be wonderful”

About: I’ve had dogs and cats my entire life, and caring for animals is truly a passion of mine. I currently have one dog and two cats who are a huge part of my family, we love them dearly and treat all pets in our home the same way. I work part-time, which gives me plenty of time and flexibility to give your pup lots of attention, playtime, and care. I’m available for both weekday and weekend boarding, and my schedule is very open. I live near several trails and parks, so walks and outdoor time are a big part of the experience here. I also have a very active 8 year old Lab named Layla who absolutely adores people and other dogs. She’s friendly, playful, and loves having company. Because I have two cats in the home, visiting dogs must be cat-friendly. At this time, I’m not able to accommodate pit bulls or pit mixes. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities, and I aim to make them feel right at home while they’re with us. PLEASE ONLY DOGS THAT ARE HOUSE TRAINED! I’m currently working part time, so I’ll have plenty of time to play with your pup! In my home your pet will be family to us. While your pup is in my home, she will go on walks and plays right along side my dog. Your pet will have full range of our home, and will be treated no differently than my dog, so your dog might come home more spoiled than ever!

I’m 100% full time work from home. My wife Brenda is also mostly work from home. We are available all day to provide love and attention to your pup, including but not limited to playtime in the yard and walks around the neighborhood! We have a calm, quiet home where your pup can relax and enjoy their vacation. Large, fenced in yard, no kids, just 2 fur babies to provide as much companionship as your pup desires!

Because my schedule is open, I’m able to accommodate walks, drop-ins, playtime, and check-ins throughout the day. With the weather getting warmer, I’m especially happy to take dogs out for walks or spend time outdoors so they can get fresh air and exercise. My flexible routine allows me to make sure pets receive consistent care, attention, and companionship while their owners are away. I live in a clean, spacious apartment that provides a calm and comfortable environment for pets. My complex also has great outdoor spaces, including courtyards and a dog park, as well as safe walking areas, which makes it easy for dogs to get fresh air, exercise, and playtime. At home, I have two very loved cats who are used to a quiet, well-maintained environment. They are a big part of my life and help make our home feel warm and welcoming. I always prioritize slow, respectful introductions so every pet feels comfortable and safe in the space. Safety and routine are very important to me. I’m able to follow any specific care instructions you provide, including feeding schedules, medication routines, or crate training if needed. My goal is to create a stress-free, secure environment where your pet feels relaxed and cared for while you’re away.

About: I been taking of pets since in high school from my own to my neighbors. I love being around animals.it’s a joy to be able to care for pets. There will be at least 2-3 walks a day along side of taking them out to potty. Your pet will be teeter like part of the family , spoiling them with lots of goodies and love. I’m on leave from work so I have plenty of time to devote to your pet. I am up bright and early every day so I would be spending time with pets most of the day. I have teenager boys who love helping out with animals and being around them. I have back area where I can set areas of play up for pets.

About: I have cared for the elderly 8 years as a CNA and have been voluntarily trusted with family and friends pets for the past decade at least. Understanding pets needs and wants are a second nature to me. my schedule allows me to have pause periods to do wellness checks and walk your Pet's. My daily life allows me to work from home half of the week My place is comfortable to host 2 pets at once in a clean environment. About: We lost our cocker spaniel of 13 years about 2 years ago so I love to take care of dogs now that we don’t have a dog to pamper. We care for one dog at a time unless two dogs are siblings or good friends then that’s OK. I love to walk around Lake Ellyn Park nearby or just snuggle on the couch and chill with them. I realize how important your baby is to you and will give them love, companionship and special care. We love having a dog around. I’m retired and an empty nester so I am flexible and around all the time. I love to walk around Lake Ellyn Park and Glenbard West HS just down my street. We also like to sit on the front porch in the shade (gated) and watch the world go by. It’s a dead end street; so it’s very relaxed & chill. We are a few blocks from Main Street and town. We love hanging out in the back yard or the porch with our dog guests and take frequent walks.
