About: We lost our cocker spaniel of 13 years about 2 years ago so I love to take care of dogs now that we don’t have a dog to pamper. We care for one dog at a time unless two dogs are siblings or good friends then that’s OK. I love to walk around Lake Ellyn Park nearby or just snuggle on the couch and chill with them. I realize how important your baby is to you and will give them love, companionship and special care. We love having a dog around. I’m retired and an empty nester so I am flexible and around all the time. I love to walk around Lake Ellyn Park and Glenbard West HS just down my street. We also like to sit on the front porch in the shade (gated) and watch the world go by. It’s a dead end street; so it’s very relaxed & chill. We are a few blocks from Main Street and town. We love hanging out in the back yard or the porch with our dog guests and take frequent walks.

About: Hi, I’m Nat! Im from Elmhurst IL and have always grown up with cats and dogs at our house! Currently I have a dog and two cats in my own!(NOT at our home during any boarding stay!! They stay with our family!) I have been pet sitting for the past 8 years also! -BOARDING DETAILS!… I always have my family watch my pets, so your pet won’t be stressed out with new animals in a different environment! -open to hosting multiple pets at once up to 5! -no fenced in yard but we have multiple leads in back. I always sit outside while the dogs(s) are in our backyard. -We live in a house in Elmhurst on a quiet street near a park. We also have a little over 1/2 acre lot for dog to run around in! -I always like to offer a phone call/meet and greet before to get to know me before. This also helps so that I can meet the family and pets beforehand! -I also currently work with many families and have many references I can offer! -I am comfortable with older/younger dogs since we got our dog as a puppy, and he is now a senior -I am happy to offer oral meds if needed, since I have dealt with many animals needing oral medication in my care. -A little about me is that I am currently a senior at Benedictine University in Lisle as a Finance major. About: I welcome dogs from just one household at a time, so your dog—or pair of dogs—gets plenty of individual attention in a relaxed home environment, with a fenced yard and my friendly Bichon, Apple, for company. I've been a dog owner for 16 years, including two Shih Tzus who lived to 16 and 14, so I'm also very comfortable caring for senior dogs. Apple is extremely dog-friendly and enjoys dogs of many sizes, especially those around her size or somewhat larger. I want your dog to feel at home here. I'm happy to follow your normal feeding, sleeping and medication routines, and dogs are welcome on the furniture and beds. I also send plenty of photos and updates so you know how your dog is doing while you're away. I currently work from home, so I have plenty of time to care for your dogs (frequent potty breaks, walks as desired, etc.). Occasionally I will have to leave to run errands or meet with clients, but I am rarely gone for more than 2-3 hours. Days that I anticipate being away for more than 3 hours are marked as unavailable on my calendar. When I’m home, guest dogs are welcome to roam the house and fenced yard. If I need to be away briefly, I’m happy to follow whatever routine your dog is accustomed to. I do have several spare crates for smaller dogs if your dog is accustomed to using one, although I also have plenty of space for you to bring yours. I’m happy to work with each owner to maintain their dog's normal overnight routine.
