“This family was wonderful with our Maizie!! She has never been away from us and they made it so comfortable for her. They definitely went above and beyond for her stay and we could not be more grateful!!”

“Christina’s family is so caring and loving! You can tell how much their kids enjoy hanging out with Milo and accepted him as part of the family. It’s so great to see how sweet their dog Brydie is too! I know he always has a great experience with Christina and her family 💗”

“Ashley was wonderful, absolutely amazing. She is great at providing feedback and updates on how our Girl was doing every day during our Vacation. She sent lots of photos and videos on how great of a time our Luna was having with Ashley and her family, her girls were so amazing with Luna, I am so grateful for all the attention Luna was given. THANK YOU Ashley and Family for caring for Luna. You will definitely be my to go for our next gateway. Thank you so Much!”

“Sarah was excellent! She sent us photos and updates of our dog Gus while we were out of the country for two weeks. She was understanding and able to care for our senior dog with special needs. Would highly recommend!”

“She took amazing care of our baby, Opie. She was very easy to communicate with and was very flexible I appreciate all that she did and will definitely be a repeat customer!”

“Another worry free experience with Wayne. Extremely professional and organized. Daily photos and updates. Thanks again for this somewhat last minute booking- we appreciate it!!!”

“My mother and I have been using Rover for a couple pf years now, but after we moved, we had to find a new person for boarding while we are out of state. Lynn happily welcomed us for a meet and greet, had our Leo for a “test” day as a Day Care, and watched him for three nights after that. We are very happy as she always replied to all the messages very quickly and sent updates. Leo did jot seem like he was worried as he stayed active after he got home. As an anxious little one, he would fall asleep in the car if he had a bad time. We are very grateful for such an amazing help and will definitely rebook whenever we travel again!”

“Justine, Brett, and family made our little guy feel right at home. If our dog could speak a human language I am sure he’d say to my family, “Hurry up and go on vacation again!” If you need someone to care for your pup(s) look no further, as they are great carers and communicators.”

“Choosing Linda and family was one the best decisions I’ve ever made. My dog is a big boy and it’s a lot to ask any family to look after him. They treated him every bit as well as I would have. Couldn’t have found a more loving and patient family!”

“110% trust my puppy with Melissa 😁 she treated Bean like part of the family, lots of playtime, puppy snugs, and lovins. I got lots and lots of super cute pics and videos too, Will be booking again ✨”

“Michelle is a LIFE SAVER! After Elmhurst Animal Hospital wrongfully canceled my boarding reservations at the last minute, I scrambled to find someone to watch my 3 small dogs. I found Michelle and she was quick to respond and accept my fur babies for the stay! Michelle and her 2 little girls took AMAZING care of them, sending update reports and pics too. This gave me peace of mind that they were being well cared for! Michelle was also very accommodating when I needed to drop them off early than originally scheduled. I will definitely be utilizing Michelle's services again in the future!”

“I was very nervous about leaving my finicky cat somewhere she wasn't familiar with, but Deb and her family were so great with her. I received daily updates and they allowed her to do things on her own terms, which cats really need to become acclimated to a new space. My cat is definitely not the easiest cat around, but they really loved on her and made it work. Definitely would recommend!”

“Anton and Amanda were wonderful with Griffy! He seemed to have a great time with them and their family! They sent pictures daily and updated me with how he was doing. They kept him safe and happy and were very easy to correspond with. Highly recommend!”

About: I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life, so caring for animals has always been a natural part of my daily routine. From playful puppy stages to slower-paced senior dogs, I have experience in it all. Whether it’s feeding and walking or playtime and cuddles, I truly enjoy spending time with pets and making sure they feel happy and comfortable. I also have two cats of my own that I absolutely spoil, so I understand how important it is to give pets plenty of attention, affection, and care. Whether your pet loves long walks, playtime, or just relaxing with someone nearby, I’m happy to make sure they feel safe and loved while you’re away. I treat every pet as if they were my own and always prioritize their comfort, safety, and routine. I currently have a very flexible schedule and plenty of availability throughout the week. I start Physician Assistant school in the fall, so for now I have lots of free time and can dedicate plenty of attention to the pets in my care. Because my schedule is open, I’m able to accommodate walks, drop-ins, playtime, and check-ins throughout the day. With the weather getting warmer, I’m especially happy to take dogs out for walks or spend time outdoors so they can get fresh air and exercise. My flexible routine allows me to make sure pets receive consistent care, attention, and companionship while their owners are away. I live in a clean, spacious apartment that provides a calm and comfortable environment for pets. My complex also has great outdoor spaces, including courtyards and a dog park, as well as safe walking areas, which makes it easy for dogs to get fresh air, exercise, and playtime. At home, I have two very loved cats who are used to a quiet, well-maintained environment. They are a big part of my life and help make our home feel warm and welcoming. I always prioritize slow, respectful introductions so every pet feels comfortable and safe in the space. Safety and routine are very important to me. I’m able to follow any specific care instructions you provide, including feeding schedules, medication routines, or crate training if needed. My goal is to create a stress-free, secure environment where your pet feels relaxed and cared for while you’re away.
“Courtney kept us updated with lots of pictures of Clover, we missed him so bad so it was VERY nice to get pictures throughout the day! Thank you for taking such good care of him!”

“Esha & Vineeth hosted our lab for spring break and she seemed very comfortable! They shared lots of updates throughout the week and were easy to coordinate plans! Thank you again!”

“This was the third (and longest) time Traci watched Greta. And by all the cute photos and stories she shared with us while on vacation, Greta loved LOVED staying with Traci and her family. I can’t thank her enough for making our Greta feel safe and welcomed. Traci is the best!”

“Lisa and her family was amazing!! Probably the best sitter experience we have had on Rover! She sent us a lot of pics. Her kiddos took our dog on lots of walks and kept him busy (and feeling loved).”

“Amberley was an awesome sitter for our dog. She took him for long walks and texted us pictures every day of him with her dog and cat so we were not at all worried about him. I would absolutely use her again.”

Izzy was wonderful! I was very nervous about leaving Gerdoo with someone I didn’t know because she is so attached to me. Izzy was very understanding and made me feel comfortable. She sent me updates and pictures throughout the stay, and seeing Gerdoo lying next to another dog was so heartwarming. I would definitely trust Izzy with her again.

Denise is an excellent pup caregiver! She is knowledgeable about dog care and did execptionally well with our puppymill rescue Maggie who is usually very timid and shy. Maggie took to Denise right away and was kissing her hand and going to her for pets and ear rubs during our meet and greet. Maggie's tale was wagging in the update photos sent and she ate and took her meds without any issues. I highly recommend Denise and will definitely use her again!

Winnie had a great time with Karen and her family. This was Winnie’s first time during one of the coldest spells in January but he stayed warm and still got his outside time. He was treated as a part of the family and I could tell that he was able to sleep well since he resumed his normal daytime activities with me without total exhaustion. I’ve found a real home for him so that I can resume traveling without the guilt and worries that accompany leaving him.
