About: I had experience taking care of dogs as a kid. I have been entrusted with checking in on, feeding, loving and caring for dogs of friends, neighbors, and family. I am confident in my ability to handle reactive or anxious dogs. I can read a dogs language (stress, aggression, excitement). I can maintain safety such as making sure the dog is leashed in a busy environment. I keep aware of hazards such as heat, and other dogs. I am on time, and understand what it means to be consistent for routines of dogs, provide clear communication and updates and respect client homes and instructions. I pay attention to detail such as changes in dog behavior, appetite or energy, signs of illness or injury, and owner preferences for routes and pace. I am patient and adaptable. Pet care fits naturally into my daily and weekly routine because I plan my schedule around the pets in my care. I make time for feeding, walks, playtime, bathroom breaks, and regular check-ins throughout the day to ensure pets stay comfortable and on their normal routine. I’m also mindful of providing attention, exercise, and a calm environment so they feel safe and cared for. On a weekly basis, I keep my schedule organized to accommodate bookings, communicate with pet owners, and maintain a clean, pet-friendly space. I also make sure I have flexibility for longer walks, or extra visits when needed. Reliability and consistency are important to me, so I prioritize being available and attentive to each pet’s individual needs. 1) My Home- Daily care: Feed according to the owner’s schedule and instructions Provide constant access to fresh water Maintain routines (walks, playtime, rest) Comfort & safety: Pet-proof your home (no toxic plants, cords, or open exits) Give them a dedicated space (crate, bed, or quiet room) Separate pets if needed to avoid stress or aggression Exercise & enrichment: Walk dogs regularly Provide toys, puzzles, and interaction Adjust activity based on age, breed, and energy level Hygiene: Clean up accidents immediately Scoop litter boxes daily Keep bedding and feeding areas clean 2) Clients Home- Follow instructions exactly: Stick to feeding times, portions, and diet Administer medications if required Respect house rules (furniture, access areas) Routine care: Walk dogs and allow bathroom breaks Clean litter boxes and cages Provide companionship and attention Home respect & security: Keep the home clean and tidy Lock doors/windows and follow security instructions Handle keys responsibly Communication: Send updates, photos, or videos Report any concerns immediately (health or behavior changes)

About: I’ve never not been around dogs. I’ve grown up with multiple dogs of different breeds and I currently work at a doggie daycare and boarding so I’m around dogs all the time. I also do side jobs taking care of some of my favorite furry friends. I have been around all types of breeds and sizes, I’m going to school to specialize in dogs but my hands on training has given me some of the best experience. I’m currently working on part-time and go to school part-time so I will have plenty of time in between to take care of your precious furry babies. I have a fenced in yard, there’s plenty of toys and doggie beds. I currently have 4 dogs all different breeds and sizes. Some prefer walks, some prefer cuddles, I tend to each individual dogs needs based on their personality and breed.

About: As a current cat mom to Allie (9 yrs old), and a former senior-dog mom to Flo (16 yrs old), I do everything I can to keep my girl happy and cared for. I pay close attention to her behavior and requests to get to know what she needs so I can help her quickly, and so she knows she can rely on me. I do the same for all the pets I care for. I have lots of experience looking after senior dogs and cats with different temperaments, disabilities, and special care requirements (such as limited mobility, difficulty walking, and oral medications). I pay attention to their behavior and condition, and update the owners immediately if something seems off or unusual. I work freelance and part time, so am typically available all throughout the week (and I keep regular calendar updates on Rover). Currently my Thursdays are booked from 2 - 8 pm, but feel free to message me anyway and I'll see what I can do to be there for you! I typically house-sit or do drop in visits, but am open to other requests. I will follow instructions and am respectful of the owner's property and possessions. For in-house or overnight sitting, I bring my provisions and am very comfortable sleeping on the couch. I'm always available to contact for updates or concerns. About: My experience with dogs and their care is extensive. I have several friends who call on me when they have to be away. I have stayed in their homes with the dogs who are more comfortable in their own environment. I am confident in what these families' would say about my care. I have cared for disabled dogs and am comfortable giving medications. My personal hobby is horse backing riding where I have learned a lot about reading animals. Each animal is unique and loved by their family. It is this belief in family member which is my business moto. Under my care your pet will be loved, protected and exercised while your away. We offer a fenced yard for play time and several poddy breaks throughout the day. Your pet will be fed, exercised and get peaceful rest.

About: I have taken care of my relatives' and friends' dogs throughout the years as well as my sister's. I am a first time dog owner, currently raising a pitty/lab mix myself. I am a special education teacher working at a private school in Wheaton. I get home by 4:00pm on the weekdays, and I am typically available all day on the weekends! I am currently raising my own puppy. She is crate trained and potty trained as well. I do my best to follow instructions given to me by the owner in the safety of their own home.

Boarding facilities can be stressful for pets and I love to see them thrive in the comfort of their own home. I’ve been a veterinary technician assistant for 7+ years. I cannot wait to give your dog the attention you want them to have while you’re away! I promise to take care of yours just like they are mine. Sometimes my work schedule is different so I’m available after 4 or after 8. It varies week to week. I can always let pets out for potty breaks while I’m on my break as well as long as your in a 10 minute radius from my work in south wheaton. Il. I love to go on walks and give your pet exercise and let them run out their energy. Experience with puppies and senior dogs! I am a huge advocate of accepting all dogs regardless of their breed.
