About: I’ve had dogs in my life since I was 6 years old, and I’ve cared for 6 dogs over the years. My first dog was a Golden Retriever named Rambo ❤️ I currently have 2 dogs Buddy and Duke that stay with my mom. I’ve also had experience with senior dogs, including helping dogs with hip problems and adjusting their care as they got older. I truly enjoy spending time with dogs and understanding their personalities, whether they want to play, go for walks, or just relax and have some company. My main job is part-time, which gives me flexible availability throughout the week. I’m generally available on weekdays, especially during mornings and afternoons, and can often accommodate a variety of scheduling needs. I always follow the owner’s instructions and respect each pet’s routine to help them feel comfortable and safe. I make sure pets have plenty of attention, fresh water, exercise, and a clean environment. Their safety and well-being are my top priorities, and I’ll treat them with the same care and respect I would give my own pets.

About: Hey there! I'm a dog mom and certified dog trainer committed to caring for all dogs I meet in the best way possible! Aside from being a certified dog trainer, I work full time in a daycare/boarding facility and have experience with so many different temperaments and breeds. Working with dogs is my passion. I have three high energy dogs of my own and I understand how important our family furbabies are, and I care for every dog I work with as my own. My entire life involves animals and pet care. I am very fortunate to be able to provide more care while seamlessly adding to my routine! Safety is everything and I take it very seriously! Aside from strictly following any safety protocols you give me prior, I will put safety first in every situation! In addition to be being consistently attentive and with your dog, I will always take extra precautions such as frequent safety checks around the home, securing doors, back up leashes if asking for walks, and of course monitoring any changes and updating you throughout the day. Most importantly I will listen to your dog's body language at all times and give them any space needed. Keeping your dog physically safe, comfortable and free of fear are my main priorities always!
About: My experience with dogs and their care is extensive. I have several friends who call on me when they have to be away. I have stayed in their homes with the dogs who are more comfortable in their own environment. I am confident in what these families' would say about my care. I have cared for disabled dogs and am comfortable giving medications. My personal hobby is horse backing riding where I have learned a lot about reading animals. Each animal is unique and loved by their family. It is this belief in family member which is my business moto. Under my care your pet will be loved, protected and exercised while your away. In choosing me, I am certain that I will exceed your expectations. Thank you for reviewing my profile and I look forward to hearing from you. Caring for your pets basic needs will be my top priority. Together with my husband and my 18 year old daughter, we can assure plenty of walks and exercise will be provided throughout the day. Of course there will be snuggle couch time, if that is what your pet needs. We live in a "lived in Home" that is filled with love. My whole family loves dogs and enjoys playing with them. The yard is unfenced and we leash walk if required. I am a retired active grandmother that truly enjoys spending my days with dogs. Your pet will be treated like family with my loving family. We offer a fenced yard for play time and several poddy breaks throughout the day. Your pet will be fed, exercised and get peaceful rest.
“Bri was great! She helped accommodate our last minute sitter needs and was super flexible and easy going with dates and times for our pup! Our pup instantly warmed up to her and you can tell she truly cares for the dogs she cares for. We would definitely book with Bri again! Thank you, Bri!”

About: I love animals! I have had either a cat or dog(mostly dogs) my whole life! Most of the time we always had more then one dog. I love taking care of them like they are my babies. Can’t talk but need just as much attention. I am good with calming dogs down for the hyper ones. I even run with the dogs! If your dog rather walk or run I’m here for it. Always having a dog I know what to look for when then are not acting like them selves. I also know how to give dogs medication the fun way! I will treat your pet as if they were my own. Cats or dogs either way would be great with me! I am here to help.
About: Hello! As a dog owner and a veterinary professional- I understand how hard it is to leave your pet while you’re traveling. Boarding facilities can be stressful for pets and I love to see them thrive in the comfort of their own home. I’ve been a veterinary technician assistant for 7+ years. I cannot wait to give your dog the attention you want them to have while you’re away! I promise to take care of yours just like they are mine. Sometimes my work schedule is different so I’m available after 4 or after 8. It varies week to week. I can always let pets out for potty breaks while I’m on my break as well as long as your in a 10 minute radius from my work in south wheaton. Il. I love to go on walks and give your pet exercise and let them run out their energy. Experience with puppies and senior dogs! I am a huge advocate of accepting all dogs regardless of their breed. I have gone through fear free certification as well. See you soon! I am working full time but have some days off. Weekends are best for me! If I do work Saturday- it’s 7-1pm for me then I’m able to hang with your pup! Sundays I’m off- always I plan to take care of your baby just like I take care of my own. I have a lot of experience with caring for animals both in a pet sitting setting as well as a medical setting
About: I’ve never not been around dogs. I’ve grown up with multiple dogs of different breeds and I currently work at a doggie daycare and boarding so I’m around dogs all the time. I also do side jobs taking care of some of my favorite furry friends. I have been around all types of breeds and sizes, I’m going to school to specialize in dogs but my hands on training has given me some of the best experience. I’m currently working on part-time and go to school part-time so I will have plenty of time in between to take care of your precious furry babies. I have a fenced in yard, there’s plenty of toys and doggie beds. I currently have 4 dogs all different breeds and sizes. Some prefer walks, some prefer cuddles, I tend to each individual dogs needs based on their personality and breed.
About: I’ve always been around dogs my whole life. Friends and family would rely on me to help with any of their pet needs. I also used to work as a dog washer as a previous job. I’ll be working weekends so anytime during the day would be best for me. Anytime day or night it shouldn’t matter. I have a vehicle so I’m free whenever. I have a fenced yard with a privacy fence and no current dogs. The yard is big enough for dogs to play in. I also live next to a pond with a walking trail.

About: I have always had animals and I have a genuine love for animals of all kinds. Spending time with pets doesn’t feel like a job to me — it’s something I truly enjoy. I’m naturally attentive, gentle, and patient, and I take the responsibility of caring for someone’s pet very seriously. My job is flexible so I have the time and availability to assist with whatever your needs are. I understand that every pet has their own personality, routines, and needs. Whether your pet is energetic and playful or shy and needing a calm presence, I adapt to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I’m reliable, organized, and committed to following your instructions closely so your pet’s routine stays consistent while you’re away. You can count on me to provide regular updates and photos, so you always feel connected and reassured. My goal is simple: to treat your pet with the same kindness, attention, and respect that I would want for my own. I would love the opportunity to earn your trust and care for your furry family member. I'm currently working part time so I have plenty of time to devote to your babies! My schedule allows me to fully devote myself to whatever instructions you leave, even if it's time consuming. I will love and enjoy every minute of interacting with and loving on your pet(s). When caring for pets in your home, I am respectful, responsible, and detail-oriented. I follow your pet’s routine exactly as instructed to keep them comfortable and stress-free. I make sure your home remains clean and secure, double-checking doors and gates each visit. I pay close attention to your pet’s behavior and well-being, and I communicate regularly with updates and photos so you always feel confident and informed. My goal is to provide safe, reliable care you can truly trust.
“I was so happy to find someone last minute to drop by our house to watch our new puppy! She was so flexible with our time schedule and went above and beyond. I highly recommend booking services with her and will book with her again.”

“Dana went above and beyond for our kitties! One of ours is medically needy, plus needed a last minute vet visit. She remained flexible and communicated promptly and made it all so much less stressful for us. She certainly loved on both of the kitties while she did her drop-ins, and we’d use her again!”

“David is caring with our paralyzed dog Happy. He takes time to play with him before attending to his needs. He is responsible and trustworthy! Thanks David, you are God send to our family.”

About: I'm the oldest sibling of my family so they relied on me to take most of the responsibility. I've taken care of a senior dog for a year and made sure he has everything he need. I have taken care, groomed and walked both cats and dogs. I'm currently a student however, my schedule is free on Friday, weekends and weekday evenings. I have a pet myself so I do go back to him between my classes which are two and half hours apart on Monday and Wednesday. On Tuesday and Thursday I only have one in person class which is an hour and 15 minutes. My schedule is very flexible and if needed I will try to work around your schedule. Not boarding at the moment. However, I will make sure that your pet will have everything they need on the walk so they aren't dehydrated and pick up after they finish their business.
“Hannah was absolutely amazing! She took such great care of our 2 cats Meko & Misty. We looked forward to all her reports. She sent us several pictures of her playing and petting both cats. So I know they had a great time. We hadn't asked but she went ahead and put our garbage cans out for us. We were on a family vacation and I recommended her to my son & daughter-in-law as they were not happy with their cat sitter. We're planning a short trip next month and will definitely book her again.”

Rosa was so wonderful with our dog. She walked him, played with him and made sure he was well fed, happy and safe. She communicated with us during or after each visit and even sent pictures of him having fun which gave us great peace of mind knowing he was being well cared for while we were away. I highly recommend her!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
