About: I’ve been taking am care of dogs for over four years. Having my own four-year-old Shitzu-Yorker mix, I understand the care and kindness that is needed to take care of a pet. I adore being around animals and live to play with them. As an active person, I love going on walks, runs, and playing outside with my own furry friend and other dogs as well. Overall, I am a dedicated, caring, and loving individual who would be honored to spend time with your furry friend! I am currently a college student in Normal, IL. I am happy to take booking from either Carol Stream or Normal Illinois area, so don’t hesitate to reach out! I’m free during major breaks and am pretty flexible with by schedules. I am both an early bird and a night owl, so I do not have a big preference on when to come over to lend a helping hand! I have a fence surrounding my entire yard to keep my own furry friend from escaping, but I also have experience in walking dogs with leashes. I am comfortable with putting other pets into crates if needed. I understand that feeding schedules differ slightly, but am adaptable to each persons needs and schedules. Lastly, I know the basic needs that all animals need and definitely know when to refill water bowls or provide little snacks if needed and instructed too.

My dog, Caesar, is an 80 lb pitbull and we just recently moved from a house to an apartment, so he is very anxious because of the new sounds and environment. I booked Amanda for walks/pop-ins because I work downtown everyday and I can’t stress enough how incredible she has been! She has been so patient and loving with Caesar, and he isn’t always the easiest dog to be patient with, especially on walks (that 80 lbs is all muscle and if he isn’t ready to go home, he plants his feet and good luck moving him). It isn’t always the easiest to find someone to take care of Caesar due to the stigma that comes with his breed, but Amanda didn’t care about his breed or size. She just cared that a dog needed her, and she stepped up. So if you are looking for someone who will give your dog the love and care they expect because it’s the same love and care you know they deserve, you need to book Amanda.”

About: My experience with dogs and their care is extensive. I have several friends who call on me when they have to be away. I have stayed in their homes with the dogs who are more comfortable in their own environment. I am confident in what these families' would say about my care. I have cared for disabled dogs and am comfortable giving medications. My personal hobby is horse backing riding where I have learned a lot about reading animals. Each animal is unique and loved by their family. It is this belief in family member which is my business moto. Under my care your pet will be loved, protected and exercised while your away. The yard is unfenced and we leash walk if required. I am a retired active grandmother that truly enjoys spending my days with dogs. Your pet will be treated like family with my loving family. We offer a fenced yard for play time and several poddy breaks throughout the day. Your pet will be fed, exercised and get peaceful rest.

Brittany grew up with doves, ducks, a dwarf pig named Billy Bacon, hamsters, fish, snakes, lizards, two miniature goats and over the years a variety of dogs and cats, but by far, the dogs were always her favorite and first love! Brittany is well organized and responsible, always taking her pets' health and well-being to heart. Her current dog Mila, a Husky mix with beautiful blue eyes, is a sweetheart!
