About: I've taken care of pets ever since I was a kid. When I was in high school, my family hosted dogs of all sizes, including one of my favorites, a Burnese Mountain Dog named Ruby. Lately I've had the chance to watch my brother's two dogs (as seen in my bio pics) when he travels. I work a semi-active full time job over the week, with plenty of energy to spare when I'm not working. I am fully available over the weekends from Friday evening straight through to Sunday! I also am free on weekdays for walks or drop-ins as long as it's before 7:30 am or after 5 pm. Your dog will stay in a cozy, smoke-free condo where they are welcome on the furniture and bed. While I don't have a yard, I love taking long, frequent walks around the neighborhood. For their comfort and safety, I host one family at a time and ask that owners provide the dog's preferred bed or crate if possible

About: Have had a dog all my life and was lucky enough that all our family dogs slept with me and now, of course, my two little ones and all the ones I host that like to sleep in bed too. It’s like one big slumber party, for the dogs, and well honestly, myself as well and during the winter a little extra heat. For the past 27 years I have had 4 dogs (2 of which I currently am the mother). Have personally trained them to be sociable, sweet, potty trained, and off leash doggies. Typically we go on walks throughout the day for any duration, I just read and follow what they want to do, if my older one wants to go in early I bring him in and continue with the other one. Even when I walk your dogs, I watch them to see if they need to get out more energy or still go potty and try to do my best to make sure they do before I bring them back home (sometimes my schedule or the weather does not allow the extra time, but if it does and they need it, no worries, it’s on me). In the process of an official dog training course so that I have the credentials to do train puppies and dogs on Rover soon. My passion has always been to help people and found out while doing Rover, love to help puppies and their owners too, to get the best dog for you. With consistency, patience, positive reinforcement, lots of love, talking, and more of my secret techniques we normally end up with well behaved, sociable, in the end well trained puppies and dogs. Just depends on how much time you have and what you ideally want your puppy or dog to learn and know. I have cared for puppies and my senior dogs and all the time in between. Have a very flexible schedule and would love to meet, walk, host your dog for doggy day care or to board and care for your four legged friends as if they were my own. As it gives me a reason to keep the condo clean, daily. Love teaching puppies the way of the world. The more dogs the merrier, but if over 4 total, I enlist a friend for assistance. Every dog has unique qualities that will make things easier if I am aware in advance. Safety amd security are main considerations during my time with your dog or cat. If your dog loves to play outside, go for a run, soak in the sun and play tug of war (but also sneak a nap in too), I am your pet-sitter! I can also stay long hours overnight if needed to keep your pet relaxed while you are away. Depending on the day, your pet could be alone for 4-8 hours a day with me. I will care for the pet's health concerns (including medication), make sure they have ample time outside (weather dependent) for potty time and exercise, and will care for their physical health if requested (ie brush coat or give bath). I will ask about how they interact with other dogs, people, animals so I can protect your pet and keep them safe.

She played with him, groomed him, and measured his activity. She developed an intricate daily checklist, contacted us with any out of the ordinary info and observations, washed bowls and utensils, took out cat food and litter trash, vacuumed stray litter, and left things neat and organized.
