About: We are a dog-less home since our dog passed about a year ago. I sure do love having visitors, and a dog to love while they are here with me! We adopted our dog 14 years ago at 5 months old, and for the past 10 years I have been very involved with fostering and volunteering for a local rescue. I have so much more knowledge about dog behaviors in general since fostering. I am home during the day, and I am very happy to have your dog here to love and spoil while they are in my care. Your dog will always have plenty of love and attention when they are with me, and their needs will always be met. When they are here they are family! I am retired and home all day. If your dog likes to sleep in a room with someone, they can either sleep on the bed with me or on their bed or in their crate in the same room with me We are in a townhome with a walkout patio. I love to spend time outside with the dogs, and they are always secure with a leash or tie out cable. I am always with them. We are very careful about doors opening, and people coming in and out. Your pet is safe with me.

About: I have my own bull mastiff, trained him myself. Sit, stay, pray, paw, lay down, and he doesn’t pull on the leash and taught him how to “go home”. I’ve been around dogs my entire life as I have had a few and my mom has been on rover for 10 years dog sitting. I am a College student with primarily online classes so my schedule is flexible. About: My parents close friends/family members and even some of my best friends have trusted me to watch overnight their pets such as dogs and cats,etc and along with boarding them at our house as the owners were out of town. I have lots of personal experience with my own pets, along with experience with dog watching and walking dogs outside my family dog. I grew up living with dogs and have always had a passion for animals and would love to be able to take care of peoples furry friends. I have a part time job currently so weekdays would be best since some shifts I get off in the afternoon so most evenings I’m free so if I know in advanced when people need me that would be great to work around my schedule. Some mornings I am also free. We have a big back yard but it does not have a fully fenced in yard due to our garage but it is safe and we have a leash to attach dogs too so they can be safe while also roaming in the yard. We also have a dog bed too. Not many toys because our dog is getting older but we can provide treats if needed and make sure they have everything they need. They will also have a furry companion which is our dog Bella. Whenever I watch a dog at someone else’s home I make sure to check and see what instructions they leave for me, make sure they are fed and let outside, and also make sure they are played with.

I’m very happy to have found Doreen as a cat sitter. She visits once a day and is reliable, thoughtful, and clearly cares about animals. She even feeds the few feral cats who have taken up residence on my back deck and includes photos of them in her updates. One of my cats is extremely difficult and dislikes just about everyone, but he clearly tolerates her (which is very high praise) and is always waiting for his food when she arrives. My other cat requires two pills daily, and she has no trouble giving them to him.
Lia is great!! I have two dogs, one of whom is reactive, and she was completely understanding and willing to work with her. I was super nervous about it, but her knowledge and experience with dogs put my mind at ease super quick. My dogs LOVED her right away, and were so happy to walk with her. 10/10 recommend!
