About: We are a dog-less home since our dog passed about a year ago. I sure do love having visitors, and a dog to love while they are here with me! We adopted our dog 14 years ago at 5 months old, and for the past 10 years I have been very involved with fostering and volunteering for a local rescue. This has given me so much experience with many different dog personalities and helped me learn how to best introduce them to a new environment. I have so much more knowledge about dog behaviors in general since fostering. I have fostered 30+ dogs thus far, handled at adoption shows, transported dogs to vet visits and selected adopters for my fosters. I feel very qualified to give your dog all the care and love they need and deserve while you are away! I am home during the day, and I am very happy to have your dog here to love and spoil while they are in my care. Your dog will always have plenty of love and attention when they are with me, and their needs will always be met. When they are here they are family! I am retired and home all day. If your dog likes to sleep in a room with someone, they can either sleep on the bed with me or on their bed or in their crate in the same room with me We are in a townhome with a walkout patio. I love to spend time outside with the dogs, and they are always secure with a leash or tie out cable. I am always with them. We are very careful about doors opening, and people coming in and out. Your pet is safe with me.

About: I have my own bull mastiff, trained him myself. Sit, stay, pray, paw, lay down, and he doesn’t pull on the leash and taught him how to “go home”. I’ve been around dogs my entire life as I have had a few and my mom has been on rover for 10 years dog sitting. I am a College student with primarily online classes so my schedule is flexible. I am not on campus, and am currently at home in Rolling Meadows. I care for pets in my own home as if they were my own. Very responsible college athlete, just finished my 3rd year of basketball and will graduate with my bachelors in May. Mindful of other peoples property and environments.

I recently graduated from college and currently have a very flexible schedule, which allows me to dedicate consistent time and attention to pet care throughout the week. Because I’m doing this full-time, I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and pet sitting on both weekdays and weekends. Caring for dogs is something I genuinely enjoy, so I love being able to give pets the time, attention, playtime, and companionship they need instead of rushing through visits. I’m also reliable with communication and happy to provide updates and photos so owners always feel comfortable and informed while they’re away. I take the time to understand each dog’s routine, personality, and needs so they feel safe, relaxed, and cared for while in my care. Working with my own dog, Bruce, has also given me experience reinforcing leash manners, recall, and consistent routines, which has helped me become patient, observant, and confident around dogs. I keep a clean, calm environment with plenty of attention, playtime, fresh water, potty breaks, and comfortable places to rest.
