About: I've taken care of pets ever since I was a kid. When I was in high school, my family hosted dogs of all sizes, including one of my favorites, a Burnese Mountain Dog named Ruby. Lately I've had the chance to watch my brother's two dogs (as seen in my bio pics) when he travels. I work a semi-active full time job over the week, with plenty of energy to spare when I'm not working. I am fully available over the weekends from Friday evening straight through to Sunday! I also am free on weekdays for walks or drop-ins as long as it's before 7:30 am or after 5 pm. Your dog will stay in a cozy, smoke-free condo where they are welcome on the furniture and bed. While I don't have a yard, I love taking long, frequent walks around the neighborhood. For their comfort and safety, I host one family at a time and ask that owners provide the dog's preferred bed or crate if possible

The meet and greet was very detailed, Katelyn took notes on everything including feeding, medications, potty schedules and their normal day to day routine. While she was taking notes Andrew was playing with the girls and asking all about their personalities. They have a lovely home that backs up to a park with walking paths. I dropped the girls off on Thursday and picked them up on Saturday afternoon. Katelyn and Andrew were very flexible with my schedule and that gave me peace of mind that if something unexpected happened they had me covered. They sent pictures daily with updates of the girls activities and Andrew works from home so my girls were spoiled all day and night! I highly recommend this easy going dog loving couple to watch your precious pups, they are the BEST!”

About: I have two years of experience training puppies (potty/crate training and beginner-advanced commands). I'm patient and let dogs sniff around as much as they please on walks so they get all that good sensory stimulation! I also live near a dog park, and I love taking dogs out to run around and play. Luckily enough, I work from home and am able to watch dogs throughout the day and night, with the ability to take dogs out on as needed bathroom breaks and to play with/train/walk them a throughout the day. Dogs can feel super safe and comfortable at my home! I have a small fenced backed patio with a grassy area. Since I have a small dog, my home is fairly dog-proof. If you are comfortable with your kiddos being home at night to sleep during times I work, that is an option. For smaller pets I can always make it so they can hangout with me at work. I offer pet sitting over nights, drop ins, and walks. I cannot currently board at my home since I have my own pets, but will do whatever I can to make sure your family pets are safe and happy while in my care!

“Dartagnan was great at taking care of Axel. When I first met him for a meet and greet, I could tell he was knowledgeable about dogs. One thing I really liked was that he is always quick to address any mischievous behaviors that comes from too much excitement. He also sent me daily photos, which was reassuring. As someone who used to dog sit on Rover, I have high expectations. Dartagnan and his partner have exceeded them. Will definitely book with them again the next time I’m out of town.”

“Matt and family were incredibly great to my pet, Peanut. Mine is a super nervous and shy cockapoo mix who is on anti-anxiety medication. The family was welcoming and understanding. They followed all our recommendations to keep peanut comfy and even gave him a soft fur blanket to make him feel home. They took him out for plenty of walks even during those freezing days. Bless their heart! They shared plenty of pictures and kept us updated about peanut. It was nice to see my peanut hanging out with their pets pepper and peanut. They are wonderful people and an amazing family that truly loves dogs!”

I didn’t feel any worry about if my dog was going to be well taken care of. During my dog’s stay, Kyle kept me up-to-date with daily pictures and feedback on their activity for that day.
