“All went very well. Appears my cats were perfectly attended to as expected. I suspect Carl managed things I had forgot to instruct. Will definitely try to rebook Carl on next opportunity.”

About: I have my own bull mastiff, trained him myself. Sit, stay, pray, paw, lay down, and he doesn’t pull on the leash and taught him how to “go home”. I’ve been around dogs my entire life as I have had a few and my mom has been on rover for 10 years dog sitting. I am a College student with primarily online classes so my schedule is flexible. I am not on campus, and am currently at home in Rolling Meadows. I care for pets in my own home as if they were my own. Very responsible college athlete, just finished my 3rd year of basketball and will graduate with my bachelors in May. Mindful of other peoples property and environments.
“Shannon is always reliable and on time. She is very good with Sequoia and is always great about communicating with us on our pup's status. Thank you, Shannon! We appreciate you!”

“Cathy started caring for our black lab, Wendy, last week. She responded so quickly to my messages and was able to do a meet and greet within days of my first message to her! Our dog loves Cathy and it’s been going really well when Cathy comes to let her out at lunchtime. I would definitely recommend Cathy to care for your pet! She has a lab of her own and a lot of experience.”

“Our cats love Giada and we love working with her. She’s very responsive which is very important to me especially we are out of the country. Looking forward to more checkins”

“Hannah was amazing! She helped us out in a pinch and took excellent care of our dog. I appreciate that she was a quick, clear communicator and followed our directions to make sure our dog was safe and loved. Thank you, Hannah!”

About: I have years of hands-on experience caring for dogs in my own home and for people close to me. I’m especially comfortable with dogs who do best with calm routines, clear instructions, slower walks, and consistent attention. I pay close attention to feeding schedules, water, potty breaks, comfort, weather, leash safety, and each pet’s personality. I’m a good fit for pet parents who want someone reliable, detail-oriented, and communicative. I prefer meet-and-greets before first bookings so I can understand the pet’s routine, triggers, medical needs, emergency contacts, and household expectations. I currently focus on small and medium dogs, senior pets, walks, drop-ins, and selective house sitting. My availability is currently best for weekends, select weekdays, and planned bookings with advance notice. I’m offering walks, drop-ins, and selective house sitting while keeping my schedule realistic so I can provide reliable care. I prefer meet-and-greets before first bookings and do best with pet parents who provide clear routines, access instructions, and expectations. I take safety and trust seriously. For walks, I pay close attention to leash handling, weather, heat, traffic, other dogs, and each pet’s comfort level. For house sitting or drop-ins, I follow the owner’s instructions carefully, keep doors and gates secure, provide updates and photos, and make sure food, water, potty breaks, and comfort needs are handled consistently. I ask about bite history, reactivity, separation anxiety, medications, cameras, emergency contacts, and whether anyone else will enter the home during the booking. I may decline bookings that involve unsafe leash behavior, aggression, unmanaged reactivity, or care needs outside my experience.
About: I raised Captain, a large Treeing Walker Coonhound until he passed in 2023. There are currently no dogs in the home. I live in a single family home with a large fully fenced in yard. My work hours vary but I am rarely out of the house longer than 3-4 hours. Weekends I am home full time. Weather permitting they will be taken on at least one long walk per day. Dogs have full run of the house and are allowed on furniture. Dogs can run in the fenced in yard but are always supervised when doing so.
“Jennifer responded to our last minute request. She was very professional, offered to do a meet and greet with us before booking. She took diligent notes and was very communicative the entire time we were gone. Spent time looking for and treating our kitties who were hiding. Would book her again!”

“Melissa did a great job with my two cats! They can be shy with new people, but they warmed up to her on the meet and greet. She spent an hour with them each night and sent great photos of playtime. I hope to hire Melissa for future visits!”

About: Dogs have always been an important part of my life. In addition to owning dogs, I have cared for pets for family, friends, and neighbors over the years. I understand that every dog has unique needs, and I strive to provide the love, attention, exercise, and comfort they deserve while their families are away. My goal is to help pets feel happy, secure, and cared for, while giving their owners confidence and peace of mind. As a retiree, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to the pets in my care. My days are typically spent staying active, running errands, enjoying hobbies, and spending time outdoors, which makes it easy to incorporate dog walks, playtime, feeding schedules, and companionship into my routine. Because I am not tied to a traditional work schedule, I can accommodate a variety of walking times and provide reliable, consistent care throughout the day. I enjoy being around animals and have the availability to ensure pets receive the exercise, attention, and affection they need while their owners are at work or away from home. When caring for pets in a client's home, I strive to maintain their normal routine to help them feel safe, comfortable, and stress-free while their family is away. I follow all instructions regarding feeding schedules, exercise, medications, and any special care needs. I make sure pets receive plenty of attention, affection, playtime, and companionship, while also ensuring they have fresh water and a clean environment. I respect my clients' homes by keeping everything tidy and secure and providing regular updates so owners can have peace of mind knowing their pets are happy, healthy, and well cared for in the comfort of their own home.
About: I have taken care of dogs for over 15 years now. We always have had one dog at a time but love them dearly! We have a fenced backyard safe and clean for the dogs to roam around. If you need walks, let us know the schedule. We also rescued a puppy a few months ago after our previous dog passed away (from cancer). We have gated areas to keep pups apart for their alone time and get together for playtime! I am currently at home full time so I’m very flexible with hours and routine. Life gets tough but I will work around schedules to meet your needs. I have a FENCED backyard and our backyard is regularly cleaned. I prefer crate trained dogs and while I run errands we have a gate between the mud room and kitchen which turns into a massive crate room. I will never have two dogs together in that area unless I know they get along very well without problems. I also have several gates (I put up if needed) and French doors throughout the home to keep separation if needed. We also never let our dog upstairs or in the basement so if yours needs to sleep in the bed, we can’t do that. We also don’t let dogs on our couches. We love our furry family members and they should have their own furniture:) If you have a crate for overnight boarding, I highly recommend you bring it with you. We have several safe toys for the dogs and I keep the kids toys in the living room which is usually put away but let me know if your pup has a tendency to get into things. We will always keep an eye out! We also have pet safe indoor plants throughout the home. If your dog has a habit of digging into pots, please let me know. My plants are important and my dog does not dig into them!
About: Hi there! ☺️ With over 10 years of experience caring for animals - both in-home and at professional facilities - I’ve pretty much seen it all (and loved every second of it)! I currently work at a luxury pet resort, where I’m lucky enough to pamper pups (and their human parents), and keep all kinds of furry friends happy and healthy. 🐾 I’ve also worked at a horse stable and have hands-on experience with senior dogs, cats, birds and even fish. I grew up with a lovable Maltese and stray cat, so I know just how important it is to treat every pet like family. Whether your fur baby needs cuddles, playtime, or just someone to keep them company, I’ve got things covered! 🐶🐠🐱🐴🐢 I work full-time at a luxury pet resort, but I’m available for pet care during early mornings, evenings, and weekends, with a flexible schedule to accommodate whatever you and your furry-friend's needs are! ☺️ My biggest priority is to make both you and your fur baby feel safe and well-cared for. This includes fostering an environment around your pet that is happy, calm and full of fun! With my many years of experience, you can always count on me to advocate for you and your pet's greatest needs!
About: I have taken care of dogs my whole life, helped raise two puppies. I volunteered at a puppy shelter! I am good with high energy and senior dogs. Over the summer I work from 8:00-12:30 am so before and after that I am completely free! Can care for the pet mornings, afternoon and nights! I understand the responsibility that comes with caring for a dog even for a short amount of time. And will make sure the animal is safe and protected within my care.

Rebeckah is incredible!! She leaves the best reviews, photos and updates on the girls. I trust her 100% to make sure my BBs are happy and healthy. She is very aware of their needs, especially being cautious on walks in the summer heat. I feel very lucky to have found such amazing help with my girls!!! She brings them fun activities and makes sure their water full. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for hand with their pups.

Shannon has been an excellent sitter for my cat, Apollo. She administers his meds on each visit and gives him lots of attention and love that he clearly loves from the pictures she sends. I'd definitely recommend her for anyone looking for a reliable, caring and dependable sitter for your pet.

Arthur was great with my girls. 2 of them a bit leary with men they don't know well but seems things went well. He locked up when done and they all seemed just fine when I got home. He has a gentle nature with the pups and that is comforting from a stranger. I highly recommend to others and will call Arthur again.

Giada is great with our 2 dogs, we used her a few times while she’s home from school. Both our dogs love her and I will use her again when she’s home from school! She’s reliable and very kind. Thanks Giada for taking care of our fur babies while we were on vacation durning the Holidays.

Alexis is great! She was very communicative and went above and beyond for my two cats. They clearly adored her as one of my cats is quite shy and usually hides with new people. But he was comfortable with Alexis and came out for her visits. I will definitely book with Alexis again.
