About: Growing up, my mother would buy and sell dogs. It was quite traumatic. I vowed to be better than her. I've had my dog Odin for 8 years, and I will happily care for your pet as well. Fortunately, my trauma is your gain. I'm well versed on most dog breeds and I know how to research breeds if something comes up. You can sit back and relax because my care for your dog will be the best. My commute is only 15mins away. So I take care of the dogs in the morning, then I care for them again on my lunch break. Then again after work and throughout the night with my own dog, Odin. I have several dog beds and comfy spaces for them to rest. I have a zone in my home that is for dogs only. They can grab a toy from the toy box or they can look out the balcony window as shades are always open for your pupper!

About: I have been taking care of dogs since I was 12. We have had family dogs growing up and we raised since puppies. I have also dog sat and taken care many friends/ family dogs of all ages. I was a nanny in high school and college and would take care of their dogs as well. I have experience with dog sitting/boarding up to 3 dogs at once. About: I have some experience as a child as my single mother let me have a Gerbil, a Hamster, and some fish up until I talked her into a dog when I was 16. His name was Scotty and he was the sweetest Pomeranian. -We got him from an elder who was moving into a nursing home and could only take one of her two Pomeranians that were siblings. Leaving Scotty available to adopt. We were initially told at the time he was 3, but his first vet visit we took him on they said he was 5. So we never really knew his true age. Now I have a 3 y/o Mini-Poodle who I learned about early summer of 2020-Prime COVID19/Lockdown time frame. At the time, I had been with my partner, Steve for over 2 years and was living with him and his 7y/o Rat Terrier-Chihuahua, Bear. I was jealous of their bond and wanted to add a female puppy to our family. Rory has shocked me with her talent and smarts in the last 3 years. She is sassy, smart, and sometimes can be shy and scared. I am open to discuss your want and needs and can be flexible. We take them out in the morning, afternoon, and evening’s at the very minimum. We treat our dogs as people to say the least haha. We clean their feet and wipe them if needed (girl always needs it ) after coming inside each time we take them out on their leash to go potty throughout the day. We brush them at least weekly to keep them happy and clean. My background in ABA techniques is a helpful tool to have when required.

Right now I’m job hunting, so I’m free Monday through Thursday any time of the day. Once I do start working, I’ll still be available most evenings when needed! Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or visiting them at yours, I make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved. I follow their regular routines for feeding, walks, or playtime, and I give them plenty of attention and affection. I keep their space clean and comfortable—whether it’s making sure dogs get bathroom breaks or keeping litter boxes tidy for cats. I also send updates or photos so owners know their pets are doing well. Every pet gets the care they need based on their personality and routine, and I treat them like they’re my own!

About: Thanks for checking out my profile. I've been caring for cats and dogs my whole life; 17 animals over the years. I currently have 2 well socialized doggies and 1 adult cat. I am also fostering 2 kittens. I love my little snuggle buttons and am constantly training, playing, petting, and caring for my animals. I would love my animals to be well socialized with many animals so thought Rover would be a great option for that. Also, I'm 10 weeks pregnant so I'm looking for things I love to do that I can do out of my home and I am biologically wired to provide snuggles right now! I work a 3-5 hour shift at my med spa, 3 to 5 days per week. I generally wake around 8, do breakfast for everyone, work from home for an hour, take the doggies for a walk, do kitten playtime, leave for work between 12-3, get everyone snack/treats, doggies get a second walk around 4:30, then I am home for the rest of the evening. I do dinner for myself and the animals, playtime, and then last chance for snacks. The animals sleep in my room with me, we love to snuggle! I love that the animals have each other to interact with even while I'm at work. We do not use any crates. I provide 4 bowls of double purified water so there is no risk of anyone going thirsty. I am a nurse so more than capable of following any feeding or medication regimens you may need. I am very big on socializing my animals. I encourage them to be vocal and friendly. My cat Jon Snow has over 50 distinctive vocalizations. To keep myself fit I do two dog walks per day, about an hour and 20 min total at a leisurely pace. I am steps away from Doug Lindberg park so we walk past ducks, otters, herons, and lots of other doggies (although I keep my distance since I don't know vaccine history or temperament). I have a 6 ft fenced in yard and let the dogs out frequently when it's sunny.

Finn was completely fine and quite nonchalant about my return. Kyle gave him his meds, more walks than I do, and I don’t think he was alone once!
