“Alana was wonderful with our puppy - very compassionate and attentive! She obviously loves dogs and was very accommodating with our schedule. we highly recommend trusting Alana with your pet.”

“Karina was everything I was looking for. My dog has a lot of special needs due to high anxiety and a rough background. Karina was so accommodating to all her little quirks with giving her space, giving her her medication, and cleaning up her pee pads. Her communication was excellent, and she even washed the forks and cutting board that were used for the medication. I really couldn't have asked for anything more. She was great, and I'd certainly use her again.”

About: I have been around pets my whole life and know how to read their body language. I am respectful if they need space and let them warm up to me. My family had large dogs and cats growing up that I helped care for and train. I helped care for 3 litters of puppies and I trained the puppies we kept. I also had a cat who was spoiled with love and lots of playtime. I work at a school and don't work during the summer, so I am very flexible. During the school year my availability will be afternoons/evenings on weekdays. I love cats and dogs of all breeds and sizes. I will love your pet like my own! I truly enjoy taking care of cats and dogs and giving them lots of play and affection. I always respect their space if they are afraid, but I am skilled at earning their trust and helping them warm up to me.
About: I have taken care of dogs my whole life, helped raise two puppies. I volunteered at a puppy shelter! I am good with high energy and senior dogs. Over the summer I work from 8:00-12:30 am so before and after that I am completely free! Can care for the pet mornings, afternoon and nights! I understand the responsibility that comes with caring for a dog even for a short amount of time. And will make sure the animal is safe and protected within my care.
About: I have taken care of dogs for over 15 years now. We always have had one dog at a time but love them dearly! We have a fenced backyard safe and clean for the dogs to roam around. If you need walks, let us know the schedule. We also rescued a puppy a few months ago after our previous dog passed away (from cancer). We have gated areas to keep pups apart for their alone time and get together for playtime! I am currently at home full time so I’m very flexible with hours and routine. Life gets tough but I will work around schedules to meet your needs. I have a FENCED backyard and our backyard is regularly cleaned. I prefer crate trained dogs and while I run errands we have a gate between the mud room and kitchen which turns into a massive crate room. I will never have two dogs together in that area unless I know they get along very well without problems. I also have several gates (I put up if needed) and French doors throughout the home to keep separation if needed. We also never let our dog upstairs or in the basement so if yours needs to sleep in the bed, we can’t do that. We also don’t let dogs on our couches. We love our furry family members and they should have their own furniture:) If you have a crate for overnight boarding, I highly recommend you bring it with you. We have several safe toys for the dogs and I keep the kids toys in the living room which is usually put away but let me know if your pup has a tendency to get into things. We will always keep an eye out! We also have pet safe indoor plants throughout the home. If your dog has a habit of digging into pots, please let me know. My plants are important and my dog does not dig into them!
About: I’ve owned dogs for 16 years and have experience dog sitting and walking for friend’s pets. I am accustomed to small dogs, but I do have experience with large dogs as well! My schedule varies from day to day, so let’s find some times that can work for you. Available to do walks, drop-ins and overnight stays. Open lines of communication are important to me. I want to make sure your pets are being taken care of based on what their routines or needs are.
“Morgan is a very friendly and gentle care giver for our dogs. She is always on time and very patient. I also like that she has tones of experiences in the animal hospital. I’m looking forward to work with Morgan long term and will not hesitate to recommend her.”

“Nicole did an incredible job! We were gone for two weeks in Italy and she gave us peace of mind that our two kitties were in great hands. She was attentive and communicative. We came home to two happy cats :) If you want to have someone of good character watch your precious little ones, Nicole should be your choice!”

“Last minute request on our part. Super fast response and was available to see them within 3 hours of the booking. Great communication and lots of pictures. Thank you 😊”

“This was my first time using a Rover care giver locally. I've done it in other towns, with success, but have been unable to find someone reliable, with an open schedule. Eileen was able to meet for a "meet and greet" on a few hour's notice, but was able to commit to a next day booking. 3 in my home visits/walks with pictures at each visit and plenty of feedback. She was friendly and nice and Mud, my 65 lb Pit Bull took to her immediately. I'm happy to have come across Eileen and will book her again as the needs present themselves. Thank you, Eileen! You were great!”

About: For the past 8 years, I have been providing off-and-on sitting, boarding, and walking care for various relatives' dogs. Through caring for family pets, ranging from energetic Boxers to gentle Cockapoos, I have gained extensive, hands-on experience handling different temperaments, routines, and unique canine behaviors. While household allergies mean I am unable to have a full-time dog of my own, opening up my schedule to part-time pet sitting allows me to bring my passion for dogs into my daily life. This setup works beautifully for my clients, as it means your dog receives 100% of my focused attention and care during their time with me, without competing for space with a resident pet. Because I am currently doing pet care full-time, my schedule is highly flexible and open. I am available throughout the day for morning, midday, and evening walks or drop-in visits, seven days a week. This open availability means I can easily accommodate your dog’s specific routine, feeding times, and potty schedule without rush. Whether you need a reliable midday walker while you are at the office, or a flexible sitter for last-minute weekend plans, I am here to provide consistent, dedicated care when you need it most. Safety on Walks & Drop-Ins Safety is my absolute top priority. When walking your dog, I practice active situational awareness—I monitor the environment for triggers like loud traffic, bicycles, or off-leash dogs well before they become an issue. I use a secure, two-handed leash grip and never let your dog off-leash in public spaces. If your dog is sensitive or easily spooked, I am happy to take quieter routes and use positive reinforcement to keep them feeling safe and secure. My Home Environment (For Short-Term Boarding) I live in a clean, smoke-free home with a secure, fully fenced yard where your dog can safely stretch their legs under my direct, 100% supervision. I do not have any resident dogs or cats, meaning your pup will enjoy a peaceful environment without the stress of competing for space. We do share our home with a few securely housed reptiles (a Ball Python, a DeKay's Brown Snake, and two leopard geckos) who live strictly inside their locked enclosures, completely out of reach of guest dogs. Because we manage a saliva allergy in our household, my home is kept exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and structured. We maintain excellent boundaries: guest dogs are kept out of bedrooms and are safely crated during bedtime or if I ever need to step out for a brief moment. Your dog will receive a wonderful balance of structure, safety, and a whole lot of love.

About: As a lifelong animal lover, I have 8 years of experience as a dog owner and 2 years of experience as a cat owner. I also worked at Petco during college, where I gained valuable knowledge about pet care, behavior, and the unique needs of different animals. In addition to pet sitting, I am currently going back to school to be an teacher and work as a substitute teacher, which reflects my responsible, patient, and dependable nature. I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your pets, and I treat every dog and cat as if they were my own. Whether it's walks, playtime, or feeding, I'm committed to providing safe, reliable, and loving care while you're away. I am currently going back to school to be an elementary school teacher through an online program, and I work as substitute teacher. With the kids on summer break, my summer is wide open! In your home, I will follow your rules to a TEE. My dog is the type of dog that if he got outside of our fence, then he would sprint away, and my cat is the type of cat that if she were to get outside, she would also sprint away. I know how serious it is to care for dogs and cats, and I will treat your pets just as if they were my own: they will get their meals, their bathroom breaks, their walks, and their play time, just as you request.
“Jessica is absolutely the best! She showered our cat with so much love and attention while we were away for a few days. She sent pictures from each visit and the last 2 days she had him on her lap. I’m so jealous! 😁 We highly recommend Jessica!!!”

About: Hi! I’m a student at the University of Wisconsin–Madison and a huge dog lover. I’ve been caring for dogs since I was 10 years old and have experience with dogs of different sizes, ages, and personalities. I also have a dog of my own, so I understand how important it is to have someone trustworthy, patient, and caring looking after your pet. I can't wait to meet your furry friends! I'm currently working part time as a Certified Nursing Assistant and on summer break as a university student. I have plenty of time to care for your pets and spend time with them! I have one friendly, well-trained dog and a large backyard. I value long walks a dog's overall happiness! I am able to walk, play with, or simple spend time with your dogs based on their needs!

About: Currently, I have two cats. I've had a dog, but before that, I primarily had birds (parakeets), lizards (bearded dragons) and frogs (mostly bull frogs). I cat-sit on occassion for a friend and sibling. I also raise Monarch caterpillars in the summer and release the adults. I work full time outside the home but am home in the summer (teacher). I am available weekends and weekday evenings, with sufficient notice of weekday needs. I am usually available Friday evening through Sunday evening. I am looking to do drop-in pet care and dog boarding. I could board a small pet that resides in an enclosure in my home or a dog (or two dogs from the same household). Both my cats are comfortable with dogs but tend to keep to themselves. I have 2 children and 2 cats at home. It’s a one floor house. The yard is nice and big. I don’t have a fence but I do have a longer leash so the dogs can run a bit.
“The best sitter I have had in a long time. Respects property, keeps feeding and litter areas clean, and above all, gives my boys love and affection with each visit. They seem to look forward to seeing her and that’s rare with my shy boys.”

“Taylor provided daily care for my 2 cats while we were on vacation. The care was outstanding with feeding cleaning and cat interaction sending daily updates . I would use Taylor again and would highly recommend her . Thank you Taylor”

Rebeckah is incredible!! She leaves the best reviews, photos and updates on the girls. I trust her 100% to make sure my BBs are happy and healthy. She is very aware of their needs, especially being cautious on walks in the summer heat. I feel very lucky to have found such amazing help with my girls!!! She brings them fun activities and makes sure their water full. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for hand with their pups.

Arthur was great with my girls. 2 of them a bit leary with men they don't know well but seems things went well. He locked up when done and they all seemed just fine when I got home. He has a gentle nature with the pups and that is comforting from a stranger. I highly recommend to others and will call Arthur again.

Giada is great with our 2 dogs, we used her a few times while she’s home from school. Both our dogs love her and I will use her again when she’s home from school! She’s reliable and very kind. Thanks Giada for taking care of our fur babies while we were on vacation durning the Holidays.
