About: I have been around pets my whole life and know how to read their body language. I am respectful if they need space and let them warm up to me. My family had large dogs and cats growing up that I helped care for and train. I helped care for 3 litters of puppies and I trained the puppies we kept. I also had a cat who was spoiled with love and lots of playtime. I work at a school and don't work during the summer, so I am very flexible. During the school year my availability will be afternoons/evenings on weekdays. I love cats and dogs of all breeds and sizes. I will love your pet like my own! I truly enjoy taking care of cats and dogs and giving them lots of play and affection. I always respect their space if they are afraid, but I am skilled at earning their trust and helping them warm up to me.

About: I have taken care of dogs my whole life, helped raise two puppies. I volunteered at a puppy shelter! I am good with high energy and senior dogs. Over the summer I work from 8:00-12:30 am so before and after that I am completely free! Can care for the pet mornings, afternoon and nights! I understand the responsibility that comes with caring for a dog even for a short amount of time. And will make sure the animal is safe and protected within my care.

About: I have taken care of dogs for over 15 years now. We always have had one dog at a time but love them dearly! We have a fenced backyard safe and clean for the dogs to roam around. If you need walks, let us know the schedule. We also rescued a puppy a few months ago after our previous dog passed away (from cancer). We have gated areas to keep pups apart for their alone time and get together for playtime! I am currently at home full time so I’m very flexible with hours and routine. Life gets tough but I will work around schedules to meet your needs. I have a FENCED backyard and our backyard is regularly cleaned. I prefer crate trained dogs and while I run errands we have a gate between the mud room and kitchen which turns into a massive crate room. I will never have two dogs together in that area unless I know they get along very well without problems. I also have several gates (I put up if needed) and French doors throughout the home to keep separation if needed. We also never let our dog upstairs or in the basement so if yours needs to sleep in the bed, we can’t do that. We also don’t let dogs on our couches. We love our furry family members and they should have their own furniture:) If you have a crate for overnight boarding, I highly recommend you bring it with you. We have several safe toys for the dogs and I keep the kids toys in the living room which is usually put away but let me know if your pup has a tendency to get into things. We will always keep an eye out! We also have pet safe indoor plants throughout the home. If your dog has a habit of digging into pots, please let me know. My plants are important and my dog does not dig into them!

About: I’ve owned dogs for 16 years and have experience dog sitting and walking for friend’s pets. I am accustomed to small dogs, but I do have experience with large dogs as well! My schedule varies from day to day, so let’s find some times that can work for you. Available to do walks, drop-ins and overnight stays. Open lines of communication are important to me. If your dog is sensitive or easily spooked, I am happy to take quieter routes and use positive reinforcement to keep them feeling safe and secure. My Home Environment (For Short-Term Boarding) I live in a clean, smoke-free home with a secure, fully fenced yard where your dog can safely stretch their legs under my direct, 100% supervision. I do not have any resident dogs or cats, meaning your pup will enjoy a peaceful environment without the stress of competing for space. We do share our home with a few securely housed reptiles (a Ball Python, a DeKay's Brown Snake, and two leopard geckos) who live strictly inside their locked enclosures, completely out of reach of guest dogs. Because we manage a saliva allergy in our household, my home is kept exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and structured. We maintain excellent boundaries: guest dogs are kept out of bedrooms and are safely crated during bedtime or if I ever need to step out for a brief moment. Your dog will receive a wonderful balance of structure, safety, and a whole lot of love.

About: As a lifelong animal lover, I have 8 years of experience as a dog owner and 2 years of experience as a cat owner. I also worked at Petco during college, where I gained valuable knowledge about pet care, behavior, and the unique needs of different animals. In addition to pet sitting, I am currently going back to school to be an teacher and work as a substitute teacher, which reflects my responsible, patient, and dependable nature. I know how serious it is to care for dogs and cats, and I will treat your pets just as if they were my own: they will get their meals, their bathroom breaks, their walks, and their play time, just as you request.

About: Hi! I’m a student at the University of Wisconsin–Madison and a huge dog lover. I’ve been caring for dogs since I was 10 years old and have experience with dogs of different sizes, ages, and personalities. I also have a dog of my own, so I understand how important it is to have someone trustworthy, patient, and caring looking after your pet. I can't wait to meet your furry friends! I'm currently working part time as a Certified Nursing Assistant and on summer break as a university student. I have plenty of time to care for your pets and spend time with them! About: Currently, I have two cats. I've had a dog, but before that, I primarily had birds (parakeets), lizards (bearded dragons) and frogs (mostly bull frogs). I cat-sit on occassion for a friend and sibling. I also raise Monarch caterpillars in the summer and release the adults. I work full time outside the home but am home in the summer (teacher). I am available weekends and weekday evenings, with sufficient notice of weekday needs. I am usually available Friday evening through Sunday evening. I am looking to do drop-in pet care and dog boarding. I could board a small pet that resides in an enclosure in my home or a dog (or two dogs from the same household). Both my cats are comfortable with dogs but tend to keep to themselves. I have 2 children and 2 cats at home. It’s a one floor house. The yard is nice and big. I don’t have a fence but I do have a longer leash so the dogs can run a bit.
