“Taylor is prompt, professional, and very good with dogs! She clearly has experience dealing with dogs and was able to adapt to some changing conditions we had. My dogs loved her and got all the exercise they needed when she stopped by. I will definitely use Taylor again!”

“We have never left our dogs with someone before/had someone come over to do drop ins for our dogs, so I was hesitant on trusting a stranger. But at the meet and greet, I knew Sarah was going to be awesome! She was thorough with her questions, got a great understanding of the dogs, even asked questions I didn't think of! I felt our home and dogs were safe with her the entire weekend. She gained our trust instantly (which is not something that happens often)! The dogs loved her and had the best time with her!?”

About: I've owned and cared for dogs since early childhood. One of my childhood dogs, a silky terrier named Minnie, lived to be 16 years old. I have experience taking care of dogs of all ages, sizes, and needs. My current dog is leash reactive and requires special attention on walks. I can also provide care for other pets such as cats, fish, frogs, geckos, etcetera. I am very flexible on evenings and weekends to provide care as well as some early mornings during the week. Even though I have a full time job outside of pet care, I want to dedicate as much time as possible taking care of animals. Your dog's safety is my priority, and we will either play outside in your fully fenced in backyard or take a walk in an area safe for us. I can handle many different behaviors for leashed dogs including dog reactivity, squirrel or small animal chasing, etcetera.

About: Currently, I have two cats. I've had a dog, but before that, I primarily had birds (parakeets), lizards (bearded dragons) and frogs (mostly bull frogs). I cat-sit on occassion for a friend and sibling. I also raise Monarch caterpillars in the summer and release the adults. I work full time outside the home but am home in the summer (teacher). I am available weekends and weekday evenings, with sufficient notice of weekday needs. I am usually available Friday evening through Sunday evening. I am looking to do drop-in pet care and dog boarding. I could board a small pet that resides in an enclosure in my home or a dog (or two dogs from the same household). Both my cats are comfortable with dogs but tend to keep to themselves. I have 2 children and 2 cats at home. It’s a one floor house. The yard is nice and big. I don’t have a fence but I do have a longer leash so the dogs can run a bit.
About: I’ve taken care of every kind of dog since I was 15. Neighbors, friends, family have all relied on me to walk, feed, and bathe their fur babies. I’m an animal lover who used to be a jr. Naturalist; I love all animals. I’m currently working a before school care program and an after school care program with the park district. I am available for walking pets starting at 9am-3pm (Monday- Friday) all year round. For pet setting it depends on the time and date. I live in a townhouse with a family friendly neighborhood; I don’t have a fenced in yard, however, I do have a park that we can let them ran around. Your pet won’t be lonely in our home we have a fur baby ourselves, Nigel (west highland terrier). I would look after your fur baby like my own, walks three to four times a day, fed as often as needed, play time, love and compassion. Your fur baby is apart your family and will be cared for that way.
About: I’m a dedicated and loving pet caregiver with hands-on experience caring for dogs of different sizes, temperaments, and needs—including my own big reactive German Shepherd, who is truly the star of my life. Through daily care, training, and attention, I’ve developed a deep understanding of dog behavior, structure, and what makes pets feel safe, happy, and loved. I recently moved to the area, so I currently have a very flexible schedule and plenty of time to dedicate to pet care. This allows me to give pets the attention, consistency, and care they need. I can easily adapt to your pet’s routine and make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for while you’re away. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and routine are my top priorities. I take the time to understand each pet’s personality, habits, and needs so they feel secure and cared for—whether in my home or yours, or a walk.

About: I have been around pets my whole life and know how to read their body language. I am respectful if they need space and let them warm up to me. My family had large dogs and cats growing up that I helped care for and train. I helped care for 3 litters of puppies and I trained the puppies we kept. I also had a cat who was spoiled with love and lots of playtime. I work at a school and don't work during the summer, so I am very flexible. During the school year my availability will be afternoons/evenings on weekdays. I love cats and dogs of all breeds and sizes. I will love your pet like my own! I truly enjoy taking care of cats and dogs and giving them lots of play and affection. I always respect their space if they are afraid, but I am skilled at earning their trust and helping them warm up to me.

Leah is an amazing dog sitter!! Her communication was amazing!! Loved getting pictures of my pup while I was away! I have a dog who is very anxious, and she warmed up to Leah so quickly! She is great with dogs and very caring! It gave me piece of mind and I was able to enjoy my vacation knowing Blue was is great hands and well taken care of!! I will definitely be using her again!! Thank you Leah!!

Rebeckah is incredible!! She leaves the best reviews, photos and updates on the girls. I trust her 100% to make sure my BBs are happy and healthy. She is very aware of their needs, especially being cautious on walks in the summer heat. I feel very lucky to have found such amazing help with my girls!!! She brings them fun activities and makes sure their water full. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for hand with their pups.

Arthur was great with my girls. 2 of them a bit leary with men they don't know well but seems things went well. He locked up when done and they all seemed just fine when I got home. He has a gentle nature with the pups and that is comforting from a stranger. I highly recommend to others and will call Arthur again.

Giada is great with our 2 dogs, we used her a few times while she’s home from school. Both our dogs love her and I will use her again when she’s home from school! She’s reliable and very kind. Thanks Giada for taking care of our fur babies while we were on vacation durning the Holidays.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
