About: I have my own bull mastiff, trained him myself. Sit, stay, pray, paw, lay down, and he doesn’t pull on the leash and taught him how to “go home”. I’ve been around dogs my entire life as I have had a few and my mom has been on rover for 10 years dog sitting. I am a College student with primarily online classes so my schedule is flexible. I am not on campus, and am currently at home in Rolling Meadows. I care for pets in my own home as if they were my own. Very responsible college athlete, just finished my 3rd year of basketball and will graduate with my bachelors in May. Mindful of other peoples property and environments.

About: Hello! My name is Carlee, I’m 26, and I’m offering home visits and dog walking in Arlington Heights and it’s surrounding neighborhoods! I’ve had a passion for wildlife since childhood, and I’ve cared for all sorts of animals from hamsters to horses. I’ve been around dogs of all ages and sizes, but I have the strongest experience with adults/seniors and small dogs. My childhood dog was a mini dachshund who developed dementia and mobility issues in her old age; I was an adult by then and took much care of her. I often pet-sit or do home visits for my family and friends, but this will be my first time using a company like Rover to meet new people and animals! My years of experience reflect my pet-care experience in adulthood. Looking forward to getting to know you and your pets :) I have completely open availability as I’m currently not working. I can come by any day at any time to help care for your pets! I can stop by just to feed your pet and/or let them go potty, take them for a walk, play with and accompany them for a time, or do a combination of these. I can stay with your pet as long as necessary.

About: Dogs have always been an important part of my life. In addition to owning dogs, I have cared for pets for family, friends, and neighbors over the years. I understand that every dog has unique needs, and I strive to provide the love, attention, exercise, and comfort they deserve while their families are away. As a retiree, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to the pets in my care. My days are typically spent staying active, running errands, enjoying hobbies, and spending time outdoors, which makes it easy to incorporate dog walks, playtime, feeding schedules, and companionship into my routine. Because I am not tied to a traditional work schedule, I can accommodate a variety of walking times and provide reliable, consistent care throughout the day. I enjoy being around animals and have the availability to ensure pets receive the exercise, attention, and affection they need while their owners are at work or away from home. When caring for pets in a client's home, I strive to maintain their normal routine to help them feel safe, comfortable, and stress-free while their family is away. I follow all instructions regarding feeding schedules, exercise, medications, and any special care needs. I make sure pets receive plenty of attention, affection, playtime, and companionship, while also ensuring they have fresh water and a clean environment. I respect my clients' homes by keeping everything tidy and secure and providing regular updates so owners can have peace of mind knowing their pets are happy, healthy, and well cared for in the comfort of their own home.

About: I have cared for animals ever since I can remember. I am a huge animal lover so I had/have a lot of different pets: Cats, dogs, a ferret, hamsters, lizards, and fish! I am going into junior year for college as a double major in Biology and Animal Ecology. I was involved in an animal training class for two semester where I helped/observed dog training. I was a Kennel Attendant for 3 months at an Animal Hospital, have interned there for 2 Summers, and am working as a veterinary assistant this Summer! I am working part time as a Veterinary Assistant Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. I am volunteering at a Parrot pet store in the mornings on Wednesdays and Fridays. I’m available after 12 pm on Wednesdays and Fridays along with anytime on most Saturdays and Sundays! I am available for feeding, walking, and giving your pet lots of attention (if they seem ok with it)! And I will make sure to fulfill all of your pets needs.

About: I have grown up with many animals, including exotic animals. We have a grooming station in home and love animals of all types and breeds. I haven’t accept exotic animals as well. I have owned horses, mini pigs inside my house, sugar, gliders, chinchillas, hamsters, lizards, cat, dogs, ferrets, I’m probably forgetting a few more. I have an open schedule and care for my pets very well. My dog even gets dental cleanings every year. My favorites get their nails cut and bathed weekly. I have multiple dog beds, a cat tower tons of toys for all different red animals. Have a fenced in backyard, grooming, station, and home. I have extra cages or tanks if need be. I prefer not to kettle animals unless they need to be under the owners agreement.

“For our recent vacation out of the country we re-hired Alana. She was awesome just like last time! She fed Buddy, refreshed his water, gave him treats, even applied his hot spot spray! About: I’m the go-to friend when pet-care of all kinds is needed. I’m an animal lover at heart. I can accommodate special needs or medical needs with proper instruction, as well as dogs that require high levels of physical activity. I have cared for birds, fish, tortoises, cats, and dogs. I also have my own French Bulldog that is a mix of chill and playful. He’s great with other dogs and loves having playmates over or along for adventures. I am child-free and work from home, so your pet will get as much attention and affection as they need. I work full time and am most active with my animals in the morning before I start work around 9:30am and then, again, when I get done with work around 6pm. While working from home, there are plenty of excuses to get outside and opportunities for play breaks because - let’s be honest - I need to recharge and I need a change of scenery just as much as my dog appreciates the activity & stimulation. Weekends are a balance of snuggling with my dog while bingeing on a good show and enjoying all the dog friendly outdoor spaces the area has to offer us. Dogs are always on leash with me on walks unless we’re at an off leash dog park. My dog is my family, so when there’s another dog that I determine is a good fit for staying with us, that dog is part of our pack while we’re together. I live in a dog-friendly apartment complex with a fenced in courtyard. I know it’s hard to be away from your fur baby, and I’m happy to send plenty of photo pupdates if you’d like.
