“Kent is a lifesaver! It was the weekend of my daughter’s wedding and I had a sitter scheduled and had even dropped my dog off. Unfortunately, my sitters dog had a medical emergency and I had to pick up my dog within hours of dropping her off. I was so nervous, having to find another sitter for a weekend stay, starting the same day, without having met the potential sitter, all while trying to finish up last minute wedding preparations. Enter Kent! I reached out to several Rover sitters as I knew it was going to be tough to find someone so last minute. Kent was one of a few to respond positively, which was amazing to actually have options at this point! I read Kent’s bio and he sounded so kind and it was apparent that he loved dogs. I am thrilled to say that he exceeded my expectations!! He and my pup, Alice, got along so well and he clearly loved her. He sent lovely updates and photos of her throughout the weekend. I will definitely be using Kent again to watch my dog. I truly couldn’t be happier with how the weekend went. I was able to fully concentrate on my daughter’s wedding without a worry about my Alice. At the meet and greet we discussed concerns I had about my dogs staying in a strange place and Michelle was so good with them none of the concerns I had up front were a problem. She patiently worked through separation anxiety problems, behaviors I can't see when I'm around, until she found a solution, and updated me on everything. Now I know more about how my dogs act when I'm not around and my dogs have learned how to handle some new situations. They had a blast spending days in the yard or snuggling up to watch movies. And my little one learned than some kids love to play fetch as much as she does.”
