We boarded our ten-year-old special-needs dog (Peanut) and our fourteen-year-old senior dog (Charlie) for a few days with Rosie. Maggie and her kids were very empathetic to our dog when he was afraid during thunderstorms. She quickly responded to our messages and sent us frequent updates and pictures of our dog. Cindy and her family took such good care of Aslan this past week! They so graciously accepted Aslan even when they had just gotten a brand new puppy, so Aslan got to play big brother for a whole week! Cindy sent me so many pictures and videos everyday! I picked up a very happy and tired pup at the end of our trip! Great family to trust with your dog!!
Ellie and her husband watched Kody for 5 nights at their house, and this was the first time I'd been away from Kody for more than about a 12 hour stretch. I was pretty anxious about it but Kody was comfortable around them from the very start. Ellie gave me updates once per day and by the second day, Kody seemed to feel at home with her which was a huge weight off my mind. She was also very accommodating of his/our routine and she did everything she could to allow Kody to feel comfortable during his stay with her. I'd book with her again in a heartbeat!
We couldn't be happier with the care Upasana provided for our Shih Tzu, Coffee. She went above and beyond to understand his specific needs and daily schedule.
