Moose loved his time with Rhondarose! It was clear during our meet & greet that she is very knowledgeable & experienced - we're lucky we found her! She provided loving care, excellent communication with many daily pics, and lots of playtime & snuggles. Moose had a GI issue and she knew exactly how to care for him & keep us updated. Ellie and her husband watched Kody for 5 nights at their house, and this was the first time I'd been away from Kody for more than about a 12 hour stretch. I was pretty anxious about it but Kody was comfortable around them from the very start. Ellie gave me updates once per day and by the second day, Kody seemed to feel at home with her which was a huge weight off my mind. She was also very accommodating of his/our routine and she did everything she could to allow Kody to feel comfortable during his stay with her. I'd book with her again in a heartbeat!
Bryan was fantastic taking care of Simba for a couple of days. He was fast to respond and gave us much confidence about Simba’s stay right from the start. The meet and greet at his place was a success ! Simba loved the yard so much !! Bryan and his family took care of Simba so well, handled communications and updates regularly and also making Simba be as comfortable as possible.
