About: Thanks for stopping by pet parents! My name is Allis and I have been an animal lover since I was a kid. I have been around dogs and cats my entire life. currently, my family has a Soft Coated wheaten terrier, he is a sweet guy and get along with all dogs. Over years I’ve helped take care of dogs like boarding at my house, feeding, playing, walking but overall treating them like a part of my family, pampering pets with love and care. My priority is to be with your pup and to make their stay comfortable. I own a house, it’s a safe, comfortable, secure and dog-proofed, I have a fenced yard where they will enjoy to play in, feeling free because your pet deserves the best! I can also take them for nice walks or to the near park to roam. I know how difficult and stressful it may be to be away from your fur babies, that’s what I like to send updates of how their doing along with pictures and videos to give pet parents a piece of mind. I look forward to providing loving care for your family!🐾💖 I am home for a majority of the day but some days I need to ran errands like for example: picking up groceries, doctor appointments which I’m sure your dog has experienced under your care but dogs are Never left alone for more than 3 hours. I have a flexible schedule that can accommodate them any day of the week even holidays and weekends. Our fully fenced in yard will keep your fur babies safe. I live in a safe neighborhood. They would be part of our family for their stay 🐶.
“This house is the definition of love. My dog loves to be around this family and is such a humble experience to know that Uma is so happy to go and spend time with them. Space is super clean, yard is so big and they simply love animals. I came across angels and I’m very very grateful for them!”
“Erena is very friendly and personable with dogs. She was able to make our dog Leia feel comfortable in her surroundings and provided timely communication/updates. Overall, Leia had a great stay. We would highly recommend Erena.”

“As a first-time dog daycare user, I was filled with worry, but Thea went above and beyond anything I could have imagined. I'm confident that it was a wonderful experience for my dog, Chester, as well. It's hard to put into words how touching the experience was. I am so grateful to Thea, and I have no doubt about her love for dogs. As long as she's available, I will continue to entrust her with Chester.”

“Kristina was amazing with Bear! Very accommodating with the short notice and the communication, we will definitely be leaving Bear again in the future. Her knowledge and love for dogs shows in their care. Thank you Kristina!”

“Dave is by far the best dogsitter I’ve ever had on Rover. Dave is the sweetest person, he has a beautiful soul - my little pup Henri was at his house every day for two weeks straight, including weekends, and he was always so happy to go with Dave. Dave always sent me lots of photos and told me how he was doing with the other dogs. I was so reassured to have such an amazing place for Henri to go during my intensive training. Thank you so much Dave, I’m sure our paths will cross again. And thank you to Rover for bringing people like Dave into our lives!”
“This was our first time leaving our pup with Bob and Roger seemed so at home from the very beginning. I loved getting pictures and videos at various points during the day and felt confident Roger was in safe hands. We will be using Bob again soon for a week of boarding and I trust it will go as well as yesterday’s daycare!”

“Balaji, Sanna and sweet precious Mocha are a home away from home to Penny. You can feel the pure joy that Penny experiences with this lovely family all through the shared videos and pictures! Many times they catch her smiling! Our trust will never fade when Penny is under their care!”

“Emily was a great sitter. She was super easy to work with. She had a great backyard setup. Our pup, Bandit, loves water and Emily had a doggy pool all set up for him. Would book with Emily again.”

“Bonnie is absolutely the best. She was attentive to my puppy’s individual needs and communicated with me throughout the day which was so reassuring. My pup loved to spend time at her home. Her dogs are the most well behaved dogs I’ve ever met. Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Rolling Meadows
Louie had his first time day daycare with Mary. There were a few other dogs there that Louie seemed to be very happy with. Mary is super kind and friendly and I can tell her whole family cares for all of these dogs in their home. Having him here in a home is so much better for him than some of the other larger doggy daycare‘s I’ve been to in the past. He seemed very relaxed and happy when I picked him up.

Robert and Val showed lots of care for my fur baby, Pantera. They were both very welcoming and made sure my dog was comfortable and settled in. I also received pictures and updates throughout the day, which was nice. I would definitely book them again in the future.

Think of doggy day care as your dog’s fun, supervised play date that happens to fit into your workday. Day care through Rover takes place in a real home. This offers a calmer and more personalized environment for your pup.
A typical day can include companionship, one-on-one attention, and same day pick-up and drop-off. Many sitters can also offer structured routines and exercise throughout the day. For recurring, weekly day care, sitters will include photo updates so you can see your dog in their element.
Here are tips for finding the ideal day care fit for your dog:
- For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0–7 kilograms and/or 7–18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
- For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pup’s socializing needs.
- For dogs who prefer human-only companionship: Use the filters "Doesn't own a dog" and "Only accepts one pet at a time" to find the right care.
Play groups can be an option when you book with a day care sitter through Rover. Many sitters do host a small number of dogs at the same time. Smaller dog packs are generally safer, more fun, and ideal for dogs who enjoy playtime but also want to relax throughout the day. When looking for your dog’s pack, check the sitter’s profile to see if they "Accept multiple clients" or have their own dogs. Then during the Meet & Greet, you can see whether your dog is a good fit for their social circle!
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in IL ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
