About: I began taking care of family dog at 10. He lived 2 more years and I still miss the brute. Later in life owned and cared for many dogs as well as a foster parent for MLRR for labs which was a great experience. This would be my only job and main focus. My availability is on weekdays, weekends or overnight. Cant wait to start and become your go to dog caring resource. If used i would treat your canine as my own. About: It’s ‘ruff’ being a dog out here! I’ve been taking care of all breeds my whole life and I’m still learning to this day! I currently work at a doggy daycare and I’ve loved every second of getting to work with your furry friends! I work with a lot of fear aggressive dogs so being very patient and understanding with them goes a long way. I’ve formed so many unforgettable bonds with so many of them and the most rewarding part is being able to watch their personalities shine through! My older dog sleeps all day and is kept a very close eye on because she is both deaf and blind to prevent any injuries or accidents. She also requires several different medication‘s that I administer to her on a daily basis throughout the day. My younger dog is very energetic, loves people and is attached to my hip day in and day out. She has sever separation anxiety from me so she literally follows me like a lost puppy and goes everywhere with me. The two of them are spoiled, rotten to the core and I wouldn’t have it any other way!

Kenyale is the consummate professional. Literally. She has been an animal professional for many years already, so we felt confident in leaving our two boys in her care for a lengthy trip to the city while they stayed in a suburban lodging. We were particularly impressed that when she got the idea that we were a little nervous about it, she and her adult daughter came for a lengthy meet-and-greet the day before. Though that has happened once before, we know not to expect that from every other sitter, and other clients probably shouldn't expect that every time they book this pro family. But it told us that they truly care and want the dog parents to be as at-ease as the dogs themselves. We appreciated all the little extras that came with this booking, especially the high quality photography that makes us love our pooches even more. Kenyale will be on our A-list for a Chicagoland sitter.
Kathleen was fantastic! She was communicative from the meet and greet through the entire house stay, providing frequent updates and lots of photos that gave us peace of mind while we were away. She was also incredibly attentive, noticing a skin issue behind our dog’s ear and alerting us right away so we can figure out a quick treatment. Most importantly, our dog was happy, healthy and in great spirits when we returned home. We highly recommend Kathleen and would gladly book with her again!
Abby was amazing. I was very nervous about getting a pet sitter we didn't know for our dog but she was incredibly reassuring and very patient with Marly (our dog), who can be nervous around strangers. She gave updates and pictures throughout the days on how Marly was doing and had no issues with walking her (she can be reactive). I have absolutely no complaints and would hire Abby again.
