About: I began taking care of family dog at 10. He lived 2 more years and I still miss the brute. Later in life owned and cared for many dogs as well as a foster parent for MLRR for labs which was a great experience. This would be my only job and main focus. My availability is on weekdays, weekends or overnight. Cant wait to start and become your go to dog caring resource. If used i would treat your canine as my own. About: Why should I be your sitter?? Great question! I have been an animal lover and pet owner my whole life. I have sitter experience for family, friends and neighbors spanning over 20 plus years. I aim to be very responsive and typically get back to interested clients in under 10 mins. I will provide multiple pictures and videos of any visit! I love our older furry friends and have many years of experience with medications, dietary needs and comfort for older dogs and cats. 2. Anxious pets! Animals that have separation anxiety, need boundaries when on walks ie. No petting, or triggers like thunderstorms. I have owned pets that have all of the above and sit for them as well. 3. Puppies and kittens! I know many are working on training plans that need a strict adherence. I am happy to work with goals you have for your young learners :) I believe that pets are members of our family and want to give every animal the support they need! About: I’ve been a lifelong animal lover and have years of experience caring for dogs of all sizes, ages and personalities. After losing my own beloved senior dogs, I’m not quite ready to bring another dog into my life permanently, but I truly miss having animals around and would love the opportunity to care for yours as if they were my own. I’m comfortable with everything from energetic dogs who love walks and playtime to senior pets who simply want companionship, cuddles and a cozy place to nap. I’ve also cared for large dogs, including my 100-lb Boxer, so bigger pups don’t intimidate me! I understand how important it is to know that your pets are safe, loved and getting plenty of attention while you’re away. My goal is to keep their routine as normal and comfortable as possible, with plenty of affection and updates for you along the way. I work full-time from 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m., but I have flexibility that works really well for pet sitting. I’m available to stay in your home during the workweek as long as you have reliable Wi-Fi, which allows me to work remotely and be there with your pets throughout the day. She has been an animal professional for many years already, so we felt confident in leaving our two boys in her care for a lengthy trip to the city while they stayed in a suburban lodging. We were particularly impressed that when she got the idea that we were a little nervous about it, she and her adult daughter came for a lengthy meet-and-greet the day before. Though that has happened once before, we know not to expect that from every other sitter, and other clients probably shouldn't expect that every time they book this pro family. We appreciated all the little extras that came with this booking, especially the high quality photography that makes us love our pooches even more.
